The hotel is nice, new, nice to be in the rooms and in the lobby. We took a view room on the 6th floor, watched the sunsets every evening. I saved the pool in the evening. The staff is polite, they will always help. Meals were taken for breakfast - generally not bad, there is a choice.
Of the cons:
1. There is no brewed coffee at breakfast, I had to buy it at the bar.
2. They do not give bottled drinking water, there are no coolers on the floors either.
3. Maximum audibility, strong acoustics in the corridors.
As a wish to the manager, cleaning should start at 10 a.m. after breakfast, which is logical. Now the maids are knocking on the rooms from 8 a.m., someone else can sleep at this time.

We stayed in hotels with a family of 2 adults and a child. We read reviews and watched videos on YouTube. Everything is on video and the reviews are good. But there is one thing. Whether the reviews are purchased. The hotel is located not 700 meters from the sea, but clearly more than 1.2 kilometers, the road is dirty. It is worth noting that umbrellas on the beach are the cheapest and they are driven and broken by the wind, they simply cannot be inserted into the sand. There are questions about nutrition, if you come a little later for breakfast, there will be no milk and yogurt. Lunch and dinner are the same thing (only dinner is all cold), there is no water in a prominent place to dilute tea or coffee. There is no milk at dinner, I had to go with my own. There is no food for a couple.There's only one heated pool. The conclusions about hotels are normal, but for this money it is worth renting an apartment or a house, eating in canteens, which are full there and the food is more varied than in a hotel. They work well there, it's the cleaner (the rooms are always clean) and the guy (repairs everything), the rest just put on a smile! Nice clean hotel. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. We lived in a family room with a 180x200 bed and about the same size sofa. And a balcony overlooking the pool. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk away. There is a buffet breakfast with a good selection of dishes. It is better to have lunch in the dining room for money (it turns out to be cheaper than the lunches included in the price)

The hotel is far from the sea, so there is no sea view as such, for that there is a view of the construction site and the pool where it can be extremely noisy. The view of the mountains is more acceptable, but the 1st and 2nd floors look into the wall of the neighboring house.
We rested in August for 7000 rubles. a day without lunch. Based on this fact, taking into account the main listed disadvantages in cleaning and nutrition, I give 3 stars.

We stayed at this hotel on 14.05-26.05. The hotel is excellent, there is a suspect pool, bathrobes, slippers in the rooms, cleaning every day, 4 tea bags and sugar are also put in every day. Breakfast was included, but it is better to take it with dinner, because there are not many cafes nearby, and Staraya Gagra is a 25-minute walk away. The service at the hotel is excellent, everyone will tell you, all the staff are friendly. We had a rest in October 2022. The hotel is new and very cozy. A buffet breakfast and a dinner with partial buffet elements were included. We had a rest before the hotel closed, very few people were already there, but the food was still on the level, everything was delicious and homemade. Cleaning, change of towels daily. I really liked the heated pool, it is open until 22.00, in off-season excellent compensation for the sea, although we also swam in the sea. There is a bathrobe for each adult in the room, and a clean, dry towel is provided before visiting the pool. The hotel is located in a good area, with mountains visible on one side and the sea on the other. To the sea on foot, 10 minutes walk slowly. There is a dedicated place on the beach, and sun loungers are provided. The rooms have everything you need: a kettle, tea set, hairdryer, mini fridge. Tea, soap, shower gel, shampoo are replenished daily. The only disadvantage is noise insulation, or rather its absence.

There is Wi-Fi, it catches well. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV with lots of channels, hair dryer, safe. Towels and bed linen with stains, towels are not changed regularly. The water has no pressure at all: in the sink, the water pours in droplets, as if you wash with dew, nothing flushes off in the toilet, in the shower you also wash with dew droplets. The food is monotonous. It's a long way from the sea, not seven minutes at all, considering that you need to go through the garbage trails, cross the roadway and continue along the garbage trails through the construction site. The staff is friendly and helpful, the girls are nice. In general, you can live. Tip, before entering, take video of all cracks and all existing breakdowns, so that you do not pay when leaving.

