We arrived with my wife at the sanatorium "Narochansky Bereg" from January 01, 2024, settled in the main building, were on vacation for five days. The rooms are in good condition. The two downsides were: 1) it took a long time to figure out how to turn on the TV, but as a result, the "jack of all trades" on duty came in a day and showed us; 2) one night before departure (07.01.2024) there was no heating in the building, and due to the absence of the attendant / reception at night, only in the morning we were able to solve something. Saving is tough on everything here! Meals are actually three meals a day instead of 4 meals a day. On the first day of arrival, the catering was rated a solid "2". At the appointed breakfast at 09.00, it was served only at 09.25 and cold!!! It means that the plates with ready-made food stood somewhere for 25 minutes before serving and had already cooled down. And after a personal appeal to the director of the Naroch sanatorium, they were able to resolve this issue in response. The organization of meals was adjusted by time, but that's not why we came here! With medical services, too, everything suffers a little in terms of organization. After the doctor's appointment, the schedule is distributed by the medical registrar, to whom there was simply an impossibly long queue on January 03. In general, we decided to go for a walk in the air, everything returned to normal in a day, but the sanatorium is definitely not ready for a big arrival of vacationers! The food is on "3", the staff is good, the rooms are clean, the view and location in the forest are wonderful, a snowy and New Year's mood was provided. We recommend that you review everything regarding the organization of meals and the composition of the menu. There is no administrator in the dining room at all on weekends, as well as no one at the reception after 20.00 in the main building either. It is impossible to contact anyone from the staff at all!

The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful place almost on the shore of Lake Naroch.the rooms are clean, although the renovation is stale.the staff is very helpful and friendly.in my opinion, the food is not bad. the menu is customized.the territory is beautiful and well maintained.there is no pool of its own, but this is compensated by the proximity of the lake.there are even showers with hot water on the beach.there are a lot of different procedures.My wife and I liked it.We recommend it.

Gorgeous nature, which I really liked. I would come again for her sake. There are some nuances in the part of the sanatorium:
The rooms are relatively clean, if you don't find fault, they are cleaned every day. But after check-in, they climbed half the night to free the room from spiders, it's just a nightmare, the children refused to sleep. You can't go out on the balcony because it's just not tidied up there. There is no air conditioning in the room, and you can only check through one window, there are no screens on the balcony doors during the day it is very stuffy.
Unfortunately, the food is not above average. There are a lot of over-salted food and medium-cooked dishes that you just refuse and then look for somewhere else to have a snack. :(
The territory is well-groomed and pleasant:)
Overall, the impression is 3-4 points, everything is spoiled by the conditions

We rested from July 26 to August 5, 2023. The room is a good two-room suite. The cleaning is normal. The food is edible, the staff is friendly and pleasant to communicate with. I paid for my vacation reservation in Sanatria in December 2023. And I was extremely surprised when I arrived at the end of June 2024 that I had to pay extra, because the marketing of the sanatorium, having made the payment in December 2023, upon my arrival, decided in June 2024 to recalculate the payment, referring to the alleged absence of a note about early booking, with which a 10% discount is valid. I.e. to invoice one sum, accept payment by an early booking program is possible, and when a guest turns up at the reception of the sanatorium, it turns out that an advance payment for six months is not an early booking. A very big question for the marketing of the sanatorium. I have been vacationing for several years, I am extremely surprised by the new developments in payment.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. The magnificent air of the pines. The food is an ordinary canteen, but delicious. The room was taken by a 2-room apartment with a railway station. It is clear that they have not lived there for a long time, apparently it is expensive, so there was a smell and cobwebs on the balcony. Another strange thing: the balcony, with a beautiful view of the lake, is sealed with a metal shield. In order to admire, you have to stand. A strange approach to comfort. The territory is small, you can walk along the lake to the neighboring territories of sanatoriums, everything is open and free, calm, there are no crowds of tourists, although everything was busy everywhere.
In general, Belarus impressed with its order, cleanliness and love for the motherland. A very pleasant impression. We will definitely come again!

