A great hotel, it's a pity that we just stayed in it for a day. The girls at the reception arranged the check-in quickly. They are very friendly and always with a smile! The hotel itself is located in a convenient location: there is a public transport stop, a shopping center, a park, and the presidential palace nearby. We managed to check out the SPA center. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The pool has a comfortable depth and length. There is a hydro massage. You can relax on comfortable sun beds. The visit is free of charge. The breakfast is delicious and there is a large selection of dishes. Fresh fruits . In the coffee machine, you can make any coffee at your discretion. I really liked the freshest and most delicate eclairs! And the child checked out the tastiest cutlets! To be honest, all the food was delicious! Our room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the park. Clean, cozy. Mini fridge,tea and coffee set, drinking water. When we come to Minsk next time, we will stay only in this hotel!

This hotel is located on one of the avenues of Minsk opposite the Presidential Palace. The staff is friendly and does their job promptly.The lobby, the guest area is gorgeous. Everywhere is clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy rooms. In front of the hotel there is a huge forest park with a magnificent lake, around which there are walking paths with several alternative routes. Picnic areas are provided in several places.
The only thing, but, is that the food is a little scarce for a hotel of this rank , although the food zone is very large, spacious, well equipped. Despite this, you will still get a positive and good mood by staying at this hotel. Another important detail: do not confuse this hotel with the one next to it. Good location, next to the Presidential Palace with a wonderful view of Victory Park.
The room is modest, but OK, the air conditioning is working, the room has a kettle, tea set, water. A bathroom with a bathtub, in principle everything is OK, for those who count - there are no dental and shaving kits.
The breakfast is quite decent, nothing special, but also ok.
Now the disadvantages:
1. The room was not cleaned the next day after check-in. There were no signs that it was not necessary to clean on the door (and I did not see them in the room). Accordingly, the water bottle did not appear in the room either. I don't know if I was lucky, but I haven't seen this in any of the hundreds of hotels I've visited. The next day (I called the reception), the cleaning was, but also strange, the hotel robe was lying on the chair, so it remained there, a trifle, but I was already used to that after cleaning the room, order.
2. Upon check-in, a certificate was given for visiting the spa area. So in the spa area, towels are not given out (at the same time they are there, but it was immediately stated that we do not give them out, in general, the girl at the spa reception was not very friendly, 07/06/24). Ok, I got up, took it from the room, but only it is the only one and it is clear in what form it is after the spa area. In general, it is very strange.
The spa area itself is modest, the pool is good, the sauna is ordinary, two Jacuzzis and an inactive hammam, it seems to sound good, only uncomfortable.

We stayed for one night. In general, a good Hotel, but the price seemed a bit expensive in terms of price / quality. Of the advantages: 1) clean spacious room, comfortable beds 2) private parking. Of the cons: 1) I did not like the SPA, the hammam did not work, the steam room is small, there are a lot of people in the pool 2) the restaurant is already closed at 21:30, although the reception said that the restaurant is open until 22:00 3) sooo slow Internet. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but we did not go, because we preferred to have breakfast in the center.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from 08.10 to 11.10.2024. Our check-in was in the evening. Parking is available next to the hotel and there is a free indoor parking, but it can sometimes be dirty. At the entrance, there is a reception on the right and a bar on the left, which is open until midnight. We were accommodated in room 520, located on the fifth floor. We went up in the elevator, there are 4 of them. We had a view of the neighboring building (I don't really know what kind of building it is) and from below we could see the pool where people were swimming. The room had 3 beds (2 single beds and one pull-out sofa),a TV, a bedside table above the TV, bedside tables near the beds, a desk and 2 closets. The bathroom had a toilet, a heated towel rail, a sink and the bathroom itself. Of the items in the room there were two books (in one you can order something from the restaurant, but the prices there are not cheap, and one book about the hotel itself), a phone on which you can provide a service (for example, iron the linen), a safe, cream, tea, coffee, cups, saucers, a kettle since the collapse of the USSR,metal spoons,and plastic cutlery (fork, spoon, knife). There was soap, shower gels, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The room was nice, but I would like to have a view of the city from the window. You can either buy breakfast on arrival or go to the restaurant in the morning and buy breakfast. Breakfast costs 40 Belarusian rubles per person, of course it is expensive, I would like breakfast to be included in the booking price. The food is of average quality. The juices are good, the sweet products are also good, the scrambled eggs and other dishes were cold, but I think if you come at 7 a.m. then the dishes will still be warm, but you don't have to worry, breakfast is open from 7 to 11 a.m. In general, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in early June 2024.
Positive:
Convenient location, close to the center, near a large park and a river. There is a pleasant promenade, convenient for evening walks.
The presence of a spa center with a nice swimming pool, which is included in the price. You can refresh yourself at the end of the day.
The condition of the rooms and common areas is four plus.
Minuses:
Room cleaning is minimal, often it's just changing towels and replenishing the water supply. I had to ask them to clean our room properly.
You need to ask for bathrobes at the reception.
Breakfast left a double impression. It was plentiful, more like lunch, but there were no fresh pastries, and the quality of some products leaves much to be desired. The eggs were obviously old with a strong smell. They may have been bought in bulk six months ago. When asked about the smell, they replied that they were not rotten and that was normal. The coffee machines are old and slow, coffee for three.
In general, we liked the hotel, as well as Minsk. Tighten up the breakfast and service a little, and there will be a solid five stars.

