I was in Almaty with a child for the first time. It took a long time to get to the water park. The location impressed us, as it is located right in a shopping mall with glass walls. The water park itself is large, for every taste. The slides worked only 3 pcs. The largest one was closed. We were in early March. I was impressed by the outdoor pool, it is very hot. I recommend that you go to Almaty. My daughter and I love new places and we always go to the water park in a new city

Super water park! I came two days in a row with my daughter, everything was so well thought out. Purity. Good variety of slides for all ages. There are a lot of rescuers. Adequate prices in cafes, there is a self-service cafe restaurant, where there are even soups. And the scenery is a separate topic for praise, in two styles:Miami and Hawaii. We will definitely come back to Almaty and visit the aquarark!

Good evening, I'm writing while my impressions are still fresh. We went to the famous HAWAII water park. THE IMPRESSIONS COULDN'T BE WORSE. Firstly, the staff is very unfriendly and ill-mannered, that you can't tell them they don't care about everything, like we are a private company, we know what to do ourselves and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan like they don't decree. Secondly, it is very dirty, where someone vomited, where someone spilled something, etc. During the current day, those who pay for the entrance could have cleaned more often. Thirdly, beer is poured on the territory, where children sit and drink alcohol. And to this remark, the administration also replied that they didn't care, this was a private territory, and we were doing what we wanted. In general, I do not recommend this water park to anyone who respects himself.

After the enthusiastic reviews of the locals, we decided to visit this institution.
There are only 3 slides, 2 of which are just dark, and one slide is "second". The rest are paddling pools for children.
We took full all-inclusive tickets (slides, food, spa area with saunas). For some reason, we stood at the checkout for about 20 minutes, because the staff could not punch the food and did not let us leave the checkout due to the fact that they were afraid to forget what we took ... (I remind you, everything is paid for). I offered to take pictures of our food and punch it when it's convenient for them, they said you can't do that, wait))) The food is filthy and looks bad. The baths are good, the massage therapists are great! There is a warm pool outside and something like a sauna, in fact just a warm room in which the staff's sneakers dry). When you take the full tickets, you will be given a bracelet from the closet, a bracelet for passage between different parts of the park and a separate bracelet for passage to the spa area, why can't you use one?) Usually bracelets work for payment inside the establishment, and at the exit you pay for what you spent. Be prepared for the fact that everything is the opposite here. For some reason, you need to carry money with you to replenish the bracelet inside the water park and if there is not enough, then run to replenish it again. To summarize: there are no slides, but those that are uninteresting. The staff is incompetent, the organization is illogical.

The water park is cool, spacious, a large range of pools. The outer one is internal, deep and not very deep. Everything is provided. There are a lot of staff, all issues can be solved instantly without any problems. 6-7 steam rooms on different subjects. Every time I buy a range of services, the packages are different. It's so profitable and all inclusive. I especially want to thank Meruert, the administrator of the SPA zone. Always meets, explains everything individually thoroughly. Polite.

The parents are retired, swam and rejoiced like children, warmed up and steamed.

The eldest daughter sniffed and sniffled before going to the water park, as soon as she visited the salt mine several times. Immediately, everything went away.
And my friends and I ordered drinks from the bar right from the comfort of the pool.

In the kitchen, we ordered 2 portions of a "family lunch" very tasty and satisfying.
Than to go somewhere for half a day, then stand in traffic for a couple of hours on the highway.
Everything is fast and calm and clean here.
