The steam rooms are kind. The food is disgusting.Yu, eat anywhere, but not inside. Key bracelets make you nervous, they don't work. Streaming facility, uncomfortable locker rooms, walk-throughs. The ticket offices are long, although I took tickets online so as not to hang around at the entrance. The service sucks, but there is no alternative, that's why they live.

The kitchen is a separate topic. Get ready to wait for the order for 40-50 minutes, cold dishes will be brought and that's not all, you will wait another 20-30 minutes for the rest to be brought. In total, almost an hour and a half of waiting, but imagine if you have 4 hungry children. And everything is very messy, the queue to place an order, then you go every 15 minutes to check and remind yourself. Although the waiters pretend that they are trying.
The third is queues at the cash registers, a crowd of ill-mannered mothers climbing from all sides to get through as soon as possible, slow-working cashiers, but they also seem to be trying
Of the advantages:
Surprisingly clean pools, toilets, and the whole territory, a lot of space and sun loungers, it's just a paradise for children here.

It was very cool and I liked it in general, BUT one extreme pool in the shade was cold. They let us on the slides, then they didn't let us in, then they drove us outside, then they didn't let us into the hall. Maybe I got into such a day? Overall, the experience is excellent, saunas, swimming pools, etc. everything is perfectly simple. I'll give you 5 stars anyway

There are no guides, a coordinator at the entrance, and a mess at the entrance to the queue. Slow cashier service. Cold icy water in the heat of 36 degrees.
