The hotel is very well located for those who travel by car, the rooms are clean, cleaning and changing towels every day.The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is fresh and delicious, we rested for 4 days, the reception staff are young,smiling guys, they settled in quickly, although we arrived ahead of check-in time.It was not very pleasant that the website stated that the rooms had bathrobes, in fact-a bathrobe for a fee, shampoo, brushes, pastes, slippers-there was nothing in the room.

Maybe after that, the hotel management will change something and the residents will be served in the restaurant first of all, they will not see duct tape on the fan, broken walls, cracked tiles, seams between tiles the size of a finger and broken furniture. And maybe they will be able to breathe comfortably in the room and in the bathroom.
We went to the Lebyazhy Water Park and this time decided to check into the Aqua Minsk hotel instead of a rented apartment.
The entrance area is very nice, we got a room and decided to eat right off the road in the hotel restaurant. But! They did not feed us and, not very politely, offered to come in an hour, because they serve a children's group 🤯
and we kind of counted on the fact that we wouldn't have to walk around the area in search of food. From the start, the impression of the hotel began to deteriorate. As a result, we went to Astoria, where there is a rather low-budget restaurant, but they fed us there, for which I thank them very much 🫶🏼
What about the number? Small, clean and cozy in appearance, there is a mini-refrigerator, TV, telephone, hair dryer, stained armchair, no safe, there is drinking water and hygiene products when checking in.
The trash started when we realized that in a modern hotel there is no air conditioner, and a fan rewound with tape will drive the air in the room.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom either, but the towel was burning like coals on the grill. Because of this, it was insanely hot and stuffy there.

The cherry on the cake was a broken armchair-bed, from which the daughter almost fell off.
Thank you, at least they changed it after the call at the reception.
The price of such a room per day was 465 rubles.
Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious.
And for residents, the Swan aqua zone is available as a gift (spa area for an additional fee).
If it were not for this fact, we would not have settled here.

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. But there are no soap accessories in the room, only towels. Check-in is at 15, but there are a lot of people, registration is long, as a result, at 16 they only checked in, but the eviction is at 12 o'clock. It's kind of unfair. The shock was from the situation - the cleaner abruptly opened the door wide open to the room at 11.30 and told her to leave. No knocking, no excuse - just came abruptly.
The staff is impolite, not friendly, everyone is frowning like robots.
The water park is big, but half of the entertainment is not about anything. There are about 8 rooms in the sauna department, but there are only 3 sensible ones. The rest are nothing. Elementary drinking water should be freely available, at least in the sauna department.
The staff at the aqua park is very angry, they answer questions reluctantly and defiantly.
The breakfast is good, buffet style. Everything is good and delicious here.
A place to visit for one time.

We stayed 1 night. Nice clean room, everything is there, the buffet breakfast is excellent, there is everything..we visited the water park, we also liked it, we chose a tariff immediately with an aqua zone and breakfast. the territory is large, excellent, I think in summer it's great here. who by car is not a problem at all to get to the center. in general, I will say that we lived in Minsk for 5 days, drove a car everywhere, there are no problems with traffic jams and parking at all.

We were at Aqua Minsk in winter, we took a double room for 360 rubles. I read a lot of horror reviews before check-in, so there were some concerns.
It turned out that most of what was written had nothing to do with the truth: the staff was polite, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a refrigerator, a bunch of towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and hair balm, all the light bulbs were on. The breakfast is delicious, there is enough food to eat for the whole day, although we arrived later than eight. The restaurant had no problems giving a vase for flowers and teaspoons to the room.