The very first sanatorium on Lake Naroch (60 years old). Rooms with old renovation and bed linen. The service staff are all retired, they work hard for additional income. Equipment for procedures since the opening of the sanatorium.
Meals in the dining room, just so you don't die. A couple of spoonfuls of porridge spread on a plate and a finger-sized bread patty.
Paid treatments are priced like in a good sanatorium, but do not forget about the quality!

The sanatorium is located right on the shore of the lake, the most important plus and trump card. The nature is incomparable, the air is clean, the views are gorgeous, the territory is well-groomed, outside the sanatorium in the resort village it is the same.
I liked the sanatorium itself, although it resembled the Soviet Union in places, vacationers are mostly pensioners, but the impressions are the most positive. In the evenings there is a disco, paid services - cinema, bar, concerts, excursions, there is something to entertain yourself, especially relaxing with the company.
We rested on a wellness package, we bought all the procedures on the spot. There is plenty to choose from, but due to the large number of vacationers, some of the procedures may be unavailable or in a smaller volume than we would like. There is no pool!!! There is a nearby sanatorium for an additional fee.The fee is inconvenient. We arrived at the end of August, found the heat, so we swam in the lake.
Arthur has the most positive emotions from manual massage and Julia has cosmetic procedures. In general, all treatment rooms have mostly pleasant staff.
I was glad that I didn't have to run for procedures across the street from building to building, as in other sanatoriums. At the end of 2 weeks, recovery is evident.
The food was simple, but varied and very tasty, I remembered kindergarten and a happy childhood. We never felt hungry, but it was clearly not enough for some men, judging by the conversations.
There are many cafes, a EuroOpt minimarket, a market with local products within walking distance, you will not stay hungry. Everything is inexpensive by St. Petersburg standards, while it is very tasty and natural. Every day I bought raspberries, fruits, and vegetables from grandmothers at the market. Tamara's smoked fish is super tasty there, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the private owner brought homemade lard, dried meat, sausage - generally a delicacy.
In general, everything is fine, but not without disadvantages. I will not describe in detail, I just want to wish this sanatorium competent good management, so that employees from every corner do not moan about a small salary and lack of staff, do not go to the sanatorium more expensive, do not do their work carelessly, and so that for this reason there are no negative impressions from vacationers. Everything is very sad with cleaning and plumbing. It will be a pity if such a beautiful place finally falls into disrepair.
We will definitely return to Belarus, as well as to the Myadel district.

These are organizational issues, it takes a long time to make appointments for procedures, only one specialist works for a large flow of vacationers. There is no necessary number of specialists, in particular massage therapists, one is on vacation, the other is on sick leave and that's it... People were left without procedures that are paid for... It is very sad that this is not thought out. Of course, I understand that most likely we are so "lucky" and at other times everything is fine. But the check-in was 50 people and it's autumn, but what happens in summer?

Tired rooms on the 4th floor, large holes on the grids, they asked to change because there were a lot of midges on the street, they said they were not there
The watering can was broken, they asked to change it

There is no security on the territory (only somewhere far away in the parking lot there seems to be a guard) anyone can walk around the territory, at night in the warm season there were drunken screaming companies on benches along the lake 3 times, no one cares about them

I liked the sanatorium as a whole. The staff is responsive, the medical staff knows their business. The room was large, 2 rooms. It is located on the shore of the lake, 160 km from Minsk. The territory is large and clean. The rooms were not cleaned regularly and not very efficiently. The biggest disadvantage of the sanatorium is food. Meals on the menu. Dishes from the era of the Soviet Union. Mostly porridge, cottage cheese, cutlets.. Vegetables, fruits, salads are rare guests on the menu.

