The hotel is wonderful, but if you position yourself as the best hotel in the city, then you need to consider several important points:
1. The smell of cooking in the kitchen spreads throughout the first floor - it is not pleasant and should not be.
2. If you are planning a wedding, then a room for a family with young children should be provided not on the 2nd floor (as in our case, room 208 is directly above the terrace), but at least one floor above. It doesn't matter to adults if the music rumbles until 23, but for families with young children it is critical. And it is a pity that the hotel could not offer ANYTHING to solve this problem.
3. A clamshell for an additional the place could be more comfortable - my back hurts for the second day in a row.

At first I was alerted by the interior design, but the kitchen is beyond praise! Veal cheeks are super tender, I've never liked draniki in my life, but here they just sunk into my soul, a divine salad with beef—a sea of meat, an amazing soup. Sauces in dishes are generally a separate topic—a masterpiece!)) desserts are also very tasty. pleasant and polite staff, not annoying. The waiters are well aware of the menu and the composition of dishes, they know how to recommend. The prices are reasonable. Draniki, two porcini mushroom soups, beef salad, veal cheeks, chicken medallions and two desserts with tea cost 180 rubles, when in Moscow such a kitchen would cost us 2 times more at least!

This time the restaurant disappointed. Not so much by cooking, although there are drawbacks here, as by service. The waiter has a bad idea of the composition of the dish: the girl was not aware of the presence of potatoes in the dish "Pork ribs in wine sauce with baked potatoes". It is precisely this potato that represents the very minus of the "kitchen": the date of its preparation is 40 hours different from the moment of submission. There are no complaints about the ribs and wine sauce themselves - it's delicious! Returning to the service: ignorance is not the biggest drawback of the service. The order of serving the dishes was determined by the waitress herself, perhaps not without the participation of the kitchen: they made the "decision" to bring soup and ribs to me at the same time, and then ("second course") - salad and draniki, which the spouse ordered. We did not appreciate this originality.

Great hotel! It corresponds to its stars. Nice rooms, quiet place. The historical center is a 5-8-minute walk away. A good restaurant. We preferred to have lunch here. The waiters are young. Of course, there is not enough experience, but it does not spoil the impression. The buttons in the room safe didn't work well. This is all a little negative.

We stayed before the May holidays at the Hermitage Hotel, the best in Brest, and of course visited their hotel restaurant several times. I would like to note the impeccable work of the waiters and bartenders, a good selection of dishes and drinks, and most importantly, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of both the restaurant and the bar.
