An old smoky hotel with old furniture. But clean. The rooms are large. Slippers, bathrobes, mini bar - everything is there. Instead of a shower, there is a bathtub that closes with two transparent plastic doors around the edges, and the middle of the bathtub, where people wash, has no doors and all the water pours onto the floor. The hotel definitely doesn't look like a five-star hotel.

A wonderful hotel, celebrated the new year, lived in a huge room consisting of 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. I liked the room very much. Clean, daily cleaning, water was replenished every day. The mini bar is huge and simple. The staff is helpful, the guards are polite, the guys at the bar especially liked it, and the metrodotel is very polite and cheerful. Parking is near the hotel, everything is fine. The spa is great. The New Year's banquet was organized perfectly. The food is delicious, it's a pity that nothing but champagne was included, but nothing. The animators were engaged with the children, great. We liked it, danced, had fun. Now a few minuses. The food in the restaurant is not all delicious, the hodgepodge seems to be just water, salad with meat, a lot of vinegar in the sauce, not very much. Caesar has a strange sauce. Everything else is delicious. The room smelled of burning at night, it seems there is a problem with the underfloor heating, turned off, stopped. The first night it was very cold in the big room. I had to call a technician . I wish there was a children's animation and a room, the children were bored in the evening.

A great hotel with an excellent 3-lane swimming pool. Sauna, hammam, Turkish bath. The buffet breakfast is excellent. There is a parking lot. It is perfectly located in the center of Minsk and a 10-minute walk from the railway station. The service is good, the staff is friendly. I recommend. Cons: the windows are not adjusted and blowing, the fabric covering of the headboard and the banquette next to it needs to be replaced - it is very not modern. If the room has windows to the courtyard with the current state of window adjustment, a large air conditioner on the roof of a low extension is noisy. But, perhaps, this is the best hotel in Minsk.

The hotel is nice. I chose it because of the pool and spa area for a couple of days in Minsk with my child. I had good impressions, the only thing was one of the days (Wednesday), there was a sanitary day at the pool, it's a pity that I didn't find out in advance, but after the fact. Please note that the sauna is open from 12:00. The room is clean, pleasant staff. There was no breakfast, the price seemed too high, considering that the child was at full cost

Nice hotel. Convenient location. In the evenings, after a walk, it's nice to soak in the Jacuzzi next to the pool in the spa complex. The rooms are not super-fresh, of course, but perfectly clean. Very responsive and friendly staff. The restaurant left an ambiguous impression: on the 1st evening everything was very tasty, on the second I was poisoned by chanterelles in it 😖 the service is long, even if the restaurant is empty. We ordered room service a couple of times, too, not quickly. In general, it is much more interesting to eat somewhere in the city. In the lobby bar, the bartender was well versed in wines. The spa complex has a separate elevator. The only floor where it does not exist is the third, you have to go down the stairs, which is not heated in autumn or winter, and you walk out of the pool in a bathrobe. Perhaps these are the most vivid impressions. I recommend the hotel, including for families with children. Despite these disadvantages, the impressions are very good.

The place is not bad, you can go to the gym, relax in the sauna, and swim in the pool. I have been to different parts of our planet, in different hotels, there is something to compare it with. I don't want to criticize, but when a certain amount of money was paid for breakfast, compared to other hotels and places where I have been, it would have been better if I went to a restaurant and had breakfast there. I will not write about lunch and dinner, since I ate in restaurants. From what I saw for breakfast, in one of the marmites with chicken, there are several sausages on top, apparently they could not be packed into another marmite, where all their other sausage friends lie. Of all the presented pies, only one turned out to be delicious, and this is not only my subjective opinion, there were still people at the table. To say that it somehow affected the impression of the hotel, well, it's not. We had a 3-room room, with its own kitchen, Jacuzzi and infrared sauna, everything was clean and pleasant. The staff is pleasant.

The President Hotel is just the perfect place for those who love luxury comfort. The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, all the sights and infrastructure are within walking distance. There is a private parking, so there were no problems with where to park the car. The room (suit) has everything and at the same time a lot of free space, which is very important. A large bed, an area with sofas, a TV and several tables. There is a separate luggage space and a closet between the bathroom and the bathroom, which is very convenient, the suitcase does not get in the way and you can quickly access things from anywhere in the room. The bathroom has two sinks with a large countertop, a toilet, a bidet, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The service is excellent, we cleaned, changed towels and bed linen every day. Wonderful hotel and room. Everywhere you can pay with the MIR RF card, even in the subway, it is convenient not to change money or withdraw cash from an ATM, which, by the way, is also possible from the MIR RF card (they say, but we did not withdraw). It's a beautiful city and the people themselves, everything is clean and tidy. The SPA has 3 types of baths, a good-sized swimming pool, few people. The room has everything you need, nice and clean. It's cozy, but the room is a little "tired", the carpet is stained, and the smell is not very pleasant. Number 423- unlucky: wall view, a bit creepy. A shower with scum, respectively, the water flows poorly. The breakfasts are divine, you can eat all day, if desired, every day: champagne, caviar sandwiches, salted red and white fish, various cheeses, pickles, beef, chicken, steamed fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts and much more. We also went to dinners: delicious- freshly cooked dishes. The staff is polite, friendly, diligent. Well done! Thanks! The location is very good, the center.

