The hotel is located almost in the central part, a good location, the neighborhood with the casino is a smoky lobby, the rooms are tired, towels and bed linen are clean, the mattress is comfortable. One ironing board per multi-storey hotel is a big minus, in the morning it was the turn to iron things. The lack of a refrigerator in the room is also a minus. A big plus for the location and there are points worth working on.

The hotel is terrible. Its only advantage is its location. I didn't expect that there would be super conditions here. But upon entering the room, it is immediately clear that it is high time for him to repair. The carpet is dirty. It's scary to stand on it with your feet, the remote control does not work from the TV, all the lamps are blinking. But the icing on the cake was the refrigerator!!!! I didn't open it right away. But in the evening I decided to put yogurt there. I was just blown away by the wave of stench that came out of there. It seems that someone died there and lay for a month in a switched-off device.I immediately closed the refrigerator. And then I ventilated the room for an hour from this stench. I didn't go to the reception so late. Conclusion. I'm not coming here anymore. For this price, you can find a good hotel room a little further from the center. And I wish the hotel staff to take a slightly more responsible approach to their duties and respect their guests. This review was provoked only by the refrigerator. I would have turned a blind eye to anything else.

The standard single room is normal, there is a shower cabin, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, in addition to the bed, there is a sofa and a table in the room. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Shampoo and soap are provided daily from hygiene products. The higher the floor, the more beautiful the view from the window, if it faces the memorial. The breakfasts are normal and good without frills. You can also have lunch in the restaurant, there is a beauty salon and a casino. There is a large shopping center nearby. The price-quality ratio is very good. Not five stars, but a very decent hotel for your money. The location is good, Parking is available and costs only 6 Belarusian rubles. The breakfast is hearty and buffet style. The room is well designed, it seems small and there is enough space for the eyes - there is also air conditioning. What I didn't like - the Soviet style is still felt: both doors from that era and clanking locks. And in the restaurant I expected to see normal coffee from a coffee machine and not a coffee drink from Soviet times.

Greetings from the Soviet past. The renovation of the hotel has most likely not been done since those times. There is no ruin, but the interiors and doors, as well as furniture from the Soviet past in places. Really clean and tidy. There may be difficulties with disposable shampoos. Soap is used instead of gel. There are air conditioners, but they can work with oddities: they seem to cool, but the sounds are as if water is boiling inside. Mattresses are not of the best quality, tired. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi by specifying the phone number - the code never came. There is a kind of refrigerator, but it is not cold inside. I did not understand the meaning of this product. The breakfast is quite acceptable, without frills, but it is a buffet.
The location is convenient, but the proximity to a busy road affects. You can hear the street even with the windows closed. Not much, but still.
In general, the option is acceptable for one or two nights for undemanding tourists

The bathtub is small, sometimes there is a smell of sewage, the holder is tual. the paper is broken, the rest of the bathroom is old, but almost everything works fine. The choice of food for breakfast is large, buffet style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Judging by past reviews, some rooms do not have a refrigerator, there is only a large one on the floors: there are refrigerators on the floors, but, as it turned out, there was also a small one in our room -terribly noisy. They could not understand what was buzzing so much, on the second day they guessed to look into the closet under the table and found the source of the noise.

It's too bad that there is no refrigerator in the standard rooms, the TV does not work well, there are only a few channels. There was little choice for breakfast (buffet) in the restaurant, there was no side dish, except porridge, meat and cutlets, too, and sliced sausage and cheese were served, which people in the restaurant did not finish in the evening, then in the morning we had on the table. On September 1, rolls were served, probably chicken, with a musty smell, it was impossible to eat.

The location is excellent, the airport is 30-45 minutes away (if in Russian currency, then from 1500 rubles for comfort +) and the proximity of the old town, or rather its remainder. There is not enough person at the reception, if there is a check-in of more than 3 people, then there will be a traffic jam. The employees (not all of them, just let's wear glasses) are very tired and have not heard the word service, because of this there is a spoonful of negativity. Breakfasts are tolerable, no plus or minus, if possible in another place. In general, if your need is to spend the night in the room, then I think it will be fine.

