I highly recommend visiting. There is a beautiful view of the city and the monastery from above. There is a preserved temple at the very top. But the climb is hard. If you have problems with your legs, I do not recommend it. And it will be hard in the heat. There is an open area everywhere.

I've been here twice and both times in winter. From the top of the tower there is a good view of the coast, the New Athos monastery. In the "rainy season" the road becomes muddy, so climbing the mountain will be difficult. The lower tower is gradually falling into disrepair, I hope it and the monastery at the top will still be restored.
