Crossed out all my charm for this hotel, the girl at the reception, I drove 800 km, arrived at 3 a.m., I wanted to sleep terribly and then the interesting thing began, they gave us a key card and sent us to a room on the 10th floor in an improved one, in short, 3 times we went down and up since the key did not open ours Number, it just disappointed me to mock people like that!!!There is no refrigerator in the room, this was the second minus! On the score of breakfast, buffet for 4 !I will definitely not come to this hotel again!

If you want to get the most unpleasant emotions from Minsk, you have ordered a road here. Why did you come to Minsk? A friend is getting married to a Belarusian, he comes from Minsk, so we decided to hold our bachelorette party in this city. We chose this hotel by chance, we were interested in the availability of a spa area, the price was acceptable (spoiler: NO). We looked at the map, the hotel is located next to the beautiful Victory Park. What did you like about the hotel? We returned to our city, washed up, and realized that NOTHING. Even the location (and there is a really beautiful park nearby) was terrible, since the hotel is located between a cemetery and an abortion advertisement… Why did we get negative emotions? Stage 1: Check-in. We were very positive, but the blonde girl at the reception spoiled it from the first minute, starting with a slight sarcasm. After receiving the room keys, we were in for a "surprise", and this is not a welcome surprise from the hotel. There was no refrigerator in the room, but its absence immediately caught my eye, because there was a huge hole under the table with bare wires. In a hotel with a spa area, a priori the rooms should have bathrobes and slippers. As you can guess, there were no such pleasant little things… The sheets were stained brown, why is an open question. The shower is breathing hard, in order to switch from the tap to the watering can, you need to actively stimulate the hose- I felt like I was at a porn casting. Of course, after evaluating all the shortcomings, we decided to call the reception. Do you think we did it? Of course NOT, because the phone wasn't working. Stage 2: Conversation with hotel representatives We decided that some issues could be resolved at the reception (very rashly). We went down to talk to the girl, to clarify about the phone and bathrobes to begin with, as we really wanted to relax in the spa. The girl was surprised that we wanted bathrobes in the room, and then added that we need to order them before 6 pm. We checked in at 7 p.m., so we won't see any bathrobes. Where is this rule written? Let me remind you, the hotel has 4 stars. Our question could not be solved, bring the bathrobes, because they are hidden somewhere in another building, and sent to the spa to take the bathrobes there. To repair the phone, you need to leave a request. Of course, we left a request for both the phone and the bathrobes. Stage 3: SPA Disappointed that we would not be able to go down to the spa in our bathrobes, we took our bathing suits and headed to the spa area. It is worth noting that the staff at the spa is more responsive, the girl offered us several options for our vacation. We asked for bathrobes, but it turned out that in the spa, for HOTEL GUESTS, they are rented. It was a complete shock for us. We returned to the reception, asking for a complaint book, as this is utter rudeness. This request had an effect on the girl, and she, with a very angry intonation, called the spa and told us to give us bathrobes. As a result, we rested in the spa, but I would like to mention a few unpleasant moments: 1) the hammam smelled of mold; 2) there is no pool, only a large Jacuzzi; 3) the jacuzzi turns off every 15 minutes, it needs to be constantly turned on, and there is a long break between switching on; 4) the stairs to the jacuzzi are very strange (iron, steep, DANGEROUS). Older people or large people will feel uncomfortable! Stage 4: Cleaning the hotel They clean it only on the first day, then they just bring water and new towels. They don't take out the garbage, they don't put things in order. Air conditioning is a separate story: we turned it off before going to bed (we thought so) so as not to catch a cold. In the middle of the night, it turns on abruptly and begins to blow cold air. We asked to turn it off, we were confirmed that it was turned off, but the situation repeated the next night. One of my friends caught a cold… Stage 5: Responding to guest requests As you may have guessed from the example with the air conditioner, the reaction is 0. The ill-fated ordered robes will not be brought to us. We discovered this after a walk around the city (important! it was about 8 p.m.), dissatisfied with the fact, went down to the reception to demand the ordered bathrobes, and, surprisingly, they are in the back room, they were simply given to us (naturally with dissatisfaction). The phone was never subdued, we didn't need it later, but the fact remains. What is the result? The hotel ruined the rest. There were a lot of strange little things with people, but here I describe the experience of only staying in a hotel. When we checked out, the keys were just silently taken away from us. Well, we were glad to give them away and never come back here. And I don't advise you!

