I visited this hotel for the first time. Everything is good, clean, cozy. But... I arrived in the midst of the corporate New Year celebrations. The restaurant is closed for 3 days! From the word at all! Breakfast only. Why can't the restaurant close at 15-16? It's not clear. I'll never choose this hotel again, what if someone has an anniversary or a wedding? The nearest decent cafe is 20 minutes away by taxi....

Great hotel! I recommend it to everyone! Very friendly and courteous staff! Perfect cleanliness! High level of comfort! The rooms are very cozy! Great restaurant and delicious food! The bonus is a cool SPA center, in which a 22m pool with warm water and hydro massage, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. And you can also drink hot tea on the sun loungers after water and bath procedures, for this there is a cooler with hot and cold water. Unlimited access to the SPA was included in the room rate, very convenient. If to Minsk, then only to Victoria & SPA!
There is a night club and a casino nearby. A large shopping center is a 3-minute walk away. There is a transport stop in front of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

We rested here this summer. The hotel made a good impression. The staff is friendly enough, the breakfasts included in the price are quite decent, we had lunch and dinner at other restaurants. If you leave the hotel and go left, then in ten minutes you will come to a large good shopping center (I recommend it).

A normal hotel, the price is normal, the pool sauna hammam is clean as usual, the room is not bad, the mattress is comfortable. They just don't report there were no dental kits , they went to the reception , they gave them no bathrobes , they all have to beg for slippers and water. The lobby bar is not open around the clock. I didn 't go to breakfast very much once . The staff is friendly and will tell you what you need. I didn't really like the massage. There is free parking

I stayed at the hotel for one night. I checked in at 21:05, they didn't let me into the SPA, since no one is allowed since 21, and at 22 they kick everyone out. I was surprised, expecting the SPA to work around the clock, to which the receptionist replied: "We have it like this." The SPA's operating mode was reminiscent of the pioneer camp mode. The next building is a casino, I wonder if it is also up to 22? I didn't check it.
I came to the room, the air conditioner was noisy like a tractor, but when I turned it off, it immediately became stuffy, the heating was good, I decided to cultivate tolerance to noise, it was worse in the heat. When I was struggling with the air conditioner, I decided to watch videos on YouTube, but the hotel WiFi did not allow me to do this, my mobile roaming gave me an incomparably better speed. I had to continue to train my indifference to noise during sleep.
In the morning I had to iron my shirt, I found an iron in the hallway, there is no iron in the room. Well, I went bare-chested into the corridor to iron my shirt, it's good that I didn't have to iron my pants, otherwise I would have had to change into a bathrobe, I didn't get into the SPA - the bathrobe was not touched.
The breakfast was great! Thanks to the chefs! I noticed that the restaurant is also open until 22. I agree, later - we need to sleep!

If you need a taxi, then Yandex Go works both for cash (BYN only) and on the mir card (linked to LC). And do not be afraid that the hotel is not within walking distance from the city center. There is a Castle shopping center next to the hotel, where you can exchange money at a favorable rate. There are 2 buildings in the Victoria Hotel, they settled me in the second one, where there is a SPA complex and a swimming pool. I'm not a fan of water stories, I can't say anything about this part, but otherwise the hotel is cool: friendly staff, ready to help in any situation, delicious breakfasts, a varied selection of dishes for every taste, high-quality Belarusian products, everything is fresh, even jam is not a simple jam from a plastic jar as in most hotels, but real, with whole berries, with pancakes is very good. The rooms are spacious, modern, air-conditioned, the room is clean and bright, towels are changed on request (you can change them every day, just leave the old ones on the floor and the maid will replace them for you), everything is thought out in terms of comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a bar and a seating area. There is a kettle, glasses, safe in the room, bottled water is provided every day. The only thing I didn't find was the refrigerator.

We lived from December 12-16. Among the advantages: convenient location, beautiful view from the window, decent breakfasts. Cons: the room is very hot (heating is not regulated), the Aqua zone is crowded. The car is offered to be parked on a multi-level parking lot. The barrier is constantly open, no signs of security were found. Upon check-in, they promised a birthday compliment from the hotel. Alas...They apologized, promised congratulations the next day, and oops again...

