As disgusting as the hotel is in its piggish attitude to the guests, so amazingly wonderful is the restaurant.
I liked everything we ordered, halibut, salmon salad, blackberry tart. Very tasty rose, excellent service.
I highly recommend going in for dinner or lunch!

The menu is excellent, ranging from cold snacks to drinks, the staff is polite, prompt, the food is served fresh, the products themselves taste great. Breakfasts for hotel guests are super, delicious porridges, fresh cottage cheese, pancakes, coffee and so on, in general, everyone will find dishes to their taste.
Food can also be ordered in the room. There is a closed room where you can gather a company with the possibility of turning on music so that it does not interfere with other visitors to the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is also beyond praise, I really liked the way the light was thought out. I came to Brest for a couple of days just to stay in this hotel and drink glinfidica in this restaurant, this place has its own attractive atmosphere.

We, the guests of Brest, were looking for a place to celebrate the New Year, and we were happy that our choice fell on the Hermitage (by the way, we are from St. Petersburg). It was absolutely great: delicious, fun, positive. The New Year's program and menu were at the highest level! Special thanks to the organizers for the leisure time for children during the holiday. They also had a lot of fun, because for 4 hours they were entertained by positive animators, and even Santa Claus came with a Snow Maiden and gifts. The children said that they had a lot of fun and delicious. A separate banquet was organized for them, with all the food and goodies that all children love! Very attentive administration, bartender, waiters. My husband said yesterday that it was the best New Year in all our time in marriage. In general, this wonderful place and the people who work in it caused us a lot of positive emotions and gratitude! Thank you and Happy New Year - we will take all these impressions with us, and who knows, maybe we will come back to you again
