We had a rest in July 2023. We checked in at 22.15, we were told that the kitchen is open until 22.30.
We came to the restaurant, but the waiter told us that the kitchen was already closed, because they were too lazy to serve us. After whispering with the staff, with a look on his face, well, okay, we accepted the order.
By the numbers, there is almost no sound insulation.
The beds are not comfortable.
For repairs and amenities as in 2 stars.
One thing pleased me in the morning - breakfast is included in the price and it is not bad at all.
At a cost for 2 adults and a child of 8 years +- 350 rubles per day.
For everyone who plans a hotel + water park, remember:
You check in from 14.00 and you can use the aquazone without restrictions until 12.00 the next day.
But if you arrived and checked in in the evening, you will be able to use the water park, which is included in the price, only until 12.00 - that is, before eviction, and then pay extra.
Therefore, calculate for yourself whether it is worth getting attached to the hotel or not.

This summer I spent 4 days at the Aqua Minsk Hotel. My opinion is a wonderful place! A great hotel, why 2 stars did not understand. I would give at least 4. We lived in a bungalow, three minutes walk to the hotel, five minutes to the water park. The territory is large, beautiful, and pleasant to walk around. There are plenty of parking spaces.
The service is good, the staff is polite. Everything you need is there, the linen is clean, cleaned regularly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the portions are large, you will not stay hungry.
The water park itself is also good - the water is warm, there is somewhere to swim, and there is also a ride from the slides. Sun beds, armbands for children, ski equipment in large quantities. Everyone has enough, even when there are a lot of people.
In short, there will be an opportunity - go, you will be satisfied.

The water park is a separate song!!! We always go there in the evenings. We were in the summer, so we also managed to enjoy the outdoor area of the water park. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are cozy, no frills. But we don't need them. We only went there to wash and sleep. The hotel is quite suitable for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always happy to help with any questions. The only thing is that the breakfasts have become very meager. It used to be richer somehow. And of course, now they save on everything, all products have risen in price. But we are not offended. We went anyway, we didn't stay hungry. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. The hotel's territory is large and green, but I didn't have enough flowers. There is only room for a table, and there are few flowers. And so - just here!!!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. We booked a room a day in advance, we were warned that we would be with children.
1. Dirty room.
2. The plumbing is in poor condition and dirty. (3 jets that come from the faucet, that from the shower).

4. The bed is not made (make it yourself).
5. The bed linen pillow and blanket are not in size.
The first impression of the hotel is 1 star and no more.

The hotel officially has two stars. The rooms are clean, everything is as in the photos. From the bad:
- the beds are very narrow and very hard. I love hard mattresses, but it was too much. Children were constantly falling off their beds at night because of the narrow beds.
- the ventilation in the room was bad, but we had a window open, it saves a little. I do not know what happens in the cold season.
- the breakfasts are just disgusting. There is no choice: buckwheat, pasta, omelette, sausages, coffee (no cappuccino), biscuits, cheese, sausage. If you have time, you can grab the cheese ala byu Alexandrov
- there is no drinking water in the hotel, there is boiling water on the ground floor
- there is no safe or kettle in the rooms
On the plus side: the hotel has a cheap lunch on weekdays until 16-00.

The rooms are good, but we came across a room on the 4th floor, it was very stuffy at night, the whole family did not get enough sleep, the fan did not help. But we stayed at the water park to the maximum and we got 7 hours in two days. There is a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, 2 glasses, a shower gel dispenser in the shower cabin and a soap dispenser at the sink, towels. There is no kettle. There is no air conditioner, but there is a floor fan (powerful enough). There are mosquito nets on the windows. Of the disadvantages, there are cobwebs in almost all corners.
The buffet: the selection is small (1-2 for each position). There are few fruits. But, if there are no diets and allergies, then you can pick up something.
If your goal is a water park, then it will do for an overnight stay.

Well, let's start, perhaps, with the cons:
1. Dirty room at the very check-in.
2. We had one extra seat - a folding chair. but if you spread it out, then there will be no room at all in an already small and cramped room. they brought something like a mattress for this chair. it was torn.
3. Huge problems with draining both in the sink and in the shower. they said this at the reception, the plumber came. I dug around there, said that everything should be fine, and left. on the trail. the day it all happened again. as a result, on the 5th day of our stay here, we already took a bath, not a shower, because the problem with the drain did not go away.
4. there is no air conditioner, and in the heat of + 30 ° an old fan and a half-broken window do not really save.
5. There was not a single cleaning in the room for 5 days.
6. There are no hygiene products in the room except shower gel and liquid soap dispensers.
7. The promised free Internet was more or less caught only at the reception, but not in the room on the third floor. in the morning, he was often not there at all.
8. The breakfast included in the room rate is simply terrible. it's the same thing every day, namely: buckwheat, pasta, oatmeal and cereals are necessarily with milk, and no one cares that a person may have an intolerance to milk in its pure form. Eat what they give you and don't complain. it's easier to buy something for breakfast at the store and not torment yourself.
9. The restaurant itself is also terrible. the prices are sky-high for such dishes and quality. we came to lunch at 15:00, we were told that the service was only on the first page of the menu (because it was lunchtime, and during it they serve only on this first page), on which there was nothing for children. My eight-year-old sister simply had nothing to eat from this menu. We found a children's menu at the end and asked if it was possible to order from it. the waitress looked at us as if we were de**mo, rolled her eyes and agreed with obvious displeasure, as if doing us a favor. It's unpleasant.
of the advantages, there is only an unlimited water park, which is clearly not worth checking into this hotel just for the sake of it, and a free petting zoo, where everyone can personally touch the spiders in their room (if you accidentally kill them, then don't worry, there are a lot of them here! We couldn't get rid of them all in 5 days. don't judge us, we love cats and chinchillas more), cockroaches, ants, but in the restaurant you can pet flies!!!!! in general, those who love animals will definitely like it here.
no kidding, this hotel is definitely not worth your attention and its two stars. she deserves a maximum of one star.

The room is small and stuffy (but there is a fan). There is a room with a shower and toilet. There is a towel in the room. Some liquid hand soap. A simple TV. The sad thing is that shampoo and washcloth are not provided for free. In general, you need to have a toothbrush and toothpaste with you. You also need your own slippers. As for the breakfast buffet (it is included in the room rate): no frills: bread, omelette, oatmeal, cereals, sausages, stewed cabbage, coffee, juice, cucumbers, sour cream, potatoes, a little sausage, cheese, cheap cheeses, some kind of thin biscuit. Check-in was at 15:00, and check-out was before 12 p.m. There was a double bed for two adults and plus an additional fee for a couch for a child (50 rubles). The price also includes a visit to the Lebyazhy Water Park (but that's another story). The location is on the outskirts, you have to call a taxi - an expensive fare. Total: 370 rubles. In general, the hotel itself has a rating of 2 stars. But for a day, even a little less, the cost is too high.

Room with an additional one.a place that simply implies a folding chair, which, having spread out, places in the room, which already almost does not exist, automatically become much smaller. There are 3 towels per guest in the bathroom. Liquid soap and shower gel are available in dispensers. There is a separate fee for the shampoo, you can buy it at the reception. We were in the middle of June, there is no air conditioning in the room, an extractor hood in the room and a bathroom.the node has the impression that it did not work at all. It's very stuffy. Plus, there were mosquito nets on the windows, you could open them in the evening and let in fresh air. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Everything is quite simple and not very tasty. The staff is all friendly and courteous. The aqua park, for which the trip was conceived, is a 2-minute walk away. In the evening, unlimited access to the aqua zone until 10 p.m., the next day until 12 p.m.