A good hotel, but rather it's a solid 3 stars. Of the advantages:
1. Good location. Opposite there is a beautiful garden and a river. Stop and transport anywhere.
2. Spacious room (there were 2 in the triple version). Everything you need to eat. The furniture is in good condition. There is a refrigerator.
3. Cleaned every day. Water and room supplies are always replenished.
4. The availability of a SPA included in the price.
Disadvantages:
1. The SPA is tired, and the saunas are just small. Considering that the load of the hotel was a maximum of 20% and people came from the street, sometimes it was impossible to go to the hammam and sauna. There will be a disaster in the season.
2. The sound insulation is really bad. In addition, when loading the hotel by 20%, noisy neighbors with children were moved in for some reason. I had to move (fortunately without any problems). But why to stuff guests in one corner remains a mystery.
3. The breakfasts were just average. It seems that everything is basic, but only potatoes were delicious and well cooked. The same Oatmeal is different every day, once it was wildly salted)).
In general, we were satisfied and had a good time. But this is all out of season. If the load of the hotel is at least 50%, then there will already be questions...

But this is the first time we have come across the fact that there are no refrigerators in a hotel of this class. They explained to me at the reception that they do not have refrigerators in any room, in principle, although there is a place for a refrigerator, with an outlet. I was also surprised by the strange choice of a sink faucet - the faucet is so short that it barely reaches the sink, even washing your hands is a problem, you had to wash in the bathtub. The SPA was not working at the time of our stay for technical reasons (there was a warning on the website about this), I can't say anything about it. Breakfasts are strictly before 11 o'clock, keep this in mind, you can not order them separately, and they are twice as expensive in price than in neighboring restaurants.

The hotel is relatively new. The room is large, there is a great panorama from the window, there is enough storage space. Bathrobe-slippers are brought if requested at the reception. Stunning hotel and SPA Aesthetics center "Victoria". She placed her friends at the Victoria SPA Hotel. My friends really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The room had a beautiful view of Victory Park and the city. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The breakfasts had everything that was possible and even more, the coffee was delicious. The swimming pool, hydroponics, Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam will not leave anyone indifferent. My friends said that they would definitely return to this hotel again.

We took a TWIN room-big, clean. The staff is excellent, friendly, the spa is fine, for the first time I saw ice /snow in access for rubbing after the sauna-an interesting solution.
Cleaning, room service-everything is fine. The transport and location are also excellent, next to Lukashenko's office, we could admire it in the evening.
The only drawback is that the room has a very noisy ventilation system that does not turn off.
The breakfasts are varied, there are many positions, delicious, the interior is original.
In short, we liked it, we plan to visit Minsk again, we will focus on Victoria SPA

The hotel is very well located. Our room was clean. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Nice SPA area with a decent sized pool.
Now from the cons. Maybe they will be critical to someone, maybe not. The cleaning could have been better. There are no questions about gender. But they didn't even try to wash the sink. Often, when they returned, they found that the bed was made somehow, sometimes they forgot to throw out the garbage, dirty glasses were still on the table...
The air conditioning in the room is for show. In the heat, it did not save me. Only the open window helped. Speaking of the window. We had the 11th floor. The window sill is below the waist... In general, it is very dangerous for people with poor vestibular apparatus. The Wi-Fi is working strangely. The speed is enough to watch YouTube without any problems, but you can't really sit on social networks. The photo does not load very quickly.
But, despite the above disadvantages, we liked the rest at the hotel. Moreover, we practically returned there in the evening.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, clean, there is a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle with cups, a refrigerator and a TV. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very soft mattresses on the beds, you sleep like on a cloud, the pillows are quite comfortable. The girls at the reception are sociable, polite, provided bathrobes and slippers for the SPA without any problems. The SPA is wonderful. The breakfast is a buffet, there is not much choice, but everything is very tasty. Sushi delivery was ordered for dinner, and the reception called the room that the delivery had arrived. The hotel itself has beautiful photo zones inside and outside. We recommend it!

Great hotel! We were in different hotels in Minsk, there is something to compare it with, and I can say that everything was great.
Polite staff, checked in in five minutes. The room was angular, spacious, everything you need in the room, and what you don't have was brought immediately upon request. They hung a sign so that they wouldn't clean it, and put some water under the door - it was nice. The location is not literally in the center, but you can walk, we did, but there is a gorgeous park opposite. I recommend.

