Yesterday we decided to visit this cinema and were satisfied. The cinema itself is located on the highest floors of the shopping center. We didn't get our bearings there right away. I liked the small room with a good screen and sound. The sofa caused conflicting emotions. For example, I really liked it, but my wife didn't. She says that she did not like the headrest, and as a result, her neck was numb. And it was convenient for me, probably it all depends on the height of the person.

I really liked the cinema, the hall is small, the chairs recline and are very large and comfortable and everything is clean, I really liked it. BUT after going to the cinema, I noticed spots on the back of the bike, it looks like the seat was cleaned and it didn't dry out. The stains can't be washed off with anything and look like cleaning chemicals. A bike to throw away. I was very upset(((

The cinema is very bad, it is impossible to sit on the seats. I don't know who they were made for :) haven't you tested for at least 15 minutes of sitting? The wardrobe is not a way to withstand a full landing of the hall. I had to sit with the jackets. Apple Pay doesn't work in the cinema, they don't warn you about it. Therefore, you can stand in line for water or food all the time, and you will be refused sale

When handing over the jacket to the wardrobe, they categorically refused to take a jacket without a "strong loop", although their hooks are well protruding and I asked them to hang it by the hood, because it would be inconvenient for me to carry the jacket with me around the cinema, to which they replied that these were my problems, literally. The cinema looks modern and fresh, but all the positive emotions were "chopped off" at the hanger! The 21st century is in the yard, and we have to sew an eyelet to the jacket (if it is not provided) in order to put it in the wardrobe! Guys, provide hangers in this case!

We came to the cinema with our chips (not knowing what is not allowed), a girl was rude to us, shouted at the audience, adding "Take it away or you will be taken out of here." We didn't even have time to answer and emit any emotion, we didn't understand why they were killing us and talking like that!
The hall is very dirty, charging on the sofas does not work. The staff was most disappointed!
And I don't recommend popcorn at all

I managed to visit the cinema.
Overall, I was satisfied. Most of all, of course, the area in front of the halls stands out and likes Skyline: a photo zone, ottomans (sun beds), a bar, a retail outlet. True, it is difficult to take a picture with a large amount of neon, but on the whole the eye is happy.
Naturally, the prices for products inside are not store-bought, as everywhere else (about × 2). The popcorn is very tasty, the three of us (adult guys) couldn't even finish one can - like it.
A week before that, I went to the cinema of a small regional city, I can't say that the halls in Minsk flew into space. They are already in many places of a certain standard with high-quality sound and screens, it is really difficult to surprise. Therefore, it is probably right to focus on, let's say, the exterior.
By the way, the prices for the films themselves are still slightly lower than those of competitors.
Among the wishes, I would like to see a slightly updated site: some pages look old-fashioned; it is worth adding when choosing a session its end time (I do not want to calculate in my head every time that if the beginning is, say, in
23:20, and the movie is running 185 minutes, what time will it end there); for some reason, some expected films are not on the main screen (which will be shown in a few days and tickets are actually on sale) - they seem to be in the slideshow header and on the "poster" tab, but not in
the "premier" section. And the messages to the mail after payment come in some very poorly readable form (icons are not displayed, contacts and links are non-working), besides, it would be nice to make it possible to download the ticket in a pdf version.
In general, I consider the opening to be successful, the shopping center has recently changed dramatically and I wish

The cinema looks very good, everything is beautiful, modern, the halls are comfortable, it is comfortable to watch a movie, there is a lot of space. But the service is terrible, the staff does not know what respect is, apparently.
Firstly, no one greets you at the entrance, the cinema is huge, 3 floors, and apparently visitors should guess where to go.
Secondly, we came for the first time with our food, we do this often when we manage to go to the store to buy something before the session, but alas, this time we were "politely" asked to leave food at the checkout, because we can not, as we were told at the entrance to the hall, tried to explain It's okay that they didn't know, no one even listened.

Convenient location: near the metro and in the shopping center with good cafes, affordable prices coupled with comfortable halls (cooler than these chairs except beds), and the design of the cinema pleases the eye. I was outraged that the lavsit chairs blocked the visibility of the screen in the 10th row, I had to take off my shoes and squat down to improve visibility. We bought Recliners in Hall 3 for the movie "Dune 2" on 03/23/24. This was the first trip to this cinema, since the seats in the other cinemas that we usually go to were sold out.
Initially, the cinema made a great impression both in the snack area, and in the bar, and in cleanliness and in the waiting area. The staff is friendly and extremely professional.
Then we came to our seats, where disappointment awaited us. The designers of the cinema hall did not take into account the difference in the height of the backrest of standard chairs and recliners. As a result, if you sit in an armchair, then with a height of 1.78, 80-85% of the screen was visible. Since there were subtitles in the film, I had to sit half-bent for 20 minutes out of 2:40, which goes against "places of increased comfort". In addition, the exit sign to the left of the recliners is shining very brightly. It's not the cinema's fault, it's fire safety.
BUT to summarize: I highly do not recommend recliners in Hall 3 if your height is below 1.95.
Initially, I thought to put 3 stars, as I liked the seats themselves and a lot of things in the cinema. But then, after talking with the administrator Alexey, there is no desire to rate above 1 star. Instead of a simple apology, for a long time they tried to prove to me that I just bought a comfortable chair, and the fact that I did not see part of the screen is not a problem of the cinema. Although it seems to be one of the main services provided by the cinema.
In general, having paid 50 rubles for 2 tickets, the service was rendered of poor quality, but "I'm a fool myself." There is no point in fighting with a low-quality service. It's just easier not to visit places that you don't like.

Disgusting "folding" seats in hall 3. Although, I think they are the same in all halls. It is not possible to sit normally from the first minute. It is not possible to sit "straight" - the back seems to fall through, and the too voluminous headrest makes the head tilt down. But the screen is higher!!I felt like I was in a minibus ((except that the seat is softer. To decompose the chair, you need to press your body. Then, with my height of 163, my legs do not reach the floor, I cannot rest against them, and the chair constantly returns to its original position. And so I had to fight with this chair the whole session (((my husband 173 cm also did not enter such chairs, both of them have neck pain. I do not know what height / weight this design is designed for.
