A good and not expensive sanatorium! The lake is gorgeous! My favorite place in Belarus! We come from Minsk every year!
But there is one problem: food: when will the cook change??? How can you spoil food like that? The year 2023 is summer- we are in our favorite sanatorium - and again there is a problem with cooking. Why are there so many onions in the dishes? Why can't they cook vegetables and where are the greens?

Hello! Currently, he is vacationing in Naroch, we have been traveling here with our family for 3 years.This year I am very disappointed, the cleaning in the rooms is not done , everything is dirty, the curtains are windows, the bathroom is just terrible.The food is disgusting , everything is so tasteless , tea does not even taste .Yes, plus they put coffee machines that I keep running for exactly 15 minutes, then they turn them off.When you tell the receptionist in the dining room, he smiles sweetly.Unfortunately, we will not return here again and will not recommend it.

We had a rest in August 2023. One adult child of 17 years old in a sanatorium of the average price category, I would even say a budget one. A minimum of service for this money. There are rooms with renovation, there are rooms without renovation, there are rooms on the fourth floor where the renovation has been completely done and the floors and rooms there are suites, apparently. The sanatorium is located right on the shore of Naroch in the resort village. The food menu is customized, the portions are more designed for children. Of the advantages, a shop and a cafe are located nearby, as well as hot water appeared on the beach. There is no hot water even in the Priozerny sanatorium, which is considered a super Mega Vip. There are no sunbeds on the beach, as the Lifeguard said during the coronavirus, they were removed, there was no team to take them back. from entertainment in the evening, movies, sometimes concerts by visiting artists, the bar is open from 15:00, Russian billiards, a tennis table in very poor condition, new bicycle rental, sauna. The general conclusion is that if you are lucky with the weather, you can close your eyes to all the disadvantages. Of course, Naroch has its own unique microclimate and air. I do not recommend swimming in the lake immediately people get allergies. Be sure to hug with soap after each bath. We were able to swim twice in 10 days, so I put 3 c + on the 5th scale for my vacation.

Good afternoon. I had a rest in the sanatorium "Naroch" from 2.10 to 15.10. 2023. There was no heating for a long time, the room is spacious, there are many windows, there is even a window in the bathroom, the side is not sunny, at night it was very cold in the room. I applied to the administration, asked for a household heater or an electric heater, but they said it was not allowed. The pensioner (69 years old) was not met halfway. The food is mediocre, there is a lot in volume, but the quality is 3. The number of procedures is in accordance with the number of rest days, as indicated on the sanatorium's website. The staff is responsive, polite. The price/quality ratio is 4.

The biggest plus is the location, i.e. the sanatorium stands almost on the shore of Naroch. The room stock is old, but not broken either. The staff tries to be friendly, but "dissatisfied visitors" make a big negative contribution. If you listen to some, according to the claims made, you get the feeling that they don't get out of Courchevel in life, but here a hard one has brought into this Naroch. In general, subjectivism is off the scale. The food is quite varied, but by definition it is dietary. Therefore, the chef tries to somehow give it a taste of normal. And this happens in most cases. There are quite a lot of procedures included in the package. Especially if you come in from 13 nights. One significant disadvantage is the lack of a private pool, which they are trying to compensate for with 5 free visits to the pool in another sanatorium. However, the trip there is one per day and people have to spin around to combine the pool with the treatments. For me, this issue was solved simply - I got in the car and went when it was convenient for me. In general, although the price is high for the "scoop", it is also on the lower level compared to the neighboring ones.

I came to rest for the company (a friend to be treated) The most beautiful lake, pine trees,-the territory is surrounded by greenery. We went on excursions (there are many of them to choose from) The food is delicious(I like it). Oxygen cocktails in the bar (improve blood circulation (brain too), tone. Exercise equipment on the street is free(charging😊) in the building - for its intended purpose (it's HOT now +Z6🤪). Nearby is a resort village, very nice (restaurant, pharmacy, shops, beach, etc. I took some treatments - mainly massages (underwater shower, aquarol pro, etc.) Super!!!! 🥰👋👋👋👋

I'm sorry, but this is my personal opinion. Maybe I'm wrong.
--- Numbers. The second building. I can name it in one word - poverty. In our room, the wallpaper is stripped and taped. The bedspreads are so old and scary that you're afraid to sit down. The blanket is supposed to be left over from Soviet times.
Of course, the main thing is a positive mood. That's what we lived with. But I know for sure that I will never come here again.

I liked the sanatorium.We lived on the 4th floor .Junior suite room.Great room.The furniture, plumbing, linen are good, everything is new.The food is dietary, delicious.The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery.The lake is beautiful. The medical staff is professional and polite. Leisure - movies, dancing, concerts.There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.There are boat, boat and yacht rentals on the waterfront.We really enjoyed our vacation at the sanatorium.We recommend it!