I haven't been to this hotel for 7 years. A very strange way to connect to wi-fi (at the reception they give out a piece of paper with a password, like 5 years ago). There are good towels in the room, soap, shampoo (the shower cap is gone). The linen is snow-white, of good quality, the pillows are not bad. Breakfast is very sad, the choice of hot dishes wants to leave the best (I haven't seen such a poor choice for a long time, it seems like there are a lot of things, but they don't fit well for breakfast). 2 coffee machines are broken. The most trash is elevators. It is even easier to leave from the last floor, but both I (8th floor) and colleagues (9th and 13th floor) went down on foot 2 times. The elevator rolls up and down according to one rule he knows. Maybe by the stars, maybe by the moon - we didn't figure it out.

Nice hotel, not very far from the metro, but there are disadvantages. The first is the strong smell of smoking in the lobby of the hotel, as well as in the elevators, although smoking is prohibited. The organizers tried to "drown out" the smell with a freshener, but it got even worse - there were 2 unpleasant odors. That's why I'm lowering the score.
The room is clean, quiet, there are water cups, but there is no water bottle, no kettle either. The minimum number of towels is 3 per person.
Breakfast costs 25 bel. rub. and honestly, it's not worth the money. Although it is called a buffet, but the choice is very poor (Soviet food: porridge, sausages, eggs, apples, tea, muffin, some cheap cheese and sausage), the food runs out quickly, it is not replenished immediately. It is better to go to a cafe near the hotel, it is cheaper and there is more choice.
If you take the high floor, you will have a beautiful view of the upper town and the Trinity suburb. From Nemiga metro station 10 minutes at a leisurely pace

Stayed for 2 nights, standard room. They settled on the 12th floor. Everywhere really smells of cigarettes, on the floor, in the room. Although I smoke myself, it was unpleasant. When asked at the reception where you can smoke here, they answered -on the street, while there is no ashtray near the entrance, I had to go to the bus stop so as not to litter. The room is very small, the furniture is old, you can't turn around together. The door to the toilet does not close from the inside, because the hatch from the lock is cut out, there is a hole there, why is not clear... The toilet is flush against the wall, which causes some inconvenience... You can't turn around in the shower stall! For 3 days, the cleaning was 1 time, while changing 1 towel out of all, put soap and that's it! The cleaner didn't go further than the corridor of the room, the garbage wasn't even taken away. They didn't take breakfast. I consider the price for such a level of services to be very overpriced!!!

A good hotel is almost next to the center of Minsk. We stayed with a child 9 months old, there are some nuances, there was no high chair in the hotel, or rather it was, but we were told that it was broken. Otherwise, everything is fine, the rooms were cleaned every day, food was left on request and it was possible to warm it up. The breakfast buffet is quite varied: there are vegetables, sandwiches, salads, omelets, pancakes, fried eggs. The staff is very helpful. They're doing great for a three-star hotel.

I didn't like the hotel. They don't know what a service is here. The maids enter the room as if they were at home - without knocking. There is no water in the cooler on the floors. We took a room with breakfast, we didn't get to one breakfast because of early departure. At the reception, they offered to collect rations for the trip instead of breakfast. As a result, neither the ration was collected, nor they could feed half an hour earlier, nor the money was returned.

I took off one star for the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hall. We stood at the reception desk for a long time waiting in line and sniffed this smoke from smokers at the entrance doors. 😖
The second one was for booking a room for 4 people with 4 beds, in fact there were 3 beds in the room. The employee explained this by saying that the rooms with 4 beds were already occupied, there were not enough of them. We solved the issue with an additional cot, but the sediment remained.
The staff is polite, the breakfast menu for 2 days was different.

The hotel is wonderful, I really liked it. We booked easily and checked in quickly. I was also pleased with the price. We decided to walk from the railway station, which took about 30 minutes. We booked a two-room suite, the room itself is clean and beautiful, air conditioners, a small refrigerator and a kettle worked properly, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are all snow-white. There is a TV, although there are few channels. There is no iron in the room, but there is a special room with an iron and ironing board where you can iron clothes, there were no queues there, maximum 1-2 people. The staff is polite and friendly. I won't say about the breakfasts, because we chose a tariff without them. In general, I liked everything and the view from the window is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, thank you for a comfortable stay in beautiful Minsk!
