Quite a presentable hotel with neat, clean rooms. It is located near the historical center of Minsk, near the Sports Palace, Nemiga metro station and other iconic places for Minsk residents. It's not bad for business travelers, it's quite budget-friendly. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor, a cafe at the entrance. Casino (for amateurs). Pleasant reception. Nice views from the windows. The entrance to the hotel is not equipped. Getting out of the car is 30-40 meters away at a public transport stop!.. Not convenient, but tolerable… Bottom line: with a slight "scoop" touch, a good hotel, European *** (three stars).

We were with my daughter in the middle of July.
There were two rooms (they were booked urgently, there were no other options).At first we lived on the 10th floor (single with extra bed), then on the 7th (double standard)
And there, and there the rooms are decent, everything is functioning, the view is amazing: on the park. Cleaning and change of towels on request.Breakfast is a buffet, we paid extra for it separately. It's quite decent, the choice of dishes is rather big.
Let's come back again!

At the same time, one amount is indicated in the receipt that is given to you at the time of payment, but in fact they withdraw more by 15%. The administration says to all claims that these are not our problems - contact the bank. During the 7 days spent in Minsk, such miracles occurred only in this institution.

In principle, the hotel left a good impression. Yes, there is a smell of smoking and terrible audibility behind the wall. The air conditioner worked well. Location of the top,metro station Nemiga. The TV was showing with ripples, channel 4-5, there was a water cooler on the floor. There is a cafeteria at the hotel, the coffee is not bad, fish/chicken sandwiches too. The bed is comfortable, there are enough towels in the bathroom, 2 times they put gel shampoo. The closet is too small, there are hangers. The mini fridge seemed to work, but it didn't cool down.

This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
There were no towels in the room at check-in. It is not possible to reach the reception. It was delivered an hour later.
A broken door. Which works only for input. It is not possible to leave the room. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue through the "staff" at the reception were unsuccessful. As a result, we slept with the door open after putting a piece of paper under it.
Rude, impolite staff. The answers to the questions above consisted of: "I don't have to justify myself to you," "I'm busy," and so on.
As they say, they didn't send me far away, and thanks for that.
I do not recommend accommodation. Don't waste your nerves and money. Stay away!

The worst hotel I've ever been to, if you take the price-quality ratio.
disgusting sound insulation – when the door slams in the next room, it feels like they're breaking into your room. the neighbors' conversations are also perfectly audible, I really (didn't) like waking up at 6:50 because of this.
the rooms are poorly cleaned, dust is visible on the furniture, and in general the room stock is in terrible condition, I had a jamb coming off the door. poor quality electrics.
The shared refrigerator on the floor of the three–star hotel is wow. there was also no cooler on my floor, but it turned out experimentally that it was on others. no one at the reception said anything about it.
the Wi-Fi sometimes falls off, catches with varying success. One person can use Wi-Fi from only one device.
No slippers! disposable ones! which cost pennies! Why, there's not even a shower gel. only shampoo and hand soap (which dries the skin terribly)
in general, everything that can be bad in a hotel is bad here. one of the good things is the location in the city center.

There is no refrigerator in the standard. Weak, not very regulated water pressure. You can't choose what you want in the restaurant, lunches/dinners are complex. You cannot order paid laundry, only dry cleaning. The place is gorgeous, near a shopping center with a food court, a Sports palace, shops, banks - you can buy what you need on the road, exchange money, have a snack.

I do not recommend it! The room stock is very old. The smell is like in an old apartment, so disgusting that I had to walk all day, just not to be in the room. All the furniture, pillows, mattresses are old and dusty. The carpet is greasy and worn to holes. I had to leave this hotel at 3 am because I was allergic to dust mites! There are small black spots on the wallpaper (are they bedbugs?) Does the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station not control the state of affairs? I haven't seen this for a long time! And the price is comparable to a new apartment hotel in St. Petersburg. Probably once in the 80s it was great, but more than 40 years have passed! Well, at least the wallpaper, pillows and blankets can be changed? In general, for those who dream of a time machine...... but not without health risks!!!

Room cleaning services were not used, as they came for 3 part-time days. Breakfasts, casinos were also not visited, but the coffee shop downstairs is normal, the coffee is delicious.
