The hotel is not bad. Beautiful room, excellent bathroom. There is a parking lot. Good elevators. Towels and a safe were already in the room for free, bathrobes and slippers on request (also free).
What didn't you like:
1) there is no refrigerator
2) SPA prices for non-residents of the Republic of Belarus are about 30% higher than for citizens of the Republic of Belarus. For me personally, discrimination based on citizenship is incomprehensible. In the Russian Federation, I have not seen different prices based on citizenship.
3) the prices at the reception bar are unprecedentedly high.

Convenient location, free parking. Good service. The rooms are very spacious. Hearty breakfasts, a wide range of dishes. There is a SPA center with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. There seems to be a lot of people in the spa.
The hotel rooms are quite cool, it was not possible to set the air conditioning for heating. But warm blankets help out.

We've already been to Victoria twice, everything is fine and the location (near the WWII Museum) and the rooms are good, but on the third day the monotonous buffet was honestly boring, despite the fact that the assortment was not bad!

The breakfast is bad, 1200 Russian rubles, for the same money in a top restaurant in Minsk you will get a 1000 times tastier dish!! I didn't like the pool at all, few people will like it. The cleaning is very strange, I will not say that it is dirty at all, but it is not clean, some garbage was lying behind the furniture, in the bathroom drain the hair of former guests. The result is over, no 4 stars, 2 or 2.5 stars probably. From a good point of view, the guards are very adequate and there are a couple of girls at the reception, and a spacious room, and that's it!!! I don't particularly recommend it.

The room is spacious, the bed has a comfortable mattress and pillow. TV is only Belarusian channels. The mini-cooler is turned on as a decoration, but it does not give out cold. There is a small kettle, glasses, a bottle of drinking water.
The toilet set consists of a shower cap, bottles of shampoo, gel, body cream and a piece of soap (the packaging of which is difficult to open). The hair dryer is very weak, it is impossible to do styling.
The hotel has a spa area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. To visit the spa area, there is a terry bathrobe and slippers in the room.
An excellent varied breakfast, two coffee machines, a spacious restaurant hall, and if there are no tour groups, you can have breakfast in silence.

A great place, almost in the center of Minsk, there are covered and outdoor Parking, which is very important for travelers by car!
The buffet is quite acceptable to itself , it will be quite normal for non-arch gourmets and non-gastro-bores - they will not stay hungry !
The rooms are bright, spacious, the bed linen is pleasant, the towels are soft, although at the time of check-in there was dust on the furniture and crumbs on the table - not the level of course!
We haven 't been to the SPA , it was under renovation !
I give 5 stars for the overall impression , excellent weather , pleasant people , a beautiful city , safety and great sympathy for the Republic of Belarus , where a sense of coziness and spiritual comfort never leaves you!!!

The new year 2024 was celebrated in Victoria SPA, we stayed for 2 days in a triple room. I liked everything: the room, the SPA, the location. A large swimming pool, clean baths, and from the room through the glass roof they watched how the SPA area was thoroughly cleaned. The only thing that confused me was that they don't give out towels at the SPA, you need to come with your own, or take one of the two issued towels from the room, which was replaced the next day. Those in the room had to manage to dry off with a small towel after a shower. True, they give out bathrobes, but with a wet head you don't really walk around the hotel, you had to sacrifice a towel. Information for those who come to Minsk to the railway station, look for bus # 1, on it you will get to the hotel for 90 kopecks. The bus also passes through the entire center, so you can perfectly save on a taxi while walking around the city.

A great place to relax and unwind! I was with my mother on a weekday, there are not many people, comfortable changing rooms and showers. A friendly receptionist greets you at the reception.

A great hotel, I've been staying there for the last 10-12 years. Very good location, excellent rooms, wonderful buffet breakfast. If there is no place for a car in front of the hotel, there is a place in the covered parking for guests, free of charge. Sometimes, for 10-12 years, when I stayed at this hotel, the girls at the reception were not very professional, but this did not spoil the overall impression. I recommend it, I will continue to stay at this hotel.