4. Clean and well-groomed territory. My eyes are really happy. No trash can, no extra twig. Everything is in flowers, and at night in lights.
Well, now the real disadvantages: everyday life. There are different rooms. There are bright rooms with new furniture and appliances. And there are those in which we were. Remember them and do not choose: double standard and twin economy. The first: It was damp, cold, a tiny bathroom, there was no water in the tank for three out of 8 days, they washed it off with a shower or from a basin (yes, there is a basin). When they complained to the maid, she kicked somewhere behind the toilet and the water went. In the hallway on the ground floor, tiles have broken off from the floor, creak and cling to shoes - scratched leather crosses. All day, all fucking day, there was a trolley with detergents, a bucket of dirty water and a rag in the hallway in front of our door. Well, it's not ice, is it? There is water leaking in the bathroom where the heated towel rail is attached. On a roll of toilet paper that can't be outweighed. He's always wet. Charm. We're moving on. The doors creak loudly in the twin economy. All. Bed linen and towels were changed on the 7th day. Well, damn, 7 days is a lot, isn't it?
And, well, keep in mind and then don't say that you weren't warned. Naroch does not have its own boiler room. Therefore, when the hot water was turned off in the village for TWO DAYS, there was no hot water in the sanatorium. That is, on the street + 12, in the room and bathroom there is a tub and I wash with a tiny kettle for half a liter after the procedures. Mmmmmm... And, by the way, the kettle didn't turn off on its own.
All the flaws are fixable. People, please leave your feedback at the sanatorium or at least here. Let them get to the management

During the week, the towels have never been replaced, about the bed linen, I am generally silent. We lived in twin comfort. The refrigerator did not freeze. The window sills are dusty, there are a lot of spiders. There are coolers with cold and hot water in the corridors.The food is very weak (Soviet canteen). The choice of dishes is very modest and starts from 4 days. There are many benches, swings, gazebos on the territory of the sanatorium, where you can relax and admire the views of the lake. There is a rental of billiards, tennis rackets. There is a gym with exercise equipment in the building, and there is also a gym corner outside in the shade.The doctor is attentive, the procedures are performed efficiently. In the evening there are discos, music from the 60s to the 2020s.The nearest beach is with grass and a large winding pontoon. The beach of the Priozerny sanatorium is a 15-minute walk away - it is magnificent! White fine sand,toilet,benches,children's area,awnings,rental,shower,pontoon,cafe,swing,playground.It's free for now, except for the VIP area. On the other side there is a beach with grass, on the way to it there are 3 springs with the purest water and a barrel font. There is a cafe where they prepare beautiful and delicious cocktails. These two beaches have a pier, boat and catamaran rentals, and yacht trips.

The linen has not been changed once. The cleaning of the premises leaves much to be desired. The food is decent, actually there are fewer complaints about food. The staff is friendly. The head of the department looks down on everyone, does not approach with any question. She does not delve into and does not solve the problems of vacationers, she will still like you or not... There is no pool, they took us to neighboring sanatoriums, for money.. The water in the faucet is smelly, rusty, and the canteen was given out only once. They all run to the krinitsa for water with bottles. There is parking. There is a bicycle rental service. There is a cafe nearby with amazing blues music, great, thanks for the service and attention!!!

The building "Narochansky coast". For an unassuming holiday is cheap. The treatment set is modest, there is no pool of its own (go 6 km to Narochanka in free, strongly chlorine, or walk 10 minutes to Belaya Rus in paid), without a buffet. You get to the primary doctor's appointment only the next day, losing a day, instead of the appointed time you wait for an extra 1.5 hours, because instead of the allotted 15 minutes, the appointment lasts half an hour. It is difficult to get paid procedures, because there are not enough specialists (poor salaries in comparison with other sanatoriums). The menu is custom-made, they cook well, if you don't have a refined taste, it is diverse, but there are very few fruits, with slightly better vegetables. There are no problems with the medical staff, if possible, they transfer time, enter the position. There are enclosures with roe deer, rabbits, pheasants, peacocks on the territory. The provision is not good, it is felt. A few years ago, they did a thorough, long-term repair, in some places it has not yet been completed. The elevators were installed, they did not put them to work. In the main building there are treatment rooms and superior rooms, the rest of the rooms and one suite are located in three three-storey buildings nearby. Around the forest with paths, however, is not particularly well maintained. There is no pump room of its own, or in White Russia, or in the main building of the sanatorium you have to go 1.5 km, but it is specific, very salty. The main building itself is in the village, they also do ultrasound there; you can do it in Belaya Rus, but they don't warn you (they heard it for the first time, they say) that then you need to additionally pay for a doctor's consultation, because you are from another sanatorium. Shops, pharmacies, etc. - there is nothing in place. There is some kind of rental, a playground with exercise equipment on the street, a Parking lot. The lake is 600-700 meters away.

