The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. At first, the tea mugs were a little dirty, but they were changed without any problems. The dishes were not expected for long, everything was quite tasty, at a price more or less average. However, they were sitting at a not very comfortable table: low, the seats are on the same level. It's your own fault, you chose them. The interior is interesting, they let you in with animals.

I stopped by for dinner. Because of some event, there was a full room, so I had to take a seat on the sofa with a low table.
I ordered Scandinavian cream soup, pancakes with chanterelles, herbal tea.
I waited for the dishes for about 40 minutes.
The soup was brought first. It turned out to be in the form of mashed potatoes. There are a couple pieces of salmon inside. Delicious. Next, 4 rather large crispy pancakes were served with a good portion of chanterelles in sour cream (already mixed in the photo, initially everything lay separately). The combination is good, I liked it.
The service is not very attentive. No napkins were brought.
The total check turned out to be 42 BYN.

A nice, cozy, modern, beautiful hotel in a quiet place in Brest near Gogol Street with famous lanterns, Sovetskaya pedestrian street. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is very tasty.

A wonderful hotel! Good location, attentive and polite staff. The room is clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. Slippers and toothbrushes are provided on request, the rest is in the room. The bar is filled with drinks, and there are even condoms😃 (with care for the guests). Karaoke is also available at the hotel, there is a fitness room.

We have been visiting the Hermitage restaurant for a long time. There have never been any complaints. The kitchen is fan fiction! And now all this excitement has evaporated. 19.07 we went to eat. The girl served, unfortunately, did not read her name on the badge. We ordered soup, salad and two hot ones. And what do you think we were served in the first place? Soup and pork ribs!! To my question, where is the salad?, the girl said that she would be later. As a result, my husband was eating soup, the ribs he ordered were cooling next to him, and I looked at him with hungry eyes. After about 20 minutes, they brought me a salad and immediately hotter. The feeling of a canteen!
I put 4 only in the hope that it was an accident. But such a staff spoils everything!

The hotel is wonderful, but if you position yourself as the best hotel in the city, then you need to consider several important points:
1. The smell of cooking in the kitchen spreads throughout the first floor - it is not pleasant and should not be.
2. If you are planning a wedding, then a room for a family with young children should be provided not on the 2nd floor (as in our case, room 208 is directly above the terrace), but at least one floor above. It doesn't matter to adults if the music rumbles until 23, but for families with young children it is critical. And it is a pity that the hotel could not offer ANYTHING to solve this problem.
3. A clamshell for an additional the place could be more comfortable - my back hurts for the second day in a row.

This time the restaurant disappointed. Not so much by cooking, although there are drawbacks here, as by service. The waiter has a bad idea of the composition of the dish: the girl was not aware of the presence of potatoes in the dish "Pork ribs in wine sauce with baked potatoes". It is precisely this potato that represents the very minus of the "kitchen": the date of its preparation is 40 hours different from the moment of submission. There are no complaints about the ribs and wine sauce themselves - it's delicious! Returning to the service: ignorance is not the biggest drawback of the service. The order of serving the dishes was determined by the waitress herself, perhaps not without the participation of the kitchen: they made the "decision" to bring soup and ribs to me at the same time, and then ("second course") - salad and draniki, which the spouse ordered. We did not appreciate this originality.
