We rented a 2-bed room. Plumbing is of course a complete trash)) the sink was a centimeter behind the wall, hung at 45 degrees)) and this is her normal state)). There were no available rooms. The price is not expensive. Relatively clean. The location is good.

The hotel is not very good. We slept for 2 nights and that was enough. Unpleasant smell, no breakfast. A very dark bathroom that stinks. It is impossible to watch TV from the USSR.

It used to be called the Dvina Hotel. It is located in the center of Polotsk, next to the fountain. Neat and clean living rooms, it is not very convenient that the shower and toilet are combined. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, and a new cafe has been opened on the other side.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the train station and cultural attractions, the building looks very beautiful. We checked in an hour earlier, which made us very happy. I haven't been to the restaurant, but the cafe is completely unattractive, cramped, uncomfortable, unappetizing dishes are waiting to be warmed up. There were cockroaches in the room, brrrr. This ruined all the positive aspects of staying at the hotel.

We rented a room in winter. The water in the shower suddenly became cool. Shower gel in small bags smells terrible, it's better to buy your own. There is no shampoo. It was cool in the room. The only thing I liked was the mattress, I slept well, or maybe we were so tired.

I booked a room in advance, upon arrival the reservation was not found, but they placed it without problems, the rooms are tired, cold -hot water, kitchenette, sofa and bed, TV and air conditioning, parking is free in the courtyard and in front of the entrance, for the suite is normal.