A good option to stay in Minsk. Good breakfasts, but if you come at 10.20, they won't report anything until you ask for it. The room is cozy. Victory Park is nearby, where it is very pleasant to spend time. You can quickly get to the center by bus or minibus from the hotel. Also next to the hotel is the Castle shopping center with a large grocery store "Korona", where we bought. Also near the hotel there is a shopping mall with shops.

Among the advantages: spacious room, clean, normal breakfasts, good staff. 2 very significant disadvantages: 1. The room is incredibly stuffy! The air conditioner does not work with the window open (logical in principle), BUT: you open the window - there is no traction in the room, close the window, the air conditioner is at maximum - a slightly cool breeze blows a little. Dear hotel management, be sure to think about how you can solve this problem. The maid said that all the rooms were like this...

I have visited the hotel more than once. Everything is on the level. Clear. Good linen. There are shopping malls nearby. But in the restaurant, I must say right away, in my opinion, the kitchen has deteriorated. My opinion. Try it. There is a shopping center nearby where there is a bunch of different food courts where everything is still delicious. Come to Belarus. Go try the prices will surprise you. People are kind. They will find a couple of minutes for you, it's getting like in America..... Bodrov's words are all the same for everything except money.

The hotel is very clean. Large rooms. Comfortable air conditioning. Convenient location near the park. There is a shopping center with a supermarket nearby. It takes three minutes to get to the center by taxi, you can walk on foot. The maids are very nice women (12th floor), I would even like to mention their work and care separately. The big disadvantage of the hotel is breakfast. Tasteless, cold. But you won't leave hungry) The staff at the reception and in the restaurant, to put it mildly, are not friendly…
Also, please note when booking that some of the rooms overlook the 24-hour factory, the windows are not open, it is very noisy. But the advantages of the hotel outweigh all the disadvantages, so I do not lower my rating, I will choose this hotel on my next visit to Minsk)

Excellent hotel, cleanliness, comfortable beds! :) the pool and sauna, hammam are included in the price, the breakfast is quite hearty, you can find fault with the little things (like there are no teaspoons in the hotel, they really are not in the restaurant, but this is a trifle):), otherwise, convenient location, you can walk to the center, combining with a walk through the park on the other side of the road for 20 minutes on foot . In general, it's great for 4-5 days - super!

A disgusting hotel.... having traveled a long way from Moscow Time, we got to this hotel.... we were surprised that there were not even slippers in the room... everything is on request. Well, OK, they called - they brought it in a place with bathrobes. We settled down and decided to go to the SPA area... and oooh surprise that it doesn't work. And the girl at the reception proudly declares that there is no hot water. They say there's barely enough for the rooms. How so??? A commercial institution cannot provide a service for which, in fact, it has been paid..... And in response, just "well, I'm sorry." Besides this, there are many points... from unlit light bulbs in dark corridors to disgusting WiFi.... I won't come back and I don't recommend it!

We rested at the hotel during the New Year holidays . The room is excellent, high floor, view of the park and the city. The cleaning is satisfactory. The spa area is not bad, there are a lot of people in the evening, there were not enough lockers , there was no place in the sauna and hammam. There was no such problem in the morning . The breakfasts are standard, the choice is not great, but you can have a comfortable breakfast. One day there were New Year's activities for children in the lobby with small presents. When checking in 3 people (2 adults + children), we had to wait for an additional pillow for almost a day (although we could have provided for this moment). Transport accessibility, in my opinion, is not the most successful . We wanted to give up car rides and walk on our own , but as it turned out, this is not very convenient. As a result, they got behind the wheel all day. The staff is polite.

I am absolutely delighted with the massage! In the next room, a cosmetologist gave me a facial and decollete massage, applied a nourishing mask – what I need for my dry skin!

A solid four for the hotel. Nothing super wow. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The windows do not open, you need to ask the staff to unlock them with a special "trick" to open them. Cleaning is constantly carried out. The staff is friendly, but not in a hurry. There is a small bar downstairs, which is not open around the clock.
There is no ironing board in the room, but there is one on the floor. Be prepared for this.