Breakfast is a buffet, everything your heart desires: both dairy products and hot, fresh vegetables / fruits, fried eggs to order in your presence. There is a bar in the lobby 24/7. There is a SPA area with a swimming pool, but we didn't get there, we just didn't have time. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a change of bed linen, but we stayed for 2 nights, so I won't say how often the linen is changed. Towels are changed on request. We decided that if we come to Minsk again, we will stay at this hotel.

In such a cool hotel, such a mediocre breakfast, as in an ordinary Soviet dining room, is at least disrespectful to the guests. We stayed at the hotel from 05.08.24 to 09.08.24.
Positive: the view from the window to Victory Park and the Palace of Independence (not everyone can be lucky), a spacious room, a comfortable bed, a variety of beautiful lighting, a bathtub and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Cons: the SPA area did not work, there was no information about repairs on the website at an early booking, a terrible unventilated smell in the room, lack of ventilation in the bathroom, weak and noisy air conditioning, lack of a refrigerator (only a niche for it), a broken coffee table on which nothing can be put, a bathrobe, slippers - only on request.
Strange cleaning, then they will forget to throw out the garbage, but they will replace the towels, although this was not required, then they do not wipe the dust on the bedside tables and lamps.
At breakfast there were spoiled cucumbers in slices and instead of cappuccino - hot milk with a taste of coffee.
The hotel does not hold out for 4 stars. We did not enjoy our stay.

I wanted to swear, I came to the spa to relax. I also ordered a facial massage, the woman who gave it to me was drunk, because she smelled of alcohol, she was without a mask. It did not even occur to me to inform the reception about the need for cleaning, we did not come to the sanatorium for a free ticket, you can probably control before closing the shift!?
There is a hair dryer in the room, but it is extremely inconvenient, I asked several times at the reception (personally and by phone) to bring a normal hair dryer, so no one and he did not come and did not bring anything (( therefore, if you plan to do styling or dry the child's head, take it with you!
The restaurant in the hotel is open until 22, the kitchen until 21, they also do not warn about this in advance, as well as about closing for special service! It was not possible to eat at the hotel for three days.
The spa area is more or less, without frills, noisy, saunas are good, but if you suddenly forgot towels from the room, then others will not be given to you, be kind enough to return to the room, take your own! And in the morning we couldn't find a maid to change to clean ones! It is better to visit the spa during the daytime, in the evening there are crowds of people, because the spa is available for a fee for everyone. It is also not particularly pleasant, neither did they come to the public bathhouse to relax. The lifeguard on duty was not seen during the day, in the evening there was a young man sitting at the bar, his functionality remained unclear.

The only thing I didn't like was the service... they asked for a corkscrew at the bar, no one provided it. The administrator/manager came and immediately started talking aggressively.
The next day I came to the restaurant at 21:27 to order a Caesar salad. I was turned around by the same administrator/manager, saying that they do not accept orders at 21:30 (apparently, her watch is in a hurry). In general, the service is for two, and the hotel itself is for 4+
