The rooms are clean and cozy. He lived for 4 days. I had breakfast and lunch in the traditional hall. Everything was delicious and fast. The staff is polite and professional. The city center is very close.

Back to the USSR. I was very surprised and upset by the bathroom, in particular the shower. The water flowed directly onto the floor and the toilet was filled with a centimeter layer (I was pleased with the foot towel, but it turned out that it was for collecting spilled water). About the food; the chop with mushrooms for lunch was tastier than an insole, for breakfast the main course (sausages with fried eggs) was served only 15 minutes after we ate the sandwiches with tea, thank you that at least the glaze was well fried and the sausages were delicious. And the TV could already be changed to at least a small LCD .

I stopped 2 times. The room is clean and comfortable, there is a necessary minimum (refrigerator, TV, towels, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, soap, sofa and armchair, a lot of sockets). In winter, it is cool in the room, although the batteries are heated to the maximum, it feels like if you touch the batteries.
There is stable wi-fi, a restaurant and a pizzeria if you don't want to go looking for food. The staff is polite.
Of the disadvantages, there is no safe and the most common room key, not a card.
The room with a double bed has one blanket for both of my visits.
I was too lazy to ask the staff for another blanket and took a blanket from the car, but I think they would not refuse another blanket. The staff is polite.

The hotel impresses with its size and its grandeur, left over from the USSR, but maintained in excellent condition. The room has everything you need to relax, including a refrigerator. The location is super, right in the city center. There is always parking right in front of the entrance! Very tasty and large breakfasts for only 11 bel.r = 300 Russian rubles approximately. The cost per room, I think, is even a little underestimated. I recommend it!

I am an unassuming tourist, I have been to many cities of Belarus and Russia. But to call this room a hotel and three more stars - I can not turn my tongue. You can't disrespect the guests like that. A flophouse! Externally, the building is attractive, which served as a booking criterion for accommodation from November 16 to 18, with not such a large selection of hotel stock in Gomel. But apparently there has been no smell of renovation since it was built, probably since the 1980s. A feeling of dreary Squalor comes through from all the cracks! Of the dozens of cities in terms of comfort, this "hotel" can only be compared with the hotel of a hidden village in Komi, but you don't expect anything else there, going to the taiga and mountains tomorrow in boots and a windbreaker. And here is Gomel! Which is a shame, because the city itself is just wonderful and has become a discovery for me! Gomel deserves to have a "Tourist" at least at the level of a "Tourist" in Minsk on Partizanskaya, but before that it's like walking to the Moon.

An ordinary, normal hotel.
Clean, single comfort room, hot water immediately, a wide selection of TV channels, a good breakfast for 11 rubles.
There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor.
Large parking lot near the hotel, convenient even for commercial vehicles.
The carpet in the hallway would still be cleaned / changed, as well as the norms.

A Soviet-style hotel. There is a lot of dust in the rooms, dirty wallpaper, lamp TVs. If you move the furniture, you can find a whole crop of seeds, nuts and other waste. There are some insects running around in the shower at night. In the morning, there is no water pressure at all. And all this for an amount close to 100 rubles. I don't recommend it.

The hotel of the USSR times. Here you are plunging into the 70s and 80s of the last century. We ordered a room with a balcony of the first category, but upon arrival, for some reason, it turned out to be occupied and we were provided with a suite!!!! Well, we think "class!!!!". What to say: the room is on the 3rd floor and the side is not sunny (this is the biggest advantage, because it was 40 degrees Celsius and there are no air conditioners in the hotel). You can't really open the windows! Firstly, there are no mosquito nets on them, there are just a swarm of mosquitoes, and secondly, they have not been washed for probably two years. Everything is covered in cobwebs and spiders. But there are two rooms and the entrance to the bedroom and through the living room (so to speak) and from the bathroom, which was a big plus, because there is no other way to approach the bed. The room itself is a bit dirty. The carpet was not cleaned, there were threads on it, some crumbs. Even some kind of toy was found behind the door, which immediately indicates that no one cleans the door. The room has a sofa, an armchair, a table, one chair, a TV, a kettle, a refrigerator. Well, everyone is also Soviet. Bathroom: the same sovdepovskaya! The toilet is wobbly, the sink is dirty, the shower in the bathroom works by itself, the pressure is increasing, then decreasing, or even in fits and starts. Everything is not very clean either! But there is a bidet, the same in yellow streaks (never used). And yes... Bathrobes!!!! But it's not up to them in the heat. Towels, however, were changed every day. Soap and soap accessories are also available. There should still be a hairdryer in the suite, but for some reason it was not given, because they were disassembled at the reception.

