The hotel pulls in 3 stars, as stated. Good mattresses, pillows, blankets. The breakfast buffet is quite decent. The staff is friendly. There is not enough kettle or cooler with hot and cold water. Boiling water can only be brought from the 1st floor from the bar, cold drinking water must be bought. The water park is located in the next building. There is a public transport stop nearby. I am very disappointed with this hotel. The room stock is in great need of updating. The plumbing is in terrible condition. It was the first time. The date of the trip was 03/22/2023. I really liked everything. The parking lot is large. The hotel is cozy, the staff is very polite. The breakfasts are delicious (breakfast was included in the room rate) I liked the lunch too. The prices are reasonable. The water park is beyond praise. I highly recommend the cafe on the second floor of County chicken. Everything is fresh and very tasty. The children are delighted and so are we. I recommend a trip to the Lebyazhy Water Park to everyone!

The hotel itself is clean, the towels are normal, but the room is very small. The bed is probably 1.40 wide and a folding chair. In the room, only soap and shower gel are poured into dispensers. Shampoos, conditioners, slippers, dental kits for a fee. There is no kettle in the room. The hair dryer is also disgusting. The restaurant is open until 23:00. There is no room service. We cleaned it normally, but not every day. Breakfasts... well, let's say they satisfy basic needs. I would say sick leave. Omelette, sausages, oatmeal porridge with milk, cereals, balls, milk. Beetroot salad, cabbage salad, cucumbers. Sausage, cheese of the same variety. Some yoghurts in packages. Coffee, tea. There are no drinking yogurts, cottage cheese, pastries too (some purchased cookies). No frills, in short, pure food. Well, if you want to see Minsk, then the hotel is certainly far away, 17 km from the center, buses are nearby, but not to say that often. Taxis in Belarus are not for nothing.

We checked in at the Aqua Minsk hotel and had the opportunity to chat with the administrator Olga. We booked houses at a price of 480 rubles, but upon arrival we were billed at 650, as they explained to us, the tariff changed. Olga argued in a rude voice that we had been warned about this, as it turned out later, it was done in Viber. Of course, we expressed dissatisfaction and misunderstanding, but the administrator began to be openly rude and sarcastic, without expressing any understanding and insisting on a new price. To our remark, "Who warns about this in Viber?", the administrator replied: "Well, what if you didn't have phones?"
There are no questions about the houses, everything is clean and tidy, everything is beautiful, everything is new. The park hotel itself has polite staff, special thanks to the woman who cleaned the houses, helped open the house, and clarified if everything was in order during her stay. Good breakfasts, bicycles can be rented. The water park is a 15-minute walk away.
In general, it is strange to realize that cleaning specialists cope much better than the administrator.

We booked a room in January (two months in advance) for a day in March for 245 BYN.
Three days before check-in, a telegram message arrives, where I am notified that the tariffs have changed since March 1, so the price will be 275 BYN.
But they also don't! You either initially set a new price when booking rooms from March 1, or increase the price already for bookings made from March 1.
This notification was also received on March 8 (check-in at the hotel on March 11), on a holiday that was thus greatly spoiled.
At the same time, the price does not match the quality of the services provided at all.
There is simply no kettle in the room, and for hot water you had to go down to the bar, where you also had to ask for cups.
The carpet in the room is covered with crumbs and some scraps, the bedspreads do not seem to be washed for years.
Shampoo, please, buy at the reception for an additional fee. As well as for drinking water, you have to pay. It was the first time I lived in a hotel for such a sum, where they didn't bother to put a cooler on the floor!
And it would be all right, but I was in this hotel exactly three years ago. And what a pity that in three years nothing has changed except the price of accommodation.