If you book through the website, be careful when choosing a treatment package. It is unclear when ordering what is included in the end. We thought we ordered one, but it turned out we didn't. There is no swimming pool in the sanatorium!!! They organize a bus and take you to the next 10 minutes away, strictly once a day, except on weekends and everything is strictly on schedule. To be honest, we were not ready for this, because the site says that there is a swimming pool. Entertainment includes movies, board games, and a disco.

Right now we are resting in Naroch. We took an apartment with my husband in the first building on the 4th floor. A balcony with a view of the lake. It's amazing! The room is large, comfortable, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi. There is everything for a comfortable stay, for such a price we do not have such comfort in Russia and will not have it. At first we took a 7-day trip, but on the second day we decided to extend it, we liked it so much! The food is delicious and healthy! My husband and I love table food, so the food is perfect for us. The staff is polite and attentive. There are a lot of procedures, the prices are affordable. The nature is amazing, the lake is like the sea, the air is clean and soft. Silence, just birds and surf. Most of the vacationers are older people. This is a huge plus if you like a relaxing holiday. There is also plenty of entertainment: rental, cinema, dancing, karaoke.

I want to write that everything is fine, but it's not.
The food in the dining room is excellent, like at home.

The rooms are small, but cleaned regularly.
There is no elevator. The first building is new (relatively), the second is old and killed.
If it's summer, then it's okay to move from the second building to the dining room and to the procedure, but if it's cold, then you can go through the buildings, but this is again a whole quest (how to get there and not get lost, and not die along the way). No, if you are young, healthy, then you can run, but if your joints, knees, back, heart, pressure hurt, then it is very difficult to run up the stairs and to the third floor many times.
Nature is great - lake, forest, mushrooms, swans, ducks.
There are many different sanatoriums nearby that are interconnected by a road for cars and different paths for people.

When buying a ticket, they said that you can pay in Russian rubles. Deceived. Must not. Only local ones. Banks and exchangers did not work until January 3. Staff relations are terrible, no one is responsible for anything. There is only one answer to the question of what can be done to pay:we don't know, decide for yourself to change where you want or move out, despite the fact that we paid 50 percent in Moscow. Thanks to the girl Svetlana, the manager helped, paid for us and then changed Russian rubles to local ones. THANK YOU SVETLANA. As a result, everything worked out. According to the menu in the dining room, this is a separate topic. During the entire stay, none of the staff in the dining room explained the principle of the customized menu to us. I had to eat according to the principle of what they would give. The staff in the dining room is rude, does not answer questions, but is rude. It's really not pleasant. The room was on the 4th floor. They cleaned up the whole time once. I would return to the question again, I can definitely answer that no. I got the impression that the brotherly people of Belarus will not see us. More than once, they did not get to the procedures due to the fact that the doctor has a day off. Just a laugh before and only. We took vouchers with treatment. And anyway, if you want to get to the USSR, you are definitely here. We have always remembered the quest how to survive in the USSR. It's a pity for people who fell for good reviews like us. Belarusian dishes disappointed, national dishes should be tastier). the water supply of the sanatorium is excellent. Walking distance to shops is a big plus. They clean up on time, everyone is very polite. There is no swimming pool in the sanatorium. A sanatorium with a swimming pool is 4 km away. Attendance is 5 rubles per person. If according to the classic voucher, three visits are free of charge. the treatment is also on the level. The sanatorium is quite a good one.

During the two weeks of rest, there were no repetitions on the menu, with the exception of kefir and bread. The medical unit was pleased with its variety of procedures performed and a modern approach to the logistics of vacationers. The contingent of vacationers is older people. However, there are also isolated representatives of youth under 30 years of age. The entertainment part leaves much to be desired. The location of other sanatoriums saves the situation, where they will be happy to welcome you. The sanitary and technical equipment of the rooms is higher than expected: a beautiful view from the windows of the room to the lake, the presence of a refrigerator, TV, kettle, shower and warm water 24/7. The Internet catches poorly, it is recommended to have access to a mobile phone. The impression was spoiled by the ongoing renovation of the dining room in the presence of vacationers and the settling of construction dust on the dishes; non—compliance with the rules of personal hygiene by some employees: medical workers providing massage services had overgrown nails, thereby causing discomfort to consumers of services. Overall, the impression is good. We don't want to leave.

