Banning the entrance to the cinema with your popcorn is not a violation of the law. It is strange how the management does not hesitate to make such rules that contradict the law.

We went to the movie "Date with the Monster" in hall 4. The hall is disgusting. Firstly, the chairs are very uncomfortable, the headrest is positioned so that when relaxing you look at your knees, not at the screen. There is no control over the seat tilt. And the most disgusting thing is the lack of fresh air. The temperature in the hall is below 30 degrees, no oxygen. The ventilation is not working. Such a disgusting quality of service for a cinema in 2024 is something!

Disgusting "folding" seats in hall 3. Although, I think they are the same in all halls. It is not possible to sit normally from the first minute. It is not possible to sit "straight" - the back seems to fall through, and the too voluminous headrest makes the head tilt down. But the screen is higher!!I felt like I was in a minibus ((except that the seat is softer. To decompose the chair, you need to press your body. Then, with my height of 163, my legs do not reach the floor, I cannot rest against them, and the chair constantly returns to its original position. And so I had to fight with this chair the whole session (((my husband 173 cm also did not enter such chairs, both of them have neck pain. I do not know what height / weight this design is designed for.

If you want to watch a movie, choose another cinema so that your impressions don't blur. We ran into the hall, showed the tickets to the girl at the entrance, she announced the row and seats to us. We sat down. And after a while, a woman came and said that these were her places. After checking each other's tickets, we realized that this was not the right room. And our movie has been playing in another place for 15 minutes. In general, you can enter any room, show some screen and watch a movie for free. Because judging by the ticket check, the cinema staff doesn't care at all who uses their services or how. It has already been written about chairs many times, they are really terribly uncomfortable. After 30 minutes, you realize that your back and neck hurt.