Very poor sound insulation inside the room and between the room and the corridor: the nocturnal encroachments of neighbors can be heard in detail and in detail, the bathroom is stuffy because of a very hot heated towel rail, but swimsuits and towels dry on it after an hour after the water park, you need to bring your own towels, since it is forbidden to take them out of the room.
I also found holes in the bedding, but I did not ask to change it, since in principle it did not interfere.
But there are questions about the water park itself. I understand that this is not exactly a traditional entertainment for the middle of December, but there are still a lot of people there. There are literally 3-4 slides, most of which are in absolute, pitch darkness. This spoils the whole impression and, in my opinion, is quite traumatic. But the biggest problem is not in this, but in the ice pools. The scoreboard says that their temperature is 29 °, and coming out of them, you are shaking from the cold. That is why, instead of running down the slides, we decided to warm up in the spa, there was also the only warm pool in the entire water park, in which, due to the number of people, we could only stand.
We liked the baths, saunas and other activities themselves (at least we got warm).
In conclusion, I want to say that for 360 rubles this is quite a good way to spend the weekend, although ideally you should not go for 1 night, but for 2, because taking into account check-in after 3 and check-out before 12, there is hardly enough time.

Review from 06.01.25. The water in the water park is cold, one of the large slides of the blue level did not work. Pandemonium on the rest, respectively. But at least they notified us about the non-working slide with an announcement at the entrance.
But the fact that the Russian sauna in the spa area does not work, the husband found out after the fact. As well as other visitors who were not informed when buying a ticket. Needless to say, the ticket to the spa area is separate (30 Belarusian rubles).
We managed to stand in line for other slides of the blue level.
But still, the visit was not worth the stated money.
We visited water parks in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, and Volgograd. This is the worst, unfortunately.

The check-in was quick, the rooms are very good. Some rooms have an armchair bed for extra beds. The breakfasts are not bad, but not very diverse, you still won't stay hungry. The restaurant is open until 11 in the evening, but the kitchen is open until 22:30. The waitress served us very nice, but the management needs to hire an additional cook for the evening shift on weekends and holidays so that the waiter does not have to blush. The room rate includes access to the water park. There are few people, but there are also few staff.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!! The staff is friendly.They were quickly issued. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is varied, no one will go hungry. The girls constantly monitored and replenished the dishes that were running out. They also cleaned dirty dishes from the tables.
Only some of the guests who do not follow the hotel's rules are upset. While moms and dads are relaxing with hot drinks and having conversations, four young children from 2 to 5 years old were running along the corridor after midnight, fooling around, slamming doors.
There were also distinguished people at breakfast, they came with a container to have breakfast and take food with them to take away (lunch and dinner).

The hotel disappointed (we rest here with a family of 5 people 2nd adults + 3rd children, we were placed in 2 standard rooms, from 02/24/28/2024. Let's start with the pros, the rooms were clean and cozy, but that's it (((there are no bath accessories in the rooms, no bathrobes. At the reception they said that the water park is open on weekends from 9 to 22, and on weekdays from 10 to 22, it turned out that on weekdays from 11 to 22, our children are 12 , 9 and 4 years old, everyone is up early at 7 a.m., breakfast starts from 8 to 11, it's delicious, but by 10, the children want to have something to eat and entering the dining room it turned out that they can only visit 1 time... it's a nightmare (and they look like I asked them to pay for my breakfast out of their pocket, by the way, at lunch and dinner with the whole family, we spend about 10 thousand rubles a day in this dining room, which by 12 becomes a restaurant. In the water park, the service is terrible, the aunts in the wardrobe are rude, the man is patchy, gray-haired and for some reason with three hairs has a length of 60 centimeters (they look terrible and still piss) who drives a typewriter washes floors goes straight at people, our child is 4 years old and went to the child, and then with indignation at her husband, they say take the child away, you see I'm mine, wait a nightmare, let's go and mine as much as you want, and in general, in such a narrow place where people change shoes for rubber flip-flops, why drive a car??! Take a mop!!! The water in the water park is cold and blowing everywhere! And it's also a nightmare everywhere there is a strong saving of electricity and everything is in semi-darkness everywhere. There were adventures in the form of a forgotten passport and a non-working reception in the evening. The hotel is closed for entry at 22 or 23... breakfast is meager. All with eggs and a small selection. It was enough for me, but if a little more gourmet. You won't like it! funny stories. According to this 4 stars. The room is large and clean. A swimming pool and sauna, a tennis court are a huge plus! I will be in Minsk, I will take it off again - this is probably the main indicator.

