Quite a decent budget hotel. In a single room there is a bed, a sofa, a small refrigerator. In the bathroom there are already 4 towels, bags with shower gel, shampoo. The linen is snow-white, dry, odorless. There is an extra blanket and pillow. Located close to the center. I took off the star for the mattress - the springs are noticeably sticking out.

Okay, but simple.
It is 2 times cheaper than in the SOZH hotel

Minus on the weekend the wedding was played in a restaurant and we had nowhere to eat, we had to go to the center to the cafe, and of course, since there was a wedding before the night of the song and then the fireworks, but I wanted to sleep and relax in silence.
They don't give you bathrobes.
Shampoo, soap are reusable. White towels, refrigerator, TV in the room. The water cooler on the floor is shared.

My two stars are for the girls at the reception. The rest of the hotel does not deserve a single star. The first is the room: we had a suite. Two-room apartment. Only bed linen is provided from the suite. Decent. Pure and white. Otherwise, the stench comes from the distant Soviet Union, black mold in the bathroom, the cheapest toilet paper (gray), a broken sofa, scuffed parquet. A restaurant is a separate kind of nightmare: the same stench, dirt unwashed for years, 3in1 coffee from a bag, it's impossible to eat there, it's impossible to stay there for more than 2 minutes. The restaurant only makes you feel sick. It is very problematic to have breakfast within walking distance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in, the room is dirty, not cleaned after previous guests. The receptionist said that they probably didn't clean it. The question is why did you check into an unmade room? The impression of Gomel was spoiled by such an attitude. I will find out where to complain in Gomel about this level of service. I will definitely write a complaint. Maybe they'll be checked...

I had to go on a business trip urgently and this hotel turned out to be the closest to work. I didn't expect much, but for the price, everything is very good. The girl at the reception is on fire! She offered to inspect the room before payment and change it if she was not satisfied. I refused because I was very tired. Everything in the room is perfectly clean! I found an extra pillow in the closet. I go to bed happy))) the only drawback is the sockets far from the bed(((

I had an economy room, so it's pointless to make any special demands. I liked everything, especially the location and design of the entrance to the hotel, the currency exchange office is round the clock, which is very convenient. The room has a refrigerator, TV, furniture is not new, but everything is neat and clean. I recommend.

The hotel is as worn out as possible, absolutely everything needs to be updated. Even in the comfort room, the situation is sad. The condition does not match the cost.
Breakfasts: there may be 3 different complexes - all weak, the price is too high.
The French were having breakfast nearby - it was a bit embarrassing for such a reception of foreigners.
The staff is friendly, but this will not fix the overall picture.
There is not even a bar or restaurant at the hotel - it is for banquets. I had to go to dinner 1.5 km away - after a long stay on the road, it is very inconvenient.

Three stars does not pull from the word in ANY WAY. 1. There is no air conditioner in the room, although it is indicated in the advertisement when ordering. 2. The two-room room actually turned out to be a one-and-a-half-room - that nook with a refrigerator, a table, a chair and a TV does not pull at the room in any way. 3. There is no third bed. It's good that I came alone, although I planned to be with my wife and grandson. 4. The restaurant's kitchen is no longer working at 20.00, and the summer cafe from it could only offer a barbecue heated in a microwave for 1001 rubles 50 kopecks at the exchange rate of 1.7.2023, Although for the money that it all costs is quite acceptable - the quality FULLY corresponds to the cost.

I had a rest at the Chenki sanatorium in July, they settled the 2nd building after 12-00 , the 4th floor is the last.There are 3 more boxes there, too, in terrible condition without repair,the rooms are leaking everywhere with old repairs,it's terrible to go into the showers with conolizational holes open from there, fleas jump with nothing, they don't roll around, the beds are old, they lived a week once the floors were washed, we asked the garbage to be removed the water from the tap stinks.Pros the medicine is good, they feed delicious entertainment every day, the territory is large, well-groomed,Wi-Fi is more expensive, it catches only near the canteen if you check in only the first building there are renovated rooms there and medical offices and reception are located.

The hotel is in the spirit of the Soviet past. The staff is polite and courteous. I was surprised that even in the suites there can easily be a shortage of towels. No air conditioning was found in the rooms. The parking lot is large and spacious. No restaurants have been found nearby, it is either a relatively long walk or a drive to them.
