The hotel is very comfortable and cozy. The rooms are renovated at home, you want to come here again and again. I also want to note that the rooms are very clean and tidy. We were with my wife in the summer at this wonderful Dvina hotel. We got a room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful alley. The price was reasonable, the room was neat and everything was clean. The hotel has secured parking. There is a cafe and a restaurant. The staff is a big plus, everyone is friendly and helpful, thanks to the administrator they meet as their own.

We stayed at this hotel in April and got just on the heating shutdown. I won't lie if I say that it was warmer outside than in the room.
We rented a Suite, as it was the only option for a family with a child, but from the luxury there is only the name. The lock to the bathroom was broken, sets of towels and hygiene products - only for two, although there were three of us, there was no hair dryer at all, although it seemed to appear everywhere in the description.
Overall, it's not a bad option for one night, but it's clearly not worth the money.
Among the advantages are two rooms, a location in the very center and a beautiful view from the window, but again not in our room, since its windows faced the courtyard of the hotel, and not the central square.

Very nice hotel! The room is clean, comfortable, there are towels, body gel, shampoo, soap in the bathroom. Excellent staff and quick check-in. There is a restaurant downstairs, good delicious food at affordable prices. I was satisfied, I will come again.

It's a disgusting room. Peeling walls and ceilings. There are bruises on the curtains and walls, from crushed mosquitoes. The toilet is swinging, not fixed. The ceiling is terrible, peeling. I think I was given this room on purpose, or are all the rooms like this in this hotel?!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days.
The check-in was quick, the polite administrator took into account all the wishes.
The room was on the third floor with a balcony.
The room was clean, cozy, the pastel was fresh, the towels too. There was free hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.
Cleaning was done every day.
In general, I liked everything, if we are in Polotsk, we will stay at this hotel again.

The location and appearance are gorgeous.
Rooms - I wanted a good, nice, neat room, even in Soviet traditions, but the room looks more like the 90s.
The staff was not sociable (although the girl was much better in the morning).

An acceptable hotel is an average one. It is located right in the city center. The service is in order, there are no problems with check-in and check-out, the interior is old, but clean. It was wildly cold in the rooms on May 1, I had to wrap myself in all the blankets at night. The lock in the bathroom is broken, also a minus. It is better not to go to the local restaurant on the 1st floor, fortunately, there are many other establishments around.

The Dvina Hotel is of course stuck in the past. Old furniture, linoleum, ten TV programs and a bathroom in need of repair. As they say, it's poor but clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. All the main sights of the city are within walking distance. And the choice of hotels in Polotsk is not rich.

We stayed for the weekend with friends at the Dvina Hotel. There are only positive emotions left from living!!!The location itself-the city center - is something a tourist can only dream of!!!Everything is within walking distance.And then - a quick professional check-in.The rooms were pleasantly surprised, we rented several (there was a large company).Rooms in different styles from "national" to "Provence" style.The most important thing is to maintain cleanliness and order.The administrator promptly fulfilled any of our requests.
By the way, there is a restaurant and a cafe right in the building, which is very convenient.You can even go down in slippers)))In general, we will be happy to stay at the Dvina Hotel once again and recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

Double Comfort room. An extremely unpleasant smell was in the room the whole time of your stay. Cold. Dirt between the upholstery of the sofa, scratches on the floor, a bent shower curtain rail and rusty shelves. The refrigerator does not heat well. Half of the outlets are not working, one of them is hanging on the wires (unsafe).
In general, it just doesn't smell like comfort, not like a "double".

We stayed at the Dvina Hotel in Polotsk.Well, what can I say!!!The service is above all praise!We rented a suite, two adults and two children.A chic room with a view directly onto the central square.This did not interfere with our restful sleep, because the city is very quiet and peaceful at night.The room has everything even for a long stay, a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes...In general, this is not even a room, but whole apartments!
The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, friendly administrators and maids do their job conscientiously.We stayed for 3 days, cleaning was carried out every day.In a word - cleanliness and order!The location of the hotel is incomparable - everything is within walking distance, cafes, bars, restaurants.By the way, in the hotel itself too.The cafe, however, is open from 10 a.m., but it didn't bother us, because we like to sleep).