Beautiful facade. There are three stars on the facade... I don't know, I guess I was just unlucky... Stylish wellness area. It would probably be possible to put an end to this. I only needed to spend the night in the city, so I chose by location (near the train station) and price (no more than 2000 rubles). I booked through Yandex - everything is fine here, the reservation was confirmed quickly, the payment was on time and without problems.
It's probably different in the luxury rooms, but there was dust under the bed in my room, the corners hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time... Believe me, I didn't climb under the bed, I didn't stick my fingers in the corners - it just catches your eye. And the glasses on the coffee table were puzzling. Do their employees bring them from home? Who doesn't need what? As children Christmas tree toys to school. I will probably keep silent about the TV and the quality of its work. In san.everything in the node is tiny, just like a doll. If you have long legs, then sitting on the toilet, sorry, the door will not close.
We must pay tribute - the bed linen is clean, ironed and starched. And the view from the window is excellent. And this is without any irony.
The conclusion is that cheap people live in cheap rooms - there is nothing to spend cleanliness on them and spread hospitality.

The rooms suck, the toilets are like for dwarfs, the staff is friendly, some are not. We liked the breakfasts, as well as all the food. People smoke on the floors, although there are signs everywhere banning smoking. And you will splurge on normal toilet paper and accessories.!!!
I read other reviews, everyone complains about the room stock. And the management is not responding. Here's another one for you in the piggy bank of negativity.

Conveniently located, a large complex of old Soviet buildings. Very affordable prices. The required minimum. Warmth and quiet were the main things for us. I even added a star for it. In general, it does not pull at 3 stars. The tiny refrigerator was not used in the room, it buzzed terribly when turned on. The TV is cubic from the last century, there is no kettle. There is a cooler on the floor. Breakfasts are 8 bel. Rubles are complex to choose from. From 8 to 11-30. We didn't go. The towels and linen are kind of white, not very clean. The water in the shower was pouring on the floor due to a technical problem. There is no hood- there is a hole under the ceiling. No, it's still a three. Although I really liked the city, we only spent the night in the room. Thank you Gomel!

Refrigerator,kettle,cooler on the floor. We booked for two, there was 1 cup and 2 glasses, there were no spoons. In the room with the bed, the bed occupied the entire space, the hair dryer was prehistoric. Towels, shampoo, gel. In the bathroom, the faucet did not switch from the shower to the faucet. It's okay to spend one night, but we will definitely choose a hotel closer to the center and the train station and with a more recent renovation.

We checked in at 11:00. And it is clear that they really want to help. And the maids, and the reception manager and the administration manager. We are ready to offer solutions and assistance to all questions and possible requests, (make a copy of the document )- I made it myself and brought it to the room. The manager at the reception speaks 2 languages English and Italian fluently. Security at the entrance, which is important now. There is an exchange and a restaurant. I have not been to such a hotel for a long time, I thought that such simply did not exist anymore! There is not even a kettle in the room, not even a hair dryer. You can try to get them at the reception, if you're lucky. We were unlucky, there was a high occupancy rate of the hotel. Slippers are also not included in the service. Of all the service in the room, one glass and bags of shower gel and shampoo were placed. The breakfasts are not bad, hearty, but complex. And if I chose a certain complex, then I can't change the drink from it. That is, if black tea is used, then it cannot be replaced with green tea, and even more so with coffee. Just pay separately and then they will bring it. The furniture is old and ancient, for example, the armchair had a missing bar, if you sit on it, you fall into the recess. Locks with a classic key on a huge wooden keychain, which is recommended to be left at the reception so that it does not get lost, since it is like in a single copy. The lock closes badly, especially from the inside. It feels like I got to the hotel 15-20 years ago. In general, there is something to remember and have fun.

The hotel is in the "age", there is no air conditioning in the rooms (single, 6th floor), towels are grayish, there is no kettle, there is a cup. The cooler is on the floor.
Very talkative staff who work on the floors.
The breakfasts are not bad, under the rooms.
I recommend number 2.
You can also have lunch (the menu is customized, I recommend Caesar with shrimp). The staff at the restaurant and at the reception are friendly.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, it is 27 degrees outside, the room is very stuffy, the open window does not save, mosquitoes fly in. The TV does not work well, especially the main Belarusian channels.
The room is well furnished, there are slippers, on the first day there was shower gel, shampoo and soap. In the following days, this set was not replenished, the room was not cleaned, but the garbage was taken out.
There is a refrigerator in the room, but it hardly cools.
They asked for a fan at the reception, offered to put us in line, we refused.
There are 3 breakfast options to choose from for 11 bel.rubles. We were at this hotel with a tour group, so maybe they didn't give us a choice, they brought the 3rd option - pasta with chicken.
When booking on our own, we are unlikely to choose this hotel.

Most of its components are harmful food, non-dietary; porridge, boiled eggs, nuts, fruits, fish are not among them; tea in a bag, only cucumber from vegetables; the contents can be viewed on the website.

Cleaning with linen change takes place every day. At the time of booking or directly checking in, you can pay for three meals a day, which is very good.