I had a wonderful rest and was treated. Clean, cozy. People are friendly. The food is amazing, delicious, just like in childhood. Even a lot for me. Dishes to choose from. Not a buffet, but you order what you like every other day. It is convenient to come to the procedures on time. The medical staff is at a high professional level. For evening relaxation, there is a bar, a cinema and a music room right in the building. Thanks to the management of the sanatorium for such an organization of the sanatorium's work.

We rested in the sanatorium "Naroch" for two weeks. One of the advantages is the location and nature. Those who are lucky with a room have a view from the window. That's where the advantages end. The sanatorium requires repair and renovation. If the room is renovated, then the furniture is old (we slept on terrible beds), we treated our backs with procedures, but after sleeping for 2 weeks on terrible mattresses, we eventually left with a sore back (Mold in the bathroom, broken plumbing. Linen, towels, blankets, pillows from 30 years ago (dirty wool blankets) . Changing is a huge problem. There is no room cleaning at all! In general, I categorically do not recommend this institution to squeamish, clean and tidy people who appreciate comfort! Now about the treatment. Try not to get to the doctor Zarovskaya A.O. talks through his teeth, does not explain anything, procedures must be begged (almost nothing is allowed on the ticket) those who are not familiar with the procedures will pay extra for everything. The equipment is old, all rooms require renovation and repair. There are problems with massage, the specialists are very weak, and there are not enough of them (they only complain how hard it is for them to work) the massage lasts 10 minutes))) The cultural sector works well (dancing every evening, both adults and children) in the evening there is a cheerful atmosphere. The food in the dining room is quite tolerable, we had enough food, but it won't be enough for a man. Conclusion: the worst sanatorium on the Naroch coast!

Sanatorium "Naroch" in Belarus is a year–round modern health resort for budget holidays, which is located 20 m from the shore of the picturesque lake Naroch.

The Naroch sanatorium complex consists of four- and three-storey sleeping buildings and a medical building, which are connected by warm passages.
The health resort specializes in the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, heart and blood vessels. For these purposes, the medical center of the health resort has several diagnostic departments, a balneological department, an inhaler, massage and hydropathic departments, physical therapy and alternative medicine rooms, as well as a mud treatment department. In addition, patients can visit the infrared sauna and undergo the cedar barrel procedure.
All vacationers in the Naroch complex are offered 4 meals a day, but the food is monotonous and not very tasty.

I had a rest in July 2023 in the Narochansky Bereg building. The place is very good, but everything else is not so good. She lived in the 3rd building. It is very dirty, both inside and outside the room. There are few tours on the ticket and all are banal. Massage is just no words, 10 minutes. With one hand, the masseur does a massage, and with the other he types SMS in the phone. The food is not very good, everyone went to the store of the urban settlement after such a meal. Animation is karaoke and a disco, which no one goes to, everyone goes to the neighboring sanatorium "Belaya Rus". I have been to many sanatoriums in Belarus, there is something to compare it with, I have not seen such an outrage anywhere. And getting there is even steeper. 3 hours by car from Minsk, where there is not even a suitcase to put. It's good that they were sitting, and many of them were going at stops, standing up. I was in great anticipation of a great vacation, I wanted a repeat of last year. Alas and ah! Without an announcement - now this sanatorium, apparently, can be called "Mother and child"!! There is no transportation to the sanatorium. Everything adapts to clients with children. There are constant screams and screams of children in the dining room. In the building, where the rooms are of high comfort, children are running, stomping, screaming. You come to the procedures, for a minute - paid for by me, at the appointed time, it's busy, you see, you came with children, wait, they can't wait, then you need to adjust to again, to other people's children (there was a need for fresh air during the reception of water procedures, as there was an increase in pressurebut no, there is a child in the next room), the schedule for receiving procedures is adjusted by you to those with children, in the dining room the staff constantly confused the seating at the table and so on for two weeks, there is no normal ventilation in the room, mosquito nets are one, but the quality is terrible. All the midges fly into the room, the window and the door to the balcony cannot be opened. The sanatorium is overcrowded, yes it's the season, but we also pay a lot of money. If you count on a certain tour plan, they cancel it without explaining the reasons. The imposition of unnecessary services is simply flourishing. I'm more disappointed than ever!!
