In general, it's not bad, the breakfasts are varied and delicious. The location is far from the center. There are flaws in the rooms. A bathtub with one partition and a constant puddle on the floor is annoying, the cleaning was normal only on the first day, then they just made the bed and didn't even wash the glasses. It was annoying that the pool can only be used from 8 am to 11 am. Seriously?! What kind of stupid restrictions are these? This is an extremely inconvenient time! Slippers and bathrobes are provided on request, but not in the rooms. In general, the staff is polite and responsive, but I did not like these rules (from the management, as I understand it).

Great hotel. There are many sports locations nearby, the Minsk Arena, the Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the gymnastics center, football, hockey clubs and federations. Clean, Rooms are cleaned daily. A restaurant where you can have a good breakfast. The only thing to note is the poor lighting in the room. Considering that we were here in winter, there was not enough light.We didn't cross paths with the staff. Smoking areas are organized on the transitional balconies. Parking is paid, we left the car right at the entrance to the hotel, convenient.

I'll add a fly in the ointment to these rave reviews. We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend from June 9th to 12th. We booked 2 rooms: luxury and Superior. With breakfast. For such a price tag, you want to get the appropriate service. But we did not observe the service from the word at all. The suite turned out to be very strange: 2 rooms, of which the living room, for some reason, turned out to be in a small room behind the door, and the bedroom in the main entrance room. There is a kettle, no cups. The toilet is wobbly, the shower with a glass curtain, very short half of the water on the floor. Cleaning was done 1 time in 3 days (thanks for taking out the trash and replenishing the water), in principle, the cleaning ended there. They didn't even fix the bed, the change of towels is also not here. Well, okay, you can close your eyes to this. Breakfast in general will go (eggs, porridge, cottage cheese, fruits, meat and cheese cuts, vegetables, well, if there were no fresh pastries to find fault with) The most unpleasant moment was the departure. I checked in our room with my spouse, took the keys without any problems and wished them a good trip. After 10 minutes, the daughters came down and they had problems: the girl at the reception asked for an additional payment of 138 BEL. RUB (4000 rubles) RUB) for the fact that when checking in, another administrator incorrectly registered the check-in. With all this, my payment corresponded to the cost of the reservation. In general, we did not pay anything, but the sediment was not good. Somehow the situation was more like additional earnings....

On the plus side, I'll start with them, because he's the only one. This room is big, beautiful, with huge windows that cannot be opened (why?). Perhaps it's because of the air conditioner, which lives its own life and because of which my whole family caught a cold at night. The rooms are not cleaned. In the evening, we went down to the lobby, took cakes on a plate with us. These dirty plates were in our room for three more days (the entire time of our stay). The garbage is also not cleaned. Only towels and water are renewed. There are no bathrobes and slippers - as well as dental kits, tea bags and at least cups! At the same time, for some reason there is a kettle - why, if there are only glasses from the dishes? The most terrible thing is the SPA center, from which we were kicked out simply because we are women. We came at 20 o'clock, asked if we could come for a swim for a fee from 21 to 22 o'clock. We were told yes. However, when we (three menstruating women) prepared for the hike (I hope you understand what preparation involves these days), we were turned away because of the boorish behavior of the family who were standing in line with us. When we arrived at 21 o'clock, as agreed, they shouted at us from the doorway: "Not with you." The staff were nice, but the fact remains that we were kicked out of the spa. This happened because the woman in the queue was jealous of her man - she thought that we would seduce him and after we left she said: "no bathing together." And we didn't give up on this man at all, we're from a lesbian commune in general. As a result, we came all ready - in swimsuits and flip-flops, but they turned us around and said we couldn't. We had to take a taxi to a nearby hotel, pay for an hour of swimming there, and we managed to swim for 30 minutes. Amazing rudeness. We came to the spa the next morning. The sauna is not working, the Jacuzzi turns off every fifteen minutes. The stairs to the Jacuzzi are very dangerous. A friend fell right on the tile with her stomach. BATHROBES AND SLIPPERS ARE NOT GIVEN OUT! The employee (a middle-aged blonde) refused to give it to us, although later we saw other guests in slippers and bathrobes. What kind of discrimination is this?! The next thing is breakfast. They're terrible. Baked pancakes, spoiled broth - it really smelled rotten. During our three days, the sensor in the door broke down. We had to go back to the reception four times down-up-down-up-down-up-down-up to get help. I do not recommend the hotel. It's terrible! We were not even asked at the check-out if we enjoyed our stay. They didn't even say goodbye, they just silently took the cards. Amazing rudeness, we advise you to stay away from this hotel, which does not correspond to 4 stars.

Breakfast is OK. the SPA has a strange opening time, for some reason the sauna does not work, but only the hammam and Jacuzzi, well, it was possible to visit for free at least until 15:00.

We came to breakfast at half past ten , there was no hot , we did not even see an elementary glaze at breakfast , there was no porridge either , after the indignation of the guests , we began to cook) . The next day we wanted to order a late dinner in the room, it was at about eleven in the evening , the booklet says the room service works 24/7 , the reception said it doesn't work, sorry.... It would not hurt to somehow report this or remove the booklets when everyone is being misled.....After eviction, you will have to leave your suitcase at the reception , there is no special room for this, slippers on request and sluggish employees at the reception , they do not respond immediately, for 4 stars, it's a little weak!

We were settled on the other side, on a quiet street, the view was simpler, but we slept with the window open.
