The best place for dates or gatherings with friends. It is always clean, cozy, polite staff, delicious food, comfortable halls and large screens. We come here all the time, there have never been any questions. If it were possible to put 10 stars, I would definitely put it!

Getting from the parking lot to the cinema is a whole quest. There are no signs. And even when you see the popcorn stands, there's a closed door in front of you that says "service entrance." You return to the elevator again and after two trips on the escalator you find yourself near the wardrobe. There are a couple more stairs from there and you're in the hall. Hooray for the quest, but no, the rows in the hall are not numbered, and mathematics will not help here, as well as logic, because there are sofas near the screen, and then there are rows of chairs, and what counts as the first row can only be guessed. After the start of the session, the runners in the dark will amuse the audience even more in search of their row.

There were worse chairs than in this cinema in my life. It is impossible to sit, it is comfortable for the first two minutes, but later the whole body swells and you have to sit in an arched shape, you paid 16 rubles, but there is zero comfort. Above that, people give 5 stars and good comments, so it feels like they've been bought.
I agree that the screen is big, the sound is good, the room is cleaned, there is a place to put a bottle of water
But there is no important aspect like convenience while watching a movie. I don't advise anyone, throw away the money and leave before the end of the movie.

It's kind of disappointing. Popcorn in trays behind glass, which people themselves carry back and forth: if they wanted to, they took it, if they wanted to, they brought it back, touched it. In front of me, a woman climbed into this showcase and poked into several packets of popcorn. I took it from the upper shelves: few people climb there. But the most fiasco is the advertisement before the movie, a whole ton, at a ticket price of 22p (premium seat). I've seen a lot of cinemas, but this is completely out of the question. I pay to watch a movie in a movie theater so I don't have to watch ads, but there are ads. Thank you for not interrupting the movie.
On the plus side: the halls are not very large, the chairs are really comfortable, but some other cinemas offer the same thing. The price of popcorn is too high, as far as I'm concerned, but it still tastes good, so it's acceptable to start with more. There is a bar with alcohol, but going to a movie drunk is a move, imho. I didn't take any photos, there are a lot of them on Yandex.
In general, the overall impression is completely ruined, although someone will say that I'm wrong to complain about advertising, but it's a matter of looks. I believe that if you have paid the money, then you do not watch the advertisement, and its presence indicates excessive greed. Movie announcements don't count. Whether you're ready to put up with it or not is up to you.

We came to watch in hall #7 and froze in the first row. At the request to make it warmer, it began to blow even harder. The temperature in the hall on the first row was like outside. I was sick for 2 days after visiting the cinema. Here is the result of visiting your cinema. A completely negative result. I don't recommend the first row, you can be sick for 2 days afterwards.

Unfortunately, the manager's complete incompetence in dealing with clients.
Upon entering the cinema hall, I found out that other people were sitting in the seats I had bought without checks and confirmation of payment for the seats.
All the suggested postponements were not convenient for me due to the plans and the state of my health. I was denied a solution to this situation and not even an apology was offered.
The manager refused to talk to the people sitting in the seats I had paid for and rudely persuaded me to refund the money, referring to the fact that she had already talked to them. This is not true, because she did not approach them in front of me.
The evening was ruined, I had to be nervous too. The manager's argument was "great"—"well, they were the first to come and sit in these seats." I would really like to see such employees no longer working with people.

We went with my husband to the movie "Mickey 17" on March 15 at 21:20 (hall 5). They started launching into the hall at 21:10, tickets were checked very slowly, and a huge queue was gathered. As a result, we got into the hall only at 21:25, when five minutes of the film had already passed, although we arrived at 21:00. At the same time, the lights were on in the hall for another five minutes while the rest of the audience was being launched. That means watching a movie for 10 minutes with the lights on, when you can barely see anything on the screen. Are you kidding me? I used to have a favorite movie theater, but now it's like this.

I bought a ticket online, was 5-10 minutes late due to bad weather, it rained all day, asked about the wardrobe, said it was closed for the summer season, sat with wet jackets and umbrellas.
Secondly and most importantly, when buying a ticket, it was not indicated anywhere that it would be necessary to buy additional glasses for viewing in 3-D. I do not understand why buying a ticket for such a session does not include points in the price, but the main complaint is that it is not indicated anywhere when buying online. The question "will the picture be much different if we watch without glasses?" was also not answered clearly, as a result, not wanting to miss the beginning of the film, we went without buying additional glasses, as a result, everything except the picture in the center of course doubled.

The chairs ruined the whole impression, I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews about them.

The cinema was very damaged after the opening, the staff was terrible, indifferent, busy with personal matters, today they bought tickets for the cartoon, so two adults sold, although I came with a child. In the cinema itself, no one is watching at all, while watching people move around the hall, they sit on their phones, it has become impossible to watch movies at all. We loved this cinema so much, we were regular customers, now I understand that we need to go to other cinemas. There are a lot of good reviews, so gifts are given for good reviews, and in order to improve people's rest, instead of gifts, everything only gets worse. I do not recommend this vacation spot.