After booking, we received confirmation that the room is located at the address: Zelenaya str., 1. When I got to the address, the girl at the reception spread her hands and said, then you have a reservation elsewhere, in narochansom bereg (Lesnaya str. 3).
The administrator said that when choosing the room, the address was indicated. Yes, I may not have noticed it, but why do you have the address of the main building in your booking confirmation?
Later, I checked with my neighbors in the building, I was told that everyone had the correct address in their armor.
The conclusion is obvious: they just gave away my room, and I was moved to a building far from the lake.
To my indignation at why you were incorrectly specifying the address, the receptionist said that she could only call a taxi. For a moment, I gave 6 rubles for 1.5 km.
You will rarely find such prices in Minsk.
Everything is deplorable with food, the rooms are collective farm, to put it mildly. It is clear that the cost is lower compared to others, but I would like at least a change of pillows and mattresses in the rooms since the Soviet era.
The views are beautiful, the lake, the forest. This is of course the main thing. But not the merit of the sanatorium

Cons: the toilet was constantly breaking, the terrible smell of iron water, it is unpleasant to take a shower, especially to brush your teeth you need to buy water right away, terrible toilet paper,soap that does not lather nowhere to put, such little things can be provided in the room, the room was 5 days,not cleaned, but if something is needed, requests were fulfilled, there is a bar until 22 00,the assortment is very small, it seems to me that you can cook something fast when you want to have a snack

I've been to this sanatorium with my friend twice, and I liked everything in general. Yes, it is without pathos, simple, there is no pool. But its location is just super great! We went for the procedures, which we received. The price/quality ratio is just perfect. Neighboring sanatoriums with the worst location and generally the same set of procedures cost almost 2 times more expensive. Personally, I was still in the Satellite, which is much more expensive, but no better.

The sanatorium itself requires repair. PVC windows give a more cheerful mood than the room itself on the third floor of the first building. Procedures - in sufficient quantity and quality! The staff is friendly, but not all that surprised. I didn't like the food, although I'm not picky about food at all.

Everything is just great! The place is a stunning, charming beauty of nature, lakes. A quiet place 170 km from Minsk. Inconspicuous staff, ready to help at all times and in everything. Clean, cozy,comfortable, caring. The numbers- I think it couldn't be better. Everything you need is provided, starting from the basic household details. Excellent cuisine, 4 meals a day, and mandatory kefir for the night. The food is very tasty, satisfying, and varied. Just homemade food, it doesn't bother you. Caring service. The territory is a huge park and the shore of the lake-sea! Swans, comfort, beauty!! You can't tell me everything. It is necessary - just take a ticket, go there and enjoy!! There are a lot of people who come there from year to year!!

We had a family vacation from the end of April 2022 to the beginning of May 2022. I liked the sanatorium very much. There are many advantages: excellent location (clean huge lake Naroch, pine forest, shops and exchangers nearby), very friendly staff, good cuisine, I really liked the procedures, there are no queues anywhere, we settled quickly.
And now to the cons... Naroch sanatorium is good for everyone! BUT, apparently, the managers of the sanatorium on weekends sell vouchers like a "Weekend tour".... And then, the sanatorium turns into a roadside motel. Drunkenness begins, shouting and slamming doors all night, drunken people walking along the corridors...Moreover, this category of vacationers is settled in the same place where those who came here for treatment live. In general, these days the sanatorium does not look like a medical institution, but as I wrote above, it looks more like a cheap roadside motel. Parking for cars is not very convenient. The territory is not guarded in any way. These, for me personally, are the disadvantages of this sanatorium. Will I come here again..? I don't know.
