The hotel is great for events! Magnificent halls for different formats of events, the hotel is sharpened for this and knows how to do it. Special respect to the round hall! The food in coffee breaks and at dinners is quite decent, the service is in order (although there are questions at the stage of concluding contracts, you need to be persistent in your interests!). The room stock is quite fresh, but in the old traditional Soviet traditions. For an amateur, but clean, fresh and slightly party-pretentious.

Nice, conveniently located. All the sights, the city center, museums and shops are within walking distance. Pleasant staff, good restaurant, varied menu. The spa and pool are conveniently located away from the main recreation areas. However, the entrance to the water and the Jacuzzi are not convenient for elderly guests, it is very difficult to get in and out. Otherwise, I liked everything.

Breakfasts and dinners were not taken, because they served for a long time in the fall, as a result, dinner was brought to the room. Now we went to eat at the Cornflowers restaurant nearby. I love Minsk. It is a very soulful city . This is the second time in this hotel . The city center is close to theaters and it is easy to walk to all the attractions. The rooms are very beautiful. Great hotel. The room is spacious, bright, and always clean. Excellent attitude of the staff, they will help if you have any questions. A nice spa area (two saunas and a hammam) and a swimming pool. Convenient transportation and location (in the center of Minsk), it is convenient to get anywhere, the metro is across the street. Two parking lots, in general, there were no problems with it.

The hotel is on the 4th floor, it's not clear why they got 5 stars. My wife couldn't open the front door on her own, because the canvas itself is solid wood, and the hinges are not lubricated, they open with double effort. The bathroom light turns on every other time. The key card needs to be almost "hammered" into the contactor in the room. Most of all, the impression was spoiled by the fact that at the time of our arrival and for 2 days, there was some kind of meeting of various foreign delegations, therefore, every entrance to the hotel was searched for all our purchases. If they had warned you when booking, it wouldn't have been so insulting, otherwise they didn't say anything, just inspections, inspections and inspections! Next time, at any other place, but we won't stay there!

My husband was given a birthday present, although he was not warned when booking. The location of the hotel is the most advantageous-the old town is within walking distance. It's a pity you can't put 10 stars.

I did not live in the hotel itself, but I regularly visit the pool with baths, it stands like a state pool, but the atmosphere is completely different, there are a lot of flowers along the pool, the water is 28 °, you can order drinks if necessary, there is a Jacuzzi, a Finnish steam room (it was completely renovated in summer), a hammam (how nice it is to lie on warm marble) and a steam bath.

Great hotel! I was here for 4 days at the end of November 2024. The hotel itself has a convenient location, there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The reception staff is pleasant and helpful. Everything in the room was absolutely clean, there is everything you need, a comfortable mattress. The breakfasts are just great, a huge selection of dishes and side dishes, various snacks, fruits and desserts! There were even soups for breakfast)) and champagne is also served. I asked to make cappuccino with alternative milk once - they didn't refuse, they brought it with almond milk! From 8 o'clock a girl played the piano at breakfast in the restaurant, it was very pleasant to listen to live music) there is also a gym, a swimming pool and saunas. Plus, it is convenient that there is a Kommunarka branded store near the entrance to the restaurant, where you can buy sweet presents (prices are the same as in all Kommunarka branded stores). I had my DR on these dates and a compliment from the hotel was brought to my room - it was very nice! Choosing from Minsk or Hilton is definitely a 100% President hotel.

We decided to make ourselves a gift for Dr. In honor of my birthday, the hotel made a 50% discount on the room, and in the room we were waiting for a birthday compliment from the hotel 😇 A bag with branded cakes from the hotel restaurant 😋😋😋 and a personal postcard with the personal signature of the Director of the President Hotel 👍 Buzz! Our room was standard 710, large and spacious, has everything you need. There are terry bathrobes and slippers, put 4 bottles of water daily. As well as daily cleaning and change of bed linen 😇 The breakfasts in the restaurant are sooo hearty, delicious, it's more like dinners 😋 Soviet champagne, red and white fish, sandwiches with red caviar. Great respect to the chef 👍 We went to the pool 🏊 clean, it was nice to swim, there is a Jacuzzi 🛁 But the most important thing is the service at the hotel, at all stages of the stay at the hotel there was a very polite and fast staff. From parking to cleaning, all the employees showed themselves well, thank you very much 🙏 And in general, I want to say a huge thank you, the hotel is gorgeous, we are very pleased that we chose it! We will definitely come again, because we love Minsk very much.

The penultimate time was in 2020. Before covid. It was a super hotel. Now the plumbing is buzzing, the tiles are cracking, and the restaurant staff is disgustingly lazy. At first, there was some kind of trash at the reception, there were only two receptionists working and there was a queue for both of them. The standard room looks very (very) tired and sad. The only good big space. There was zero noise insulation, everything was audible! And what was happening in the hallway and what was happening in the neighboring rooms. I didn't like anything at all! What kind of five stars can we talk about???
