Excellent location, center, near metro, shopping centers, historic district. The rooms are cleaned daily, there were no complaints, but we almost never visited the room. I didn't like the breakfasts, so after two days we switched to breakfast at the Prospekt cafe located in the neighboring building. Parking is paid, closed at the hotel. The audibility is high between the rooms, there is not enough minimum refrigerator in the room and a safe. If necessary, they will offer to put food or valuables at the reception. Drinking water in a cooler in the lobby on the floor.

The rooms are clean and tidy. But the room rates are definitely not correct. For this price, the rooms should be much better. Sometimes you want to stay in this hotel, but remembering the cost of one room, you want to go to another hotel.
There are many things that are not in this hotel. Excellent location in the city.

The Yubileynaya Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. The location is great for tourists. To the gathering place, where almost all sightseeing routes begin, it is a 10-minute walk, and 5 minutes to the metro. Cleanliness, comfort, despite the fact that the hotel is not new. A wonderful breakfast and a chic cafe-pastry shop on the 1st floor. There is a bank nearby where you can always make a currency exchange. The staff at the hotel is very caring and helpful! Of the advantages: the location (a good area, everything you need and don't need nearby, a lot of attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops) and the view from the window is pleasant (at least on the 9th floor).
We didn't try breakfast, we stayed clean for a day, it was the cheapest option on the Booking (5 thousand rubles per day, which, in my opinion, is expensive)
One of the main disadvantages: when we entered the hotel for the first time, dear Oleg at the reception just looked at us silently until we greeted him, he was very cold and harsh when talking, even rude. In general, it seems that you are not a guest who has paid money, but just came to spend the night with friends who do not really like you, but are embarrassed to say so… When we left, we handed over the key with the words "we are checking out", to which we were answered "yeah, thank you" without even saying goodbye, the questions of other guests are answered reluctantly, when checking in, I noticed the dissatisfied faces of the evicted... The room is cold in the morning, the blanket did not warm up and I even had to get dressed a little ... the atmosphere is outdated, it feels like in the 2000s with my grandmother in a sanatorium, and not in a hotel in the center of Minsk ... we will not return to this hotel anymore, I advise the owner to change the staff and fix the ATM🙂🙂🙂

The superior room was ordered in January, but upon arrival in July, they tried to settle in the standard at the reception, since something did not add up with the reserved room. But then suddenly they found a junior suite. Unpleasant. They did not warn that the receipt for the payment of the room should be saved so that they could be released from the parking lot later. I had to pay the guard. The breakfasts are very good!

We could afford more comfortable conditions, but we didn't need them because we spent almost all day admiring the beauty of Minsk, and a normal bed (without meters and jambs) was waiting for us in the evening at the hotel, bed linen for 4+! What is good is only the location close to the center and the metro.Everything else is just cons it's cold in the room and the toilet was leaking, everything was in the water.It was impossible to step on it.The old plumbing shower cabin was all creaking and had a narrow passage so that a large person would not pass into it.And this unbearable smell of tobacco was bothering all over the hotel.It's good that they booked with a discount, if without it the price is almost like a hotel in Belarus, of course they cannot be compared.As a result, I do not advise it is better to pay a little extra to a hotel in Belarus.

Very small rooms. We needed a room for 3 people, adults + a 13-year-old child. We were put in a room with 2 single beds and an extra cot. It turned out so tightly that there was no place left to go between the beds at all, as well as to open the locker door) BUT the beds are quite comfortable, the room is clean.

There was a standard room with a double bed. The mattress is good, the pillows are not very good, they seemed a little soft to us, but here it tastes and colors, rather.
Very convenient location, near the shopping center, from the metro station "Nemiga" 5 minutes on foot. The embankment of the Svisloch River, the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War (must visit!), the Trinity suburb - everything is very beautifully illuminated. But keep in mind that the lighting is probably until 23.00; we wanted to walk along the embankment and the suburb with illuminated bridges and houses - alas, everything turned off at eleven.
They did not take breakfast at the hotel, they had breakfast and lunch in cornflowers in the shopping center, including a veranda with a panoramic view.
The hotel itself is somewhat tired, it can be seen, small stains on the carpet, the lamp on the table did not work for us. TV - several channels from the Euronews series and German music, as well as some Belarusian TV series. There's not much to watch)
They settled in quickly, paid the stated amount, did not force anything to pay extra, everything is OK with that. The receptionist was very friendly and told me where the nearest poppy was.😃
Of the obvious disadvantages:
- there was no water cooler on our floor (3), the nearest one was already on the 6th floor! I believe there are only 2-3 of them for the entire hotel. It's not serious.
- plus, there was no lounge area in the lobby on our floor where you can sit, there is one on the floors above. Maybe it's related to the casino, but I'm not sure about that)
- the ironing room is only on the 7th floor - a bit far (not used).
Overall, I recommend the hotel. Yes, for an uncertain four, but not bad. To be honest, we expected a little worse, but it's always nice when expectations are (negative)) they don't justify themselves))

I'm not coming here. My friends persuaded me to stop by this hotel. The location is great, the breakfast is great. I didn't like everything else! Car parking is paid and the price tag is not weak. They took 509 Russian rubles for the night. The air conditioner was not working. He asked me to bring the np batteries. I had to buy it so that I wouldn't turn it on manually from the table. Next time I'd better go to another hotel!

Feather pillows, and even the huge grandmother's pillows that have been packed in our time, are something with something! They also occupied half of the bed so that the legs from this small bed hung down at my height of 187. And the same ancient mattress. Sleeping on this wonderful bed was still a pleasure. In general, not seriously. It's time to update the numbers. By the way, I lived in a single room. I hope that not all rooms are like this. I liked Minsk very much.

The hotel is located almost in the central part, a good location, the neighborhood with the casino is a smoky lobby, the rooms are tired, towels and bed linen are clean, the mattress is comfortable. One ironing board per multi-storey hotel is a big minus, in the morning it was the turn to iron things. The lack of a refrigerator in the room is also a minus. A big plus for the location and there are points worth working on.