A maximum of 2 stars and that's a lot. They save on absolutely everything that is possible and impossible. Soap and shower gel are so diluted that it's actually water. The pillows are very old, just dust. It's better to choose something more decent.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Cleaning every day, there are enough towels. Of the cons: dirty tulle in such a pleasant room and truly terrible pillows. They are more like rags, not pillows. Also among the disadvantages is the lack of a hood in both toilets and the incredible stupidity of a glass partition, designed, I suppose, to protect the floor from shower splashes. But since she's completely clueless, the floor will be in the water every time. The room cost more than 25,000 Russian rubles and I think it does not reach this amount. At the reception, as luck would have it: a girl of incredible kindness met us, but the next day she was replaced by a less friendly and smiling colleague.

I liked the hotel as a whole, but not without drawbacks. The air conditioner cannot be turned off, this is the first time we have seen this. Moreover, there was a knock in our room from this system. A technician was called, came, looked, shrugged his shoulders. I said, well, you're not alone with this problem, I can't do anything… The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work! I liked the location of the hotel, the beautiful view from the window, on the avenue. The room is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors, this is a big plus! Parking at the hotel is free. We were on the June holidays, we found a place without any problems. The cost of living is definitely overpriced!

A complete disappointment. Of the 4* there are only bed linen (satin stripe 0.5, who understands). Room cleaning, apparently, is absent in principle. Because it is necessary to try not to notice a huge turquoise slap of toothpaste on the white sash of the cabinet under the sink. The towels are in a hysterical state. Well, at least thank you for being clean. There is only one outlet in the room and it is at the head of the bed. It turned out to organize the "workplace" by removing the floor lamp from the bedside table and turning it to the chair. There is a kettle in the room - tea and coffee are not available. Standard 4* include a tea station, 2 types of tea, coffee, cream, sugar. Breakfast. I stayed at the hotel during the fast. The lean breakfast consisted of dried fruits, very tired cucumbers and tomatoes, and an apple with an orange. Well, when checking in, I rang the bell at the reception for 15 minutes and if it hadn't been for the bartender, who still called the concierge on his mobile, I probably would have had to spend the night on chairs in the lobby. Then, I learned from local business partners that it was the state.a chain of hotels. It became even sadder. The price never even comes close to matching the quality.

A beautiful hotel. It is well located , but a little far from the center . Luxurious breakfasts! There is a gym and a small swimming pool with saunas (free access for guests only from 8 to 11 am). The rooms are comfortable. There is everything you need . You can lie in the bathroom. They have disadvantages : -On the date of the trip (June 2021), the air conditioning in the rooms was not working well. -low internet speed - unexplored to find an iron ( 3rd floor ) , it just didn 't turn out . The reception couldn't help . I had to stomp and iron on another floor .

For 10,000rubles per day, you will receive a cold room with a tiny battery, a huge window from which blows from all the cracks and an incorrectly working mixer. The reception could not resolve these issues, despite repeated requests. The refrigerator stank of rotten fish. The SPA was busy for the week ahead. One of the advantages is a VERY comfortable bed.

It's not worth the money. The staff is the most unfriendly I've ever seen. There is no bathrobe, slippers in the room and it is very cold, no matter how you turn the temperature control - the second blanket saved. There are yellow streaks on the ceiling and streaks on the mirrors in the room. The hallway on the floor was also not very clean - there were remnants of food packages on the floor near some rooms, and a half-empty bottle of champagne stood on the table in the hall for a day. Among the advantages are blackout curtains in the room, location and parking.