I'm sorry, but customer orientation tends to zero. The first time I bought a certificate, they sent me running from cash register to cash register for 45 minutes. Fortunately, they apologized and offered a coupon for popcorn at the end.

We purchased seats for 44 rubles, recliners. During the viewing, they found that the chair was not working, not even lit. It was impossible to move - all the seats were already occupied. In order not to create discomfort for others, we decided not to chase the administrator, but came up at the end of the film. To which we were answered with a grin: " What didn't you say during the viewing? Thanks for telling me just now, there's a couple of minutes of business there, it flies off periodically. The chairs didn't seem comfortable to me...

Wide armrests? Fantastic!
A pillow for your head? That's the catch. It doesn't hold my neck, but presses into the back of my head. With this seat design, it's only comfortable to look down at the popcorn or from deep under the brow at the screen, but not for long.

It's just the worst movie theater I've ever been to.
1. The price is significantly inflated in terms of quality and comfort.
2. The food hunter card provides a discount only on one of the two tickets paid for with this card, and without warning. Why? That is, if I bought 1 ticket, then 1 more ticket, would there be a discount, and if 2 at once, then there is no discount? A mess and misleading!
3. Just terrible seats where it is impossible to sit for a minute! I sat down and immediately wanted to leave. Firstly, it is an arched back without neck support, on the contrary, forcing you to push and bend it forward! Secondly, these seats are constantly shifting back and forth. I had to sit diagonally to somehow save my neck from the captivity of this backrest, and rest the whole session on the floor so as not to huddle in this stupid seat. How can you put such seats at all, and also spend such money? My whole back ached after such a session!
4. Space prices in the cinema's "bar". For some reason, they sell beer, some incomprehensible drinks at exorbitant prices, but there is no ordinary drinking water or mineral water. I had to run down to the neighbors to get some water before the session.
There is absolutely no desire to visit this cinema at least ever, I'd rather continue to go to some Belarus.

The prices are higher than in other cinemas (by 2-3 rubles), but this is not critical. Excellent halls (I would even say normal, like everyone else's), a large selection of cafes, an excellent waiting area with a beautiful bar.
From the funny side, this is a student discount of 1p, which is CHECKED (I would understand if the discount is 5p), but this is ridiculous. It is easier for students to go to Belarus, where the ticket will be 10 rubles instead of 15 rubles.
Well, the main disadvantage is the advertising before the film, and no, these are not classic trailers of future films that I like to watch. This is a common advertisement for Minsk establishments, it feels like I'm not watching a movie, but on a pirate site.

05.12 I went to the Godzilla movie.
It should be noted the excellent location near the cinema. It occupies the last floors of the Galileo shopping center.
The cinema itself made a pleasant impression at first glance - New Year decorations together with Wonka, a game area with consoles, a bar area with panoramic windows and a view of the city. You can take a beautiful photo, or just relax while waiting for the start of the show.
There are cool drinks glasses on sale that you just want to buy as a collection.
I was surprised by the almost complete absence of people (it was the last session at 22-15 and on a weekday), but for me this is only a plus, because there are no queues.
The staff is friendly and smiling.
Already at home, I discovered that I dropped the ES in the cinema, and the next day the waii returned to me, for which a special thanks to the girl working that day, because she listened politely and attentively, did not forget about the problem, but treated it responsibly and contributed to the return of the lost thing.
About the hall and the seats.
The hall itself is small, there is enough space for outstretched legs, everything is clean, the sound is good. Yes, it takes a little effort to recline the chair, but they didn't come back on their own. I agree with other comments about head restraints, because initially you don't notice this, but after an hour of watching you start to think that if you sit strictly straight in the chair, then your neck may start to go numb. I had the last 5th row in the 2nd hall (LoveSeats) and, leaning my head back on the headrest, my gaze was exactly in the center of the screen. I don't know exactly how the rows are closer, but if the backs of the chairs are the same, then watching the movie may be more difficult.
However, the chairs themselves are soft and comfortable. The cup holders are deep, which is also a plus. And on the LoveSeats seats, you can either lower the central armrest or completely remove it so that it does not interfere. But sitting in an embrace with your couple will still be a little difficult due to the automatic return of the chair position.
I read the reviews before choosing the cinema. There were complaints about the small assortment of tea, the gap between the chair and the passage into which the foot could get in the dark, the burning signs "Exit" during the session - all problems were solved, which also leaves the impression that the organization listens to the feedback of visitors.
Maybe the prices are a little too high compared to another large cinema, but here the evening screening time is more convenient for me, so the choice fell on this cinema and I was satisfied.
I'll be back here for more film screenings.
