A great place to relax. Warm pools, wave pool- which is open every hour. I recommend visiting this complex in winter, and swimming in the outdoor heated pool outside. The cuisine is not very good and the prices are overseas. The portions are small. You can't take Food with you.

A great place to spend your vacation. A family place definitely.
The staff is friendly from time to time, especially the bartenders, waiters. The staff with whistles in their mouths are just trash. My recommendation to the institution is to teach them how to communicate with people, it is very important for them.
People come to relax and not to argue with them. Beer, as always, is at the most terrible level, just disgusting, I do not recommend it at all.
The price is above 1000tg per mug. The quality is disgusting, lingering, not fresh. Guys, take care of your health, appreciate your family and know how to relax. Have a great mood!

I don't know why the park has such a low rating. It is quite clean, safe, with rare exceptions, everything works. The food is quite edible, if you are looking for haute cuisine - you have the wrong address. My little one is delighted, but I don't care about the rest :)

If it used to be comfortable and even somehow resembled Turkey, then this year it's terrible. The level of service, food, prices, and conditions fell to "no". Where have the beautiful new deck chairs gone? Everything around is old and small. Where have the friendly and nimble waiters gone? Now we have to run after them, persuade them to accept the order. Where has the varied, delicious and inexpensive cuisine gone? Now there is little choice, tasteless and terribly EXPENSIVE. Prices have been raised for everything, but the quality of everything has fallen three or four times. Previously, as in Turkey, you could order everything without getting up from a chaise longue and they would bring you anywhere. And now to order, you have to run and persuade, because the waiters refuse, they say, not their service area or something else. The bartender is rude, boorish, as if I came to his house and demanded his personal supplies. In general, you lost at least 12 clients, because we used to go to three families. And now neither we nor our friends will go.

We bought tickets to the aquapark + SPA, went there on 07/15/2023. When buying, no one said that only one of the 3 slides works! If you're selling tickets to a water park, there should be slides! And if it's just a pool, then advertise as a pool and sell tickets as a pool! Continue: there is no water park as such, there are several decent pools and an excellent SPA. If it wasn't for the SPA, I would have demanded a refund for cheating. In general, the trip to Hawaii was spoiled by the lack of slides, but it was saved a little by the baths of which there are as many as 8 pieces and, strangely enough, everything works.

The cold room does not close, so it is not cold)) In a self-service cafe, the food is disgusting, overexposed, and there is a long wait to order. I liked the fact that we chose a good time - there were few people and adults did not have to queue for the slides. I liked the aquabar. I was impressed by the wave pool. But while at the water park, do not forget to keep track of time so as not to miss the waves, they turn on once an hour for 8-10 minutes. I liked the outdoor pools - the air temperature was +7-10°With about, and the water was warm, which created a pleasant contrast.
It was the first time, but we don't want to go there anymore.

We were in June, I didn't like it.
There are pools with very cold water outside, there are no normal chaise lounges at all, some strange country chairs instead of them, on which you will not lie down completely to sunbathe.
There were only 2 slides for adults, the queue was more than 30 minutes, the stairs to the slides were just terrible and slippery.
The dishes that are used for drinks are all scratched, dirty and stained, it's scary to drink from them.
Why are boys over the age of 9-10 allowed into the women's locker room? By the way, the showers stink and look so-so.
I was surprised that there are no disposable slippers, they rent reusable ones, which it is unclear how many people have already worn.
This water park looks like it's from 2010
On the plus side, friendly staff, wave pool, spa area is generally acceptable.

A super place to relax!!!!! The kitchen is gorgeous outside. There are many pools and slides for every taste inside and outside. The pools range from cool to very warm. Cleaners wash the floors in the spa center and all this water flows back into the pools. Went with the family in August to celebrate the birthday of the child, spent more than 100 thousand for 2 adults and 3 children. The unpleasant residue remained. For such money, you still expect a better service.
The law came out that entertainment cents have no right to restrict the passage with their own food, there is no such thing in the center, two men are standing at the entrance and checking bags so that there is no food with them.
