The rooms are terrible - we got an old carpet, a small, simple TV, with tiny beds, yellow towels. It feels like nothing has changed since the Soviet era.

It feels like there hasn't been any repairs since the 80s, at most the beds and tables have been changed. Spiders and cobwebs are creepy. 2 hefty spiders were noticed immediately, I was no longer looking, so as not to spoil the mood even more, my wife is generally happy. It's creepy, there is no talk about any development, just savok and no one cares. Many people will be surprised that three stars are hanging at the entrance))
And besides, the room was not economy booked. In the room there is a mini TV without a remote control and 2 refrigerators, one is not working) 2 glasses. Not even a drop of water. It's good that at least the bed is clean, which you can't say about the curtains. One star, I don't even know why...

It is better not to buy breakfast in the restaurant, we waited 20-25 minutes for the waiter to come up, while there were fifteen people in the hall, the food was tasteless.

But the rooms were unpleasantly surprised: the curtains were dirty and torn, the bathroom was cleaned at least two years ago, everything was greasy, the water in the shower did not flow, but dripped in a trickle. In general, the hotel rooms are a depressing picture. If you don't want to spoil the experience of your trip, look for another place to stay!

Cons: there is no air conditioning in the room!!! The rooms were cleaned in 5 days only 2 (two) times, the TV is small, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, the front door is old with poor sound insulation, in the morning you can hear all the neighbors perfectly. Dried bread is often served at breakfast.

Almost everything is bad. First, we received the keys to the room, which was not cleaned after the previous guests. They changed it. The comfort double room has two beds, a table, a TV from the 80s, a rattling refrigerator. There are sockets under the TV and refrigerator and near the front door near the floor. There is a tray with non-drinking water in the bathroom, the curtain is dirty. For two days, 2 pieces of soap for two. No shampoo, much less a hair dryer. The hair dryer, after repeated calls to the reception, was found, but it was necessary to go to the reception on your own. Cleaning did not happen in two days, because the maid who broke into the room on Saturday at 10 a.m. sternly said that either this minute or never, because she had a lot of work. You should not take breakfast in the restaurant - the fillet is so dry that it cannot be cut, the fried eggs are burnt at the edges and raw in the center. Special attention should be paid to the cultural program, forcibly offered to all guests without warning from 16-00 to 23-00 from Friday to Sunday. Under the windows of the hotel there is a pavilion with alcohol, which is accompanied by a singer of chanson and hits of the 80s. The contingent of fans of the assortment and repertoire is unique. The drunken roar under the windows is disgusting. The hotel is not worth even its small money.

The director promised that there would be repairs. He is vital there.

Hotel technologies are already quite outdated, I have not seen the organization of breakfasts according to the system of tables with three rooms probably since the days when I was a pioneer. The furniture in the rooms is designed for an unassuming guest, plumbing requires replacement and care, and in the showers it would be worth installing at least a rod for a shower head.
The attitude of the staff brightens up the listed disadvantages.

And I did not expect a suite for 60 rubles.., but the terribly dirty parquet, torn off and just thrown on the floor, leaky towels, an outlet torn out of the wall with wires outwards, there is not even the cheapest air freshener in the toilet. The shower is broken, the water is flowing from nowhere. The seat of the toilet bowl is from a different shape, therefore it is broken and does not come off.
This is the worst hotel of the last fifty visited in two years.

From the good-that the room is single, from the bad-everything else.It was terribly cold in the room, the temperature in the room was 14 degrees, the kettle was not provided for safety reasons, hot water in the cooler, which was located at the other end of the room. The bonus is spiders.
I cleaned every day, the bed seemed clean, the towels were changed.
