Back to the USSR. Even the radios in the room remind you of this. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There are no slippers or bathrobes. The rooms themselves are clean, as are the bed linen. The cost of rooms with such conditions and services is too high in my opinion! A classic room in the region of $ 40, which is expensive for Belarus, not to mention guests from Turkey, Georgia, for example, where the cost of such hotels will be cheaper. The buffet is simple. The price is above average for such an assortment. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. There is Wi-Fi and parking. Parking is paid, $ 2 per day.

Prices have risen significantly compared to 2022. Refrigerators disappeared in the rooms and there was one on the floor shared with papers to indicate the room number in a grocery bag. The minimum sanitary kit in the room is soap and a bag of shampoo. Towels are not the first freshness. The worst thing is the buffet breakfast. There is not enough food, trays with some kind of product will be taken out and there will be no new ones. They don't clean the tables. There is no fruit, or again we did not get it. And this is from seven to 8 in the morning. Porridge was barely begged, it appeared in minimal quantities only by eight in the morning, and breakfasts from seven. The scrambled eggs were disassembled and in the half hour that we were in the dining room they were not taken out. It turns out that after eight in the morning there is nothing to eat at all…
Yes, we lived for two days, so the room was not cleaned.

I put 4 stars, probably with an advance payment. If you just want to come to sleep and not pay attention to anything, then you can come here. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There was no breakfast at the hotel, only on the day of arrival we had a comprehensive dinner and that was the end of the experiments with food. It's a pity I didn't bring my phone with me - these are masterpieces!
I will note that the bed linen is clean, towels were changed, the room was vacuumed upon request, and if you leave a tip, you will definitely get small "buns" (an extra bag of shampoo, a "fresh" pillowcase.
Maybe we came across a room where nothing worked, except for some funny device on which you can set the time, an alarm clock ......? There are no instructions on how to turn on the TV, so I had to call the service to turn it on. I guess I had to say some kind of spell.
To solve some household issues, you need to go down to the reception, the telephone is an entourage and without wires. There is no refrigerator in the room, no kettle or cups either, but there is a cooler in the hall where you can get cold and hot water. On our floor, the cooler did not provide hot water, we had to go down below the floor. Yes, you can notice a lot of things and there was something to notice if
you noticed. Don't lose anything in the hotel, don't forget ... there are no ends to be found🙈
We were going to see the capital of Belarus, take a walk around the city, go shopping..... The trip was a success, thanks to everyone involved!

A very tired hotel. The room is clean, but everything is very old, instead of a closet behind the door there are pipes, no shelves, a very small bathroom and an old mattress. Breakfasts - there is practically nothing to eat, the coffee is terrible.

The hotel is wonderful, I really liked it. We booked easily and checked in quickly. I was also pleased with the price. We decided to walk from the railway station, which took about 30 minutes. We booked a two-room suite, the room itself is clean and beautiful, air conditioners, a small refrigerator and a kettle worked properly, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are all snow-white. There is a TV, although there are few channels. There is no iron in the room, but there is a special room with an iron and ironing board where you can iron clothes, there were no queues there, maximum 1-2 people. The staff is polite and friendly. I won't say about the breakfasts, because we chose a tariff without them. In general, I liked everything and the view from the window is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, thank you for a comfortable stay in beautiful Minsk!

The hotel, like many in Belarus, returns a little to the USSR. But it's not too bad. The place is simply gorgeous, all the sights are nearby. Parking is private, in a closed area with security. The truth is paid. I will not appreciate the breakfasts, they did not take them. The room is clean, there was not enough refrigerator.

Guys, it's not even funny.… In two days, almost 9 thousand rubles to pay for it… The room has no refrigerator, it's one big room on the floor, come and take what you want, who will see to it. The cooler on the floor is almost always empty, we took the elevator with faceted glasses from the hotel to other floors to check the coolers. Nonsense. The room is very old, there is no cleaning, there is a lot of dust and dirt on the carpet. (Very dusty room), I came to have an eye operation, the clinic warned me to wear glasses from getting anything in my eyes and such a puncture with the hotel ... The air conditioner did not work. (And we were warned that if someone breaks down on the floor, it doesn't work for everyone, and when they do, it's unknown, we left, it never worked). This is in the heat of 30 degrees outside the window. The bathroom is tiny, the toilet is so close to the wall that you sit sideways, your leg does not fit, and these are two miniature women. And if it's a man? As for the food, they explained to me that you can order something in the room, but first go to the restaurant, look at the menu and pay in advance. Well, yes, after the operation it's very cool for me to walk, watch, pay. The service is 5+. It's just, guys… Now I'm going to Moscow, to a hotel I've already been to, the city is many times larger than Minsk, the price of a room there in a hotel is 1000 rubles lower for the same period. And in fact - heaven and earth and not far from the Belorussky railway station. Well, have a conscience, either reduce the prices, or you need to do the reconstruction of all rooms. I was ashamed in front of the person I came with. I didn't think it would be that bad. It's like in the USSR in a small town, not the capital. And the air conditioner is so old that it does not need to be repaired, but replaced. I write reviews extremely rarely in my life, but here it's just darkness.

A Soviet-style hotel . The beds are single, extremely uncomfortable , the bed linen is clean , There was no refrigerator in the room , although there is a place for it in the bedside table . We stayed at this hotel twice - 2 nights at the beginning of the excursion trip and 1 night at the end of the tourist route. The first time we lived on the 7th floor , and the second time on the 3rd floor . When staying on the 3rd floor, be prepared that your windows will overlook the roof with numerous refrigeration units. The breakfast is a buffet , it seems to be varied , but everything is not delicious.Well , a professional chef cannot cook such "rubber " pancakes and dry pancakes .
Accommodation in this hotel was chosen by the company that organized the sightseeing tour , we would not have chosen such a hotel on our own for sure. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, close to the center.

A huge plus is the location! It's relatively clean, everything works, and the breakfasts are delicious. It is not clear why the second half of the closet with shelves was boarded up, only hangers, it was not convenient for me. Hot water(cooler) there was no one on our floor, I went to the floor above, also a minus, you can't run with boiling water. AND THE SMELL! There is a strong smell of tobacco in the hall and stairs. He was not in the room, on the floor, so we quickly covered this distance

Of the cons: I wanted to have a complete minimum set of accessories. I had one unfortunate piece of soap. The minimum set also includes gel, shampoo and balm. For an interesting reason, hotels consider it unnecessary to provide all this when the room is for one! It's not the first time I've noticed. I had to buy all this for one night's stay... this is despite the fact that the price is not so low and this is not a hostel.
Second: there is a terrible smell of a smoking room at the entrance to the hotel!!! Very "presentable"! You need to hold your breath.

When traveling to Minsk, I almost always stay here. Very convenient location, Troitsky and Nemiga are about 10 minutes on foot. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a park with an embankment. The rooms are somewhat shabby, but still cozy and respectable. Delicious breakfasts. Minus a star for the arrogance of some employees.

I really liked the Yubileyny Hotel: beautiful interior, excellent location for tourists, stunning view from the window (lived on 10m overlooking the park), everything is clean and odorless, there is air conditioning and a hairdryer, a cooler on the floor with hot and cold water. Availability of hot water during the shutdown season. There is a nice little coffee shop on the ground floor. A few steps from the hotel there is a grocery store and a pharmacy, a little further there is a huge shopping center Gallery. The restaurant streets can be reached on foot.