The room has been well renovated, but the bathroom is far from in the best condition. Garbage collection was carried out every day, but shampoo and shower gel were not reported (only 2 pieces were given upon check-in). For a business trip for a few days, it is suitable.

An excellent hotel in the most beautiful building in Polotsk. Moreover, I looked at the reviews in advance and got a little tense. There were no enthusiastic comments, but I firmly decided to stay in this beautiful "Stalinka" and I was not mistaken!!! Many of the reviews seem to have been done before the overhaul. I have already checked into a beautiful room with excellent finishes and good plumbing. In addition, there is a wonderful restaurant in the hotel building.

We checked into the Dvina Hotel with friends.
Very convenient location in the city center.We settled in quickly without any questions.The room was rented as a superior double room.I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in the room, the high-quality work of the maid is visible.For an overnight stay for a couple of nights, the room had everything you needed.The only disadvantage is that there is no possibility to have breakfast earlier than 10 a.m.We were satisfied, we will come again.

Oh, this is of course, Kopets arrived from there only yesterday, they called early, asked for a reservation for three children and two adults, they also clarified that they would come if suddenly it would be possible to get into the room earlier, they said without a breakdown, they arrived, they said there was no number and would appear only after lunch at around 14.00 , as a result, they settled us in the room where is one two-bedroom bed and we slept on it in the morning, there is no towel to wash, if you did not immediately ask for a prescription, then no one will offer it and you can not look for it, the staff smells of fumes!there are no snacks since we were with the child, I asked if it was possible to have breakfast with you, they said no!

Review of the restaurant. Let's start with the fact that this dining room is now called Gostiny Dvor, and not the Slavyansky restaurant! which duplicates the name of another restaurant in another place, which, judging by the reviews, has a good reputation.
The food sucks. The declared pickles are pickled. The same thing is sauerkraut-a regular salad with vinegar. Borscht is completely weak, for some reason without a piece of meat.
Beef cheeks with champignons, although only vegetables are on the menu.
The complete foccacho fiasco.
They brought a soaked tortilla with incredibly disgusting cheese and filled with sauce-they called it pesto. Not focaccio, but a cheesy version of pizza that is not dried, with a thick layer of vegetable cheese. it does not crackle because it is wet and not baked. I'm a fool myself, I decided to ask in a hotel cafe, this is not a restaurant, in Belarus it's a focaccia.
I should have gone further on the navigator.
All the dishes suck. 2 points for the honesty and cordiality of the staff (the receptionist, the bartender, the cook are wonderful people).
They said that they have such a technological map.
Who compiled it??? Well, well, there was no man in Italy, you can go to a decent Italian restaurant, try normal Food.
In general, a tourist place, for stray tourists.
Friends, take your time, look for a normal Meal elsewhere, so that the Belarusian cuisine, at least, is normal.

Gentlemen, the 21st century is in the yard, and you have lamp TVs, a curtain in the bathroom and, sorry, the toilet is close to the wall, which does not turn around, while everyone's room costs a little cheaper than in a hotel in Minsk, where there is breakfast. In short, it's a complete flaw. I don't say anything about the interior of the rooms, the doors to the room are such that you can hear everything that happens in the corridors.

An old hotel in need of renovation.
While we were there, the hot water was turned off and we had to wash in a basin.
The furniture is old, the towels are worn, the bathroom is in poor condition. The young man at the reception made a mistake with the room, giving us the keys to the single room, although there were two of us. Then, of course, he changed it, but he doesn't seem to be interested in his work at all.
You can spend the night for one night, I would not live there for a long time.
