On the website, the restaurant's mobile phone number is indicated in large numbers on the main page. I called this number and couldn't get through. At the same time, no one even called back)) I came to the restaurant, wrote a complaint so that at this point they would pay attention and answer the phone number listed on the website. The answer came, surprising in its originality (photo attached). The essence is that the violations described in the complaint were not revealed)) That is, there are no missed calls on the mobile. Dear (as it says in the letter) client, you dreamed everything. Nevertheless, they write that they had a conversation with the staff so that in the future what I described in the complaint would not happen again... So you didn't reveal anything about what you talked to the staff about? I would like to believe that the answer was not written by the director of the restaurant, as indicated in the signature of the letter, but by some not too distant (no offense, everything from the text of the letter is obvious) and not a highly paid employee. I will write in response to the letter - you are the fools, not me (as it says in your letter). I didn't dream anything. I will be happy to talk to the owner, and please do not bother me with hired employees ever again.