We visited the Lebyazhy Water Park for the first time. At the same time, we rented a barnhouse-style house in the park hotel "On the other Side" for the night. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk from the house to the water park. A visit to the aqua zone was included + a bonus SPA area - for all unlimited. Breakfast is included in the morning and 2 more hours in the aqua zone and SPA. It was very cool! We were vacationing with two families of two children.

The price does not match the quality, it is very overpriced. Standard room for $ 150 - old renovation, foreign odors, old plumbing. Breakfast is meager, something warmed up, something cold. There are a lot of people at breakfast, it is noisy, there are not enough appliances and dishes. There are a lot of children because of the water park - accordingly, the tables and chairs at breakfast are dirty.

The hotel is for a weak three. We took the number 2+1. For the third person, the linen was brought simply in a bag and thrown on the bed. The laundry turned out to be dirty and we had it replaced. In the evening we went to have dinner at a restaurant, the service is terrible. Then they forgot to bring the dish, then they brought something different from what they ordered, the wine was brought warm and not open and they waited 20 minutes for a corkscrew.
The room was taken for 600 rubles a day and includes unlimited access to the water park. For some reason, the gym is only open until four, provided that check-in is at three... Who came up with this? We got to the water park, there were an insanely many people there. The queue for the slide is 45 minutes, only in the evening it became more spacious. On the street and inside, two slides did not work, apparently from this and such queues.

Absolutely not worth the money! Such a room on the outskirts of the city cannot cost almost 14 thousand rubles per day!
We went into the room and found a terribly dirty toilet, no air conditioning (there is a fan), the room is old.
The administration offered another room, which is not better at all. The fan doesn't work either, the room is on the sunny side and there is nothing to breathe and there is also a bed with sides! With a height of 184 cm, I cannot sleep comfortably when my feet rest against the side.
We spent time on these relocations, and eventually decided to leave there, because we didn't have the strength and desire to hang around with things by the numbers, which are all old.
But then the difficulties with the refund began. Like, "you've been at our hotel for an hour" and we can't return it.
I had to demand, call the director, write an application for a refund. By the way, the director did not come up..
The receptionist called - he didn't pick up the phone. Then I went to his office to take our application for consideration.. I asked to call the director. But he didn't come.
But at least he allowed me to return the funds))

We were in July 24th. We paid 10 thousand a day for a hotel for two people. They included an excellent breakfast and a huge luxury water park with unlimited access for this day. We stopped by in the afternoon, went to the water park for a couple of hours, followed the trail.in the morning there was a water park, then we went for a walk and again a water park.And who said that there is no sea in Minsk?? We had a rest in November right after the holidays, when all the children left)))
The room is simple, clean, and generally pleasant. Cleaning every day, linen change every other day.
Breakfast is monotonous, I got tired of it in a week. In the evening, the "restaurant" is open, the food is not very good (we ate carbonara and draniki, I do not advise, perhaps something else is delicious).
But these are all the little things of life, because we came because of the water park, to which there are no questions! ALL the slides are working (this surprised me, usually there is one everywhere - yes, under repair), no queues (there were a maximum of 10 people on the slide on a day off, about 10 minutes in time), well, an unlimited number of visits during the entire stay at the hotel.
I heartily recommend it!

I really like this hotel. I stay there every time I visit the water park. But friends, when will you make at least some kind of air conditioning system? Cheap portable fans in every room - it does not save in the heat. There are spiders in the rooms on the top floor. It was possible to remove them before preparing the issue.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately, check-in to the room at 3.30 and check-out at 12.00 the next day. There are few slides in the water park. One slide inside was broken. There is a children's area and two slides on the street. There is a bar and a cafe. The prices are huge!! Burger 13 rubles!! But in general it's not bad.
