A very cool place to relax with the whole family. It is very expensive to rent flip-flops and armbands for 4 people. renting flip-flops 8 thousand cost twice as much to buy somewhere and throw it away because it is superfluous to come to our airport.

A very good water park! Although there are a lot of people, but there is enough space for everyone, there is no feeling that they are swimming on each other. There are many different slides, which the children really liked.

There was 1 large slide, the queue for it was about 30 minutes. There is a press throughout the park. Prices in the horse bar. The hammam was about nothing, the room stank. You can freeze in Finnish. What I observed: 1. Restaurants have been added, the prices are quite affordable. 2. There is a problem with payment, for some reason, you can only transfer money to an electronic bracelet in cash, it is very inconvenient. 3. At the bar where you can order directly from the water, the menu does not correspond to the availability in the bar, for example: there is no tea, and there are no freshly squeezed juices. 4. The keys in the locker rooms are not electronic. 5. The baths are good 6. The pools are good 7. There was not enough comfort, and a bit of a modern approach. 8. The food is delicious, but it was heated up (it is clear that the kitchen is far away)

Mothers and boys are walking in the women's locker room, which is normal not to change clothes, adults are sitting in the children's pools, and not in a swimsuit, but just in clothes (shorts, T-shirt). Probably, it will do for once. But the children liked it.

I didn't like it at all. Firstly, there was a huge queue for tickets. There were so many that, to be honest, I didn't want to go there anymore. Secondly, there were 3 large slides, but for some reason adults cannot ride them, although the slides are large. Question:then where can adults ride? On a kamikaze slide? Which is constantly lined up for a kilometer. There were no drinks in the bars. We ordered a blue lagoon. No. Pinacolada. Not either. I had to take what I had. The only thing I liked was the wave pool. That's where we really got high. But I don't recommend going there. It's not worth the money. Maybe we were so unlucky. But we're not going back there anymore.

It is better to come to the opening in the morning, after 2-3 hours people are recruited, it becomes a little uncomfortable. There are enough sun beds, we didn't buy food, it doesn't look like much. Everything is fine in principle, but one episode when I stopped inside the slide because of the curve of the bun and the park employee, not making sure that I left the slide, launched the next visitor. If I had held it for a couple of seconds, we would have collided. In short, they don't really look. Look after the children yourself, you should not rely on employees. Otherwise, it's fine.

Saunas and hamams are obviously greedy for electricity. The heating elements didn't work at all. Because of this, the temperature is low. And this despite the fact that they were holding some kind of prank there that day, of course there were a lot of people and the doors to the sauna and hammam often open. It is curious that they removed the previously existing signs from the sauna doors indicating what the temperature is there - obviously so as not to form expectations among people, which, as it turns out, they are not going to justify.

A good , huge water park , worth the money , many different pools , both warm and icy , with waves , deep , children's , you won't get bored there, what you liked is money, cash can be thrown on a key bracelet and through it you can pay inside for food and drinks , it is very convenient not to carry a phone or the wallet . There are 5 types of steam rooms , and there are 3 huge outdoor pools with lots of sun beds . The prices in the cafe are reasonable. The children and us adults liked everything. If you buy tickets through their website, there are promotions and discounts, but as I understand it, they don 't talk about it at the ticket office , I go specifically so that people buy tickets through the ticket office , but through the website it is cheaper and different promotions are valid. For full - time students , 3000 tenge . There is a swimsuit store nearby, the prices are normal,8000-10000 tenge are worth, they also sell balloons, everything is in this store. Inside there are only vests for children for free, and there are no balans.