We were in a triple Twin room. The room is beautiful, spacious, has air conditioning, windows can be opened, towels were changed daily, soap, shampoos were provided in large quantities, there is a kettle, a refrigerator, and slippers, bathrobes were provided on request. Garbage was cleaned daily. The elevators never waited long.

We had a rest in June 2024. The hotel is clean. The room is cozy and clean. They cleaned it every day. Towels were changed every day. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were put on every day. A bathrobe and slippers, on request, were brought instantly. We took a room with breakfast. The choice is huge: porridge, broth, cutlets, sausages, eggs, omelette, potatoes, pasta or rice, sausage, cheese, fruits, vegetables, cake, liver, juice, tea, coffee, milk. We are picky about food. There's a lot of food. We left early in the morning, we had breakfast packed with us (two huge bags), we finished it at home. The place where the hotel is located is very beautiful. The park is magnificent. I recommend.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, excellent cleaning. The breakfast is not bad, the omelette is very good.
There are a couple of comments:
1. We couldn't sign up for a spa for two days. They asked the reception to pass the info, as a result, there was zero reaction. After a long story, we finally got in touch, but there were no convenient massage windows left, and it was a birthday. The sediment remained, we wanted to spend our birthday at the spa.
2. They brought a leaky foot towel.

Pleasant staff, very clean, the room is nice and comfortable, the pool and saunas are on a solid 5k, but the restaurant is stretched 4k. The breakfast is very weak for such a large hotel, the assortment is meager, the food is bland, the chef's work is not visible. But the Belarusian cuisine is so gorgeous.
But all the shortcomings fade before how animals are treated here. We lived with a dog, there were no questions at all.

I really liked the hotel! There was a room for two. The windows faced Pobediteley Avenue, an undoubted plus! A large room. The room has a spacious closet, a corner of the hallway, and an excellent set of towels. Slippers and a bathrobe are on request, but we didn't ask, we didn't need. The room also had a dressing table with a mirror and a chair, 2 armchairs and a table to drink coffee/tea/drinks... there was also a minibar in the room (it was empty, we did not need to fill it), a teapot, 2 cups, 2 glasses for water, 2 bottles of water are brought daily. There is a safe. There is a hair dryer, powerful, but very heavy. The price included breakfast. The breakfast restaurant is open from 7.00 to 11.00. Quite a varied breakfast, for everyone, I think you can find what you want. Within walking distance of the castle shopping center, a public transport stop, from where it is easy to get to the center. There is only one drawback - lazy cleaners. One day she just didn't even come to us. I had to go down to the reception at 10 p.m. and solve this issue. This is probably the only thing that upset me.

There is a kettle in the room for half a liter. In addition, the cot was caught with two broken lamellas, the rights were not swung, they got out of the situation themselves rearranged the lamellas so that the hole was not large. The spa area is nice, clean, free of charge for residents. And most importantly, the most magnificent view of the presidential palace, he then leveled all the shortcomings, the main thing is a good mood and company.

The room is large, but it is not designed for three people. Two beds and a disgusting sofa. Which is not suitable for sleeping. Linen is changed every four days. An untimely change of linen for a fee. A small table and two armchairs. The air conditioning is general, i.e. it cannot be individually configured. And it was hot outside for 30 degrees. You come to the pool like to a hammam, it's humid and hot. There was cold food for breakfast for two or three days (I lived for 7 days). After the guests, they were in no hurry to clean up the tables. There's a puddle on the floor at the juice dispenser, everyone is walking around with their shoes stuck on. And the staff, too, didn't even bother to clean up. Until she went up to the employee who marks the arrival for breakfast and pointed out the dirt. They didn't raise an eyebrow, as if that was the way it should be.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer with friends. The choice fell on him because of the convenient location and the availability of free parking. A nice bonus was upon check-in - the payment turned out to be lower than on the official website. Clean, tidy, courteous service and a quick solution to all household problems. The breakfasts are modest, but there is enough to choose from. The children went to the pool every day, admission by subscription for a one-time daily visit (free). I would like to return to the hotel, but for a longer number of days.