Great hotel!!! Very good location. In front of the hotel is the residence of Lukashenko. There is a lake with a fountain and a marina for pleasure boats nearby. You can walk along the embankment . There is a large supermarket and a cafe nearby . A separate respect for the rooms and the cleanliness in them .

The hotel is good. Clean, pleasant rooms. Excellent bathroom, spacious, comfortable. Comfortable beds. In general, the room stock is very good. I didn't like the breakfasts at all. It's not tasty, it's monotonous. Thick inedible porridge, tasteless fried egg, there is almost no choice. Interesting herbal teas are acceptable for breakfast. Otherwise, it's better to take a room without breakfast and go somewhere. But! Before leaving, we were forced to have lunch at the same restaurant for a fee, and this is a completely different experience! It was very tasty, we even told the waiter that it was a masterpiece. There is clearly a different team in the kitchen in the morning and at lunch. There is not much to do in the spa, the pool is a little cold, the Jacuzzi is crowded, the saunas are also cramped and there is almost no choice. What killed them was that they asked to take towels to the spa from the room, and then with the same towel (after lying on the sun loungers in the spa, after wiping the water from the pool) take this towel to the room and dry them at least until the next morning. You cannot hand over a used towel and take a clean one after the spa. This is simply unacceptable. Otherwise, the hotel is on a solid 4.

The room is clean, everything is fine, cleaned daily! There is a kettle in the room, mugs but no tea leaves...? The spa is dead, especially the changing rooms and showers, one works in 5 shower cabins and even then somehow. We arrived after lunch, we checked in, we wanted to eat, we went down to the hotel cafe. This was the last time we ate there. All the food is disgusting, (how do you like a hodgepodge in which there is nothing but onions?)

We took a room in November for the 2nd adult + child. In general, it's not bad, but it's a little weak for 4* - @.... It used to be on a day off on 8.11. There are not many people at 10 o'clock. I go to allsports. So the cost is 32 boons. The locker room is very small, narrow lockers with combination locks. As it turned out, in the end, many visitors could not open their lockers, they called the staff at the reception.The water in the pool is very warm, for relaxation. There are several guns, you press the button yourself and turn it on/off. Two Jacuzzis, as for me, the water is very warm, you can say hot. Two Russian baths and a hammam. I only went to the hammam, I liked it. There is snow after the bath and a tub of cold water (I did not use it). Closer to 11, there were more people and it became less comfortable. There is a water cooler.There are soap dispensers in the shower. There are two hair dryers and a hair dryer in the locker room, you can rent a towel by paying a deposit of 20 buns, which will be refunded after the towel is returned. You can buy candles for the pool at the reception. Hats on your head
they are not needed for visiting. Alternatively, just go hang out in the water with your friends. I would like a phyto bar to work, drink herbal tea and, as an option, a Jacuzzi with salt water.

A great vacation! A spacious room, a comfortable bed, a view from the window was on Komsomolsk Lake, friends had a view of the government house. Fascinating! The Windows are large, there is plenty of space, there is a lot of air, it is very comfortable!

BUSINESS TRIP TO BELARUS
Colleagues from Belarus invited me to the international exhibition. The hotel was chosen firstly because of the walking distance to the exhibition and, which is not unimportant for business travelers, the possibility of choosing meals (breakfast-dinner) in the price of the hotel.
At the hotel, upon registration, a coupon is issued for one free visit to the aqua zone (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, phytobar (for an additional fee).payment).
The rooms are large and clean, the room has a TV, a small refrigerator (without a mini bar), a kettle, two mugs and two glasses, 2 bottles of water every day. The bathroom is spacious, there is a bathtub, a hairdryer, towels, no bathrobe and slippers. Beautiful view from the window, to Victory Park with the river, where you can walk in the evening and go boating. The Castle shopping center is nearby.
Good cuisine, in the morning it is a buffet, in the evening they brought us the dishes on duty, large portions (usually pancakes with meat), salad, juice, and dessert and coffee or tea were poured themselves.
I recommend the hotel not only for business trips, but also for recreation.
