When handing over the jacket to the wardrobe, they categorically refused to take a jacket without a "strong loop", although their hooks are well protruding and I asked them to hang it by the hood, because it would be inconvenient for me to carry the jacket with me around the cinema, to which they replied that these were my problems, literally. The cinema looks modern and fresh, but all the positive emotions were "chopped off" at the hanger! The 21st century is in the yard, and we have to sew an eyelet to the jacket (if it is not provided) in order to put it in the wardrobe! Guys, provide hangers in this case!

An excellent cinema in the very center of Minsk with transport accessibility from any area. The quality of the picture, sound and the design of the room are excellent. An adequate ticket price. A bar with the best view of the night city, only jazz music is missing :). Now about the cons. There are sometimes inaccuracies in the organization of work. Tickets did not arrive by E-mail twice. But the issue was quickly resolved at the reception desk. Once there was a triple reservation of one place. It was not possible to resolve the issue immediately. All but the most lateral seats were occupied and the person with the earliest ticket by date of purchase sat down. The money was returned. A couple of days later, Artyom, the very kind manager of the cinema, called and closed the issue in the most polite and appropriate way. Hopefully, IT specialists will cope with such a problem. Which takes at least 10 minutes away from the film, can create a conflict between the audience and spoil the mood. Will I stop going to them? No. The cinema is too good. Do they need to do something with the information system? Definitely yes! Some chairs are so springy that you have to strain your back all the time so that you don't get thrown vertically. They do not fix themselves, only under the weight of the viewer. According to the employees, over time, the chairs will become more comfortable. A couple of times I watched as rather tipsy companies were allowed into the halls, but still standing on their feet. It's a good thing they didn't sit next to me. I don't know how to deal with this, you can't give a breathalyzer to every employee, and even there the children (conditionally) are mostly where they are against bullish and drunken citizens.

I'll start right away with a big minus, without which you could safely put 5: The seats are really uncomfortable, namely the headrest, which rests against the neck, which causes the head to fall down, and in order to watch a movie normally, you need to strain your neck and raise your head higher to see the screen, even reclining the chair does not help (which reclines with effort and is not fixed, you need to apply force so that it remains in an inclined position, especially for the girl it was hard and in the end she did not tilt it). We were sitting on the 4th row, I'm afraid to imagine how hard it was for people on the 2-3 rows (there are sofas in the first row and it seems like you can lie there, so it's easier). In general, if you go to the Skyline, then to the last rows. Another disadvantage is that the chairs do not have mini tables. This is quite strange, considering how much choice there is in the snack bar. It all needed to be put somewhere, I had to put it on the floor. Otherwise, everything is cool: Convenient location in the shopping center in the city center. Modern interior. Delicious popcorn. Snacks for every taste. I advise you to take an Ice latte with orange juice at the bar (it's called Bumble, I don't remember), it's very tasty. At the expense of the screen, it seemed to the girl that the screen was smaller than that of M**n and Fa**on, but I can't say for sure. At the expense of sound, it seems normal, but the noise insulation between the halls is not very good, because during the Barbie session, rumbles were heard from neighboring halls where Oppenheimer was shown. I would also like the halls to be more diverse, with VIP seats, different seats/recliners. Maybe someday we will come here again, but already in the last rows, for example, at lovesites. UPD. Still, they gave me a chance for the third time, took the most expensive rear seats on recliners for 43 boons for two, and it's just terrible... Comments are unnecessary, everything is visible in the photo.

Because of this confusion, a ticket was purchased for today's date, and for a session that was already underway... I immediately dialed the cinema, but they didn't pick up the phone for 20 minutes, and then they said it wasn't their fault and refused the request to change the ticket for the date we needed, since "it was their own fault." I didn't understand, to be honest, such rudeness, considering that I typed immediately noticing the error. The words that the site is poorly built were simply ignored...

I managed to visit the cinema. Overall, I was satisfied. Most of all, of course, the area in front of the halls stands out and likes Skyline: a photo zone, ottomans (sun beds), a bar, a retail outlet. True, it is difficult to take a picture with a large amount of neon, but on the whole the eye is happy. Naturally, the prices for products inside are not store-bought, as everywhere else (about × 2). The popcorn is very tasty, the three of us (adult guys) couldn't even finish one can - like it. A week before that, I went to the cinema of a small regional city, I can't say that the halls in Minsk flew into space. They are already in many places of a certain standard with high-quality sound and screens, it is really difficult to surprise. Therefore, it is probably right to focus on, let's say, the exterior. By the way, the prices for the films themselves are still slightly lower than those of competitors. Among the wishes, I would like to see a slightly updated site: some pages look old-fashioned; it is worth adding when choosing a session its end time (I do not want to calculate in my head every time that if the beginning is, say, in 23:20, and the movie is running 185 minutes, what time will it end there); for some reason, some expected films are not on the main screen (which will be shown in a few days and tickets are actually on sale) - they seem to be in the slideshow header and on the "poster" tab, but not in the "premier" section. And the messages to the mail after payment come in some very poorly readable form (icons are not displayed, contacts and links are non-working), besides, it would be nice to make it possible to download the ticket in a pdf version. In general, I consider the opening to be successful, the shopping center has recently changed dramatically and I wish Good luck to you and your colleagues in your development. Thank you.