One star per restaurant. There are no penalties for the hotel. The food is all in the restaurant- sovdep, any housewife will cook better. I returned almost all the dishes, it's impossible to eat. Seafood soup is borscht, where they threw one mussel and squid. The rest of the product range is the same! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 we ordered carpaccio - they brought sliced bacon, they say this is carpaccio, the bacon is too salty, it's not possible to eat, to which the waiter said - that's how it should be. Salad - as if Berenok sliced everything into a plate and threw it.

If you are planning to come to Minsk and are looking for a hotel, choose the President without hesitation. Comfortable rooms, convenient location in the city center, excellent breakfasts - I don't know what else you need for a comfortable stay. But there is also a good-level SPA center, which is included in the room rate. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam - everything is comfortable and at a good level. For lovers, there is a bar with a decent selection of drinks and snacks. Although it is more interesting to go to some nearby restaurant. For art lovers, there is a gallery with bronze, including very good works by Andrey Ostashov. And for those who love sweets - the company store of the Kommunarka factory (the price is better than in stores).

The hotel is in the center of Minsk, the location to restaurants and walk around the center, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned, everything is clean and fresh. But we were unlucky with the neighbors, there was a partition in the room, a door, closed, here's another door right in the bedroom, I see this for the 1st time. The neighbors were constantly smoking and through this door, of course, we sat listening to the whole aroma of smoke. At the reception, we were offered to move to another room. We refused. The neighbors stopped smoking in the room, the smoke was in the bathroom. For some reason, there is only one bath towel and a hand towel in the bathroom, and this is in a 5-star hotel, i.e. after taking a bath with one towel everywhere and wiping yourself, from below and above, maybe they have such conditions for 5 stars that one bath towel... There should be at least 3. Oh good, the breakfasts are great and the staff is very helpful.

A great hotel, the breakfasts are very good, I really liked it. The spa area, I would say, is ordinary, a swimming pool with 3 lanes of 10 meters each (on a roll), a Jacuzzi, an entrance to the sauna using a keychain that is issued at the entrance to the spa area. There is a hammam and a Finnish sauna, quite large, but I can't say anything special about them. There is a massage room, there is nothing to do in it without massage services :) We rented a junior suite - it's big, even too big, there is a Jacuzzi (check its cleanliness yourself, we found someone's lens there). The hotel is located in the center, close to everything.

A nice spa area, a large swimming pool, there were few people in the spa despite the New Year holidays. The breakfast is rich, eclairs with red caviar, a huge selection of cereals, desserts, fish and meat. The staff is not very friendly. We never met or helped with the packages, and we also didn't help with the suitcases upon arrival. In the pool, they claimed to be without a hat, although there were people nearby who swam without hats and did not say a word to them. The rooms are nice and clean. I also didn't like the fact that we booked in advance at the specified price, arrived and paid twice as much.

Wonderful hotel, vacationed in June 2024. We took a standard room with a view of the theater. I liked everything! The breakfasts are varied, there are not many people. The pool is clean, towels are provided. The territory is beautiful. And what a silence on this street! The furniture in the rooms is not worn out by life. The problem was with the hair dryer, it was not working, but they tried to solve the problem. We will come again! :))

For some reason, to write a review about a hotel, you need to rate it, I had to put one star, but in general I don't want to put one... I brought my family to celebrate the New Year in 2025, paid for the banquet, which cost 1,570 bel. for 2 children and a child of 8 years. You don't have to come here, and in general.... BUT about NG in this hotel: it's the bottom!!! It feels like people don't understand how to organize holidays at all. Personally, I was completely ruined by the holiday, because they sat me down at a table that shouldn't be in the place where it was placed at all, this is the distance of 60 cm between the chair and the constantly walking waiters, they constantly stumbled over my chair and hit me on the head with a plate and didn't even notice this incident. Of course, I turned to the receptionist with this problem and one door seemed to be blocked by some kind of object for the movement of waiters, but everyone walked smoothly, but no one else hit me on the head with a plate in NG, but they stumbled over the leg of the chair, here I must say that they offered dessert to sort it out somehow, but I refused and was ready to give them or someone else treats just to turn back the time and not spoil the holiday for my family ... But everything happened! The table that was set is creepy! In 2025, 3 families met with us at the same table and everyone was very surprised, well, what's already here... Hit so hit: there were no decorations at all on the NG, I'll just say that the table is very poor, animation is a two, there are no words at all, there is no professional analysis! Well, if you don't know how, don't do it! Why spoil people's holiday? The rooms are 4 with a minus, but we had a standard one. For me, this is the worst place, it's like a lump in my throat, but here's how: life is big and it happens differently, decide and take risks yourself.
