We bought tickets to the aquapark + SPA, went there on 07/15/2023. When buying, no one said that only one of the 3 slides works! If you're selling tickets to a water park, there should be slides! And if it's just a pool, then advertise as a pool and sell tickets as a pool! Continue: there is no water park as such, there are several decent pools and an excellent SPA. If it wasn't for the SPA, I would have demanded a refund for cheating. In general, the trip to Hawaii was spoiled by the lack of slides, but it was saved a little by the baths of which there are as many as 8 pieces and, strangely enough, everything works.

It's free for children under 3 and it's good, a large water park, but there are few slides for adults, more for kids, a spa with baths and outdoor pools are also cool, there is a warm outdoor pool, it's good to swim with children there. The main disadvantage is that it is divided into Hawaii and Miami, and there were difficulties: at first my friends and I stood at different ticket offices, we had to meet and then go to one checkout and then when we went to eat, we found out for 40 minutes that we do not eat in Hawaii and we need to go to Miami and so we sat and waited for the waiter, and no one I didn't explain that we were sitting in vain

A super place to relax!!!!! The kitchen is gorgeous outside. There are many pools and slides for every taste inside and outside. The pools range from cool to very warm. Sauna, shower, Relaxing with children is simply gorgeous. We went with the whole family several times. We'll go again at the first opportunity. I recommend. Go, you won't regret it.

Cool water park! Well done. A wide range of entertainment; slides, sauna, swimming pools.
Their disadvantages are quite expensive and not always good food, slow work of the staff and the number of people. The best way to relax is to go directly to the SPA area. Six or seven saunas in one place. Fewer people, a comfortable stay. In winter, however, the water in the pool is too warm.

We were in June, I didn't like it.
There are pools with very cold water outside, there are no normal chaise lounges at all, some strange country chairs instead of them, on which you will not lie down completely to sunbathe.
There were only 2 slides for adults, the queue was more than 30 minutes, the stairs to the slides were just terrible and slippery.
The dishes that are used for drinks are all scratched, dirty and stained, it's scary to drink from them.
Why are boys over the age of 9-10 allowed into the women's locker room? By the way, the showers stink and look so-so.
I was surprised that there are no disposable slippers, they rent reusable ones, which it is unclear how many people have already worn.
This water park looks like it's from 2010
On the plus side, friendly staff, wave pool, spa area is generally acceptable.

The pool is just great. The rides are very cool - the child was delighted and did not want to leave and get out of the water. Comfortable air and water temperature. Expensive and dirty. The cuisine is disgusting, the prices for the dishes are high, so at least for such prices a normal cook would be hired. Cleaners wash the floors in the spa center and all this water flows back into the pools. Went with the family in August to celebrate the birthday of the child, spent more than 100 thousand for 2 adults and 3 children. The unpleasant residue remained. For such money, you still expect a better service.
The law came out that entertainment cents have no right to restrict the passage with their own food, there is no such thing in the center, two men are standing at the entrance and checking bags so that there is no food with them.

A wonderful water park! There are many different types of pools, slides and baths. The food is sometimes delicious and appetizing, and sometimes you can get hard slices of cheese with a sprinkle of bread crumbs, instead of adequate cheese sticks. Amazing drinks and nice staff, but it takes a long time to wait because of the large number of people. The pools are clean, you can take one-year-old children with you, if only with special diapers.

Everything is beautiful, but it's not clear why there are a lot of bracelets on your hand. 1.entrance, 2.spa, 3.locker. It's very inconvenient.
In the toilet and in the shower, there is hair on the floor already at 10.30 am (opening at 10.00 am)...It's unpleasant.
As it is, everything is comfortable, and there are many places where you can quickly order food, which is good.

I love spending time in this place. I have been walking for many years, I see that there are improvements - the water has become warmer, there is always soap in the shower, cheesecakes for roller coasters are being updated. In general, there is development, everything is always maintained in order, repairs were made in the old sauna area, it became cleaner, brighter, prettier. Thank you!

We came as a family to Nauryz. This is the second time in this water park. I was surprised by the very small selection of drinks and the high prices for them. You can bring 1 liter of plain water per person with you, the bags are checked. There is a bar and a cafe where you can eat. There is no pump inside to pump up the circles, for some reason it is only in summer. On the day of the visit, the wave in the wave pool did not work.

I didn't like the water park. It's a shame to realize that this is the only indoor water park in Almaty, and Almaty is the second largest city in the country. It is very cold in the water park, the saunas are not warmed up, it is not realistic to keep warm there, the door does not close in one of the saunas, there is a huge gap between the floor and the door, from there it is clear why it is cold. There is a decorative wooden fence there, so there are nails sticking straight out, and next to it is a swimming pool 😵💫
The biggest disadvantage is the lack of family locker rooms!!what about families with 2 or more same-sex and small children, for example. It's not real!!! Here's a review from all this. I don't want to go anymore!
