I immediately indicate that this is my personal opinion of a person who travels a lot in cities. In order: the service is standard, the staff in most cases greets the guests. The rooms, as stated, must be cleaned daily, but they can also be skipped (as a result, you will be left without fresh towels and a room that has not been cleaned, if you also ordered dinner in the room - it's a complete disaster). The breakfasts are varied, a wide range of dishes, but it happened that some dishes were constantly served yesterday and today, both in the morning and in the evening. Dinner is something that is not enough for breakfast. This certainly does not mean that all this is terrible. But this is not for 4 🌟. Our accommodation included breakfast, dinner, a gym and a spa area with Turkish and Finnish baths. But the Finnish one didn't work! We must strongly remind you about cleaning at the reception! They can easily not be removed! "It is possible that Asadora Duncan received food in the bedroom, but I am used to receiving it in the dining room. And to work in the office..." - that's what Professor Preobrazhensky said in the "Heart of a Dog". Be prepared that due to the "special service" the restaurant will be closed, and you will have to eat in the room, regardless of your wishes. But even at the same time, a surprise awaits you in the form of the fact that you will be forgotten and dinner will turn out after an hour of begging from the "polite" staff. You also need to be prepared for the administrator's reproaches that she gives you time after the end of her work time, sorting out the "cash" in the hotel service! As a result, I will think very hard about staying here next time. Here the quality does not match the price!!!

Cons: - the refrigerator was buzzing terribly. They refused to solve the issue, offered to stupidly turn it off. - I asked for a bathrobe (we were on a business trip with a delegation of 10 people, everyone had bathrobes in the rooms except me), agreed to bring it and brought it, but on the day of departure :) - I came for breakfast 10 minutes before the end - I need to be persuaded to let it go. They let me in with sour faces, so one employee "accompanied" me at the buffet with comments under her breath like all sorts of people are walking around here.. In general, the service, in my case, is zero. The room - the bedroom is normal, the bed, linen, cleanliness - is quite normal. The bathroom is tubby. The shower faucet apparently fell out of the wall earlier and was simply shoved into the wall without fixing it. It doesn't seem to interfere with taking a shower, but it affects the perception of the level. The price/quality ratio is not met. I will not stop my choice at this hotel anymore.

A strange hotel that positions itself as a 4*. I'll start with the staff, who will not smile and greet the guests once again. Please note that there is no tea or coffee in the suite. The duvet cover for the second blanket was barely received the next day. Cleaning is just a horror. Upon arrival , there were strange stains on the bathroom floor , it was unpleasant to even enter , I had to rub it . From cleaning, they will only bring water to any room and take out the garbage. Three - course breakfasts . One of the things I liked is a hammam with a hydro-massage pool. The administration should just be ashamed of this scoop.

During this time, the room was not cleaned once, only towels were changed and water was brought. And the day before we left, we didn't do that either, I accidentally stained the towel with blood from my nose and after "cleaning" it also remained hanging. They always brought it to me, but to a relative only after he pointed it out. They began to bring water, but they said that this was done only upon check-in. I didn't have a dental kit in my room, so I had to go and ask, since I couldn't get through to the reception. The breakfasts are very meager, literally 3 types of dishes every day. The hotel is quite shabby, it can be seen both in the lobby and in the rooms. The SPA is stated here for show, in reality it is rather a small drop, if you want to go to the spa - there is a Riviera SPA 5 minutes by car, this is a very good place. Surprisingly, we ate the most delicious food in Minsk there.

A great hotel. Spacious rooms with fresh renovation and high-quality furniture. Beautiful view from the steam window. Breakfasts deserve special praise - not all hotels serve delicious boiled tongue for breakfast. We hoped so much that we had enough before dinner. Excellent service. I also liked the spa area, the polite staff, a nice pool with hydromassage. It's a pity the sauna didn't work. But the hammam is great. There is convenient parking. On our next trip to Minsk, we will stop only here

The Victoria Olympus Hotel was very disappointing!!! There is NO refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes, cups and a tea set in the room (the kettle is probably for ridicule), there is one set of towels in a 2-bed room, shampoo is also one. And yet, the air conditioning does not work in the room and it is very stuffy. When the window was opened, mosquitoes flew in. They closed it back… To comments about the refrigerator and cups: the answer is that this is not included in the room package. Are you serious?? In 4 stars ?? In fairness, the room looks like in the photo, but for this money (365 rubles per night), I advise you to choose another hotel, especially since they are there!!!

Don't come here. At 19.00 you will be given the keys to two rooms! They just haven't been cleaned-people left before you, and that's how they populate you. There's a girl at the reception. No one. At 23 p.m. for 20 minutes, we tried to call the hotel on our mobile phone and on the internal one-there is no answer. Then a girl appeared and said she was alone! One in such a huge 4-star hotel. A complete failure. It's cold in the room. The light at the door doesn't turn off-sleep as you want-until you stick out the key card-so that everything turns off to hell. At least parking is free at the hotel. We won't even take breakfasts and a room for 11 thousand for the May holidays. Blacklisted. It's 3 stars with a stretch.

A huge hall, where you can also drink coffee and something stronger. The building is beautiful, metal and glass. And now the cons: - in one room the air conditioner worked as it should, in the other it warmed the room, they offered to wait for working days or just open the window (penultimate floor ...); as a result, outside the building you can see who has the same problems ... a good quarter of the windows are open; on weekends, with the windows open, the noise on the street will subside at 3 Two o'clock in the morning, keep this in mind - paid Parking inside the courtyard, subject to availability, it is not pleasant when the area around is decent and there is no car nearby, but okay - SPA from 8 am to 11 am, exactly in the morning :)) again, a strange decision, the first time in my memory - there was a shortage of bedding; among other things, I asked for an extra pillow, they gave me as many as two that were brought from the sofa ... I attached a photo, in my opinion it's too much, but the city is great and completely smooths out all the disadvantages :)) The main problem is air conditioning in extreme heat in summer, so in winter I would leave a higher rating. In general, the hotel is good, it's just worth updating somewhere, but it performs its functions (except for the air conditioner, well, warming the room in summer is too much).

In general, the hotel is clean, but the furnishings in the rooms are tired. I didn't really like the food in the restaurant. But the breakfast is quite decent. The staff is polite. There is a layer of dust and hair in the bathroom drawers. 5. The sun heats the double-glazed windows, they begin to bend and make loud clicking sounds. At 5 a.m. it is very unpleasant. 6. Curtains are not wide enough, just in the place where the head on the bed is located, it turns out a 20 cm gap. And the sun is shining right in my eyes. 7. If you do not pull out the card that turns off all electricity in the room, the light in the hallway is on. If you pull out the card, then of course you can't charge the phone. 8. The sound insulation is very poor. The windows faced the avenue. I didn't save the 7th floor.
