One and most likely the best hotel in Brest. Cosy. Autumn is clean. Despite the carpeting throughout the hotel, there are no smells at all. The hotel staff is polite and discreet. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The products are all fresh.

We had a great time. Elegant kitchen, cozy atmosphere. I liked the music and the gorgeous singer the most. He sang just divinely!!!!! Really a real talent. I wish that everything goes well with his career. I also want to note the good attitude of the entire restaurant staff towards the guests. Thank you guys very much.

We only had breakfast there. But!!! Even compared to Minsk (some kind of cool hotel in the center). I don't really remember the names because of the frequency of change of these hotels. It's just decent! Not Turkey, of course, but very, very good.

Very tasty. Quick, friendly. A large selection. An unusual Greek salad, very rich and flavorful. The fish soups are amazing. Cream puree. They are very satisfying and full-bodied.

Unfortunately or fortunately, in Belarus it was one of two rest in 3 days and 5 trips to restaurants where it was not just delicious, but divinely delicious! It's true-it rarely happens to me- but I didn't want to leave, I wanted to try something and something else....

We had dinner at the restaurant and there are some minor quibbles. The salad with shrimp and oranges was surprised by the presence of seeds in a finely chopped orange, there were 4 of them, I think they should have been removed when slicing. Nigroni cocktail for four. In general, I will say that if you are too lazy to leave the hotel, then it is quite possible to eat. And if you want to have a great dinner, then it's better to go somewhere else.

The hotel is not 4 stars, maximum 3. The room is dusty, especially at the bedside tables. Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth its price. We expected more. Parking is paid (35 BEL RUB per day) or on the street where you can find it. They forgot to put their slippers in the room, they said "it happens" at the check-out.

At first I was alerted by the interior design, but the kitchen is beyond praise! Veal cheeks are super tender, I've never liked draniki in my life, but here they just sunk into my soul, a divine salad with beef—a sea of meat, an amazing soup. Sauces in dishes are generally a separate topic—a masterpiece!)) desserts are also very tasty. pleasant and polite staff, not annoying. The waiters are well aware of the menu and the composition of dishes, they know how to recommend. The prices are reasonable. Draniki, two porcini mushroom soups, beef salad, veal cheeks, chicken medallions and two desserts with tea cost 180 rubles, when in Moscow such a kitchen would cost us 2 times more at least!

The kitchen is really exquisite, surprisingly, but on Sunday evening the load was very small.
The menu is not very diverse as in chain restaurants, but the dishes are selected perfectly.
I liked salads and appetizer most of all - bruschetta with red fish and orange. It's something I've never tried before.
The special charm of the restaurant is the waitresses, they were friendly and smiling.
I recommend you to visit.

We lived in this hotel, but went around the whole of Brest trying dishes of national cuisine and not only. Draniki is generally a separate story, we compared everywhere and just before leaving we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant absolutely corresponds to 5 stars. Draniki for our taste are simply the best in Brest, sour cream is as it should be, so that the spoon stands, there is a consistency and texture, and not pancakes, they taste great.
In the photo, roast beef medium with mustard-pepper sauce and pancakes, I liked it!
The staff is friendly, the service is also excellent.