For a week from 07/22/2023, I will start with the fact that the HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LIMIT THE TIME OF SWIMMING IN THE POOL.
1. The location is excellent, 10 minutes to the sea, near the canteens, a shop right next to the hotel on the right.
2. Booking exclusively a room on the 5th, 6th floor, the rest have a view of the pool or into the wall. We were lucky to have a mountain view, and friends have a pool, but the 6th floor has a sea view.
3. Its own bar, dining room (pasta with bestrogate medium portion, compote and for 500 rubles it is even very expensive) breakfast was included in the price, almost the same thing every day, but everything is very tasty.
And then I ask the administration to finish off a powerful refrigerator, the beer did not have time to cool down. The bartender in glasses is just a mess, super not friendly and always with a haughty face, he made cocktails like the first time. The second bartender is just a cutie.
4. The room itself is great. Many thanks to the cleaning on the 6th floor. She was a very nice girl and always asked us what we needed.
5. Back to the pool, there is not enough space for all visitors. And most importantly, the wild children of the guests (mostly those whose parents are fucked, we sit drinking, the most important thing is that the children do not get) swim until 22.00 to sit, calmly communicate is not very successful.
It's just that one evening I couldn't stand it and turned on the entire music column, so as not to hear these screams, although I myself can't stand people who don't care about anything and turn on their music in a common place. Then I gave up and came to extreme measures

We had a rest with the company at this hotel in August 2021.

Cons: we had two rooms booked, one on the fifth floor with a view of the sea (everything is gorgeous, the view was completely satisfied) and the second on the 2nd floor supposedly with a view of the mountains))) but the view was actually in the wall, there is no real photo on the booking, keep this in mind if you take a room on the 2-3 floor - you will admire the wall! (Photos of the view are attached)When we came to deal with this problem at the reception, we were lucky enough to meet a wonderful manager who sang beautiful fables to us for half an hour and read the memorized text. The manager would like to go into politics - she speaks beautifully and a lot, but she did not solve the problem. In fact, it is very annoying that you are tired from the road and want to check into the room as soon as possible and solve the problem, but your teeth are talking. As a result, the situation was resolved by moving to a room with a different type of category below, for which we also had to pay extra and it was not ready by the time of arrival. Then there was an incomprehensible situation with resort fees in all hotels in Abkhazia (before this hotel there were two more) all fees were included in the price, and on the booking of this hotel it was written: all taxes and fees are included in the price. We came to the reception with this question and met our beloved manager again, who spoke to us again, but they did not deal with it anymore, because the amount of the fee was small, but this is already a question of the reputation of the hotel. We also caught the truth-teller lying when we made claims about the view, she said that this was the first time she had heard a complaint about the view, but then we went to the reviews on Yandex and read more than one dissatisfied review. As a compliment, we were provided with a bottle of champagne for five, not generously, but still nice, but the ice bucket was not removed from the room throughout the rest, although we reminded both the maids and the administrators THREE times. Going further, I strongly advise you to be careful with canned food at meals, because once for dinner we bought canned olives and mushrooms with mold and refused to refund the money. Allegedly, the hotel's private beach is another bike, the beach is urban, dirty, the entrance to the sea is steep, the sun beds have never been used. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea.Well, the cherry on the cake - during our stay at the hotel we got sick with rotovirus, yes, the story for Abkhazia is completely ubiquitous, BUT!!! At the time of our arrival, the situation was already gaining momentum, the management was aware and did not tell us anything about it!! No warnings or recommendations!! Already when we got sick ourselves, we began to hear conversations about rotavirus among the guests and saw how the children were sick right in the dining room. Yes, the administration is not to blame for this, but it was possible to at least give some recommendations!! When we were already informed about what was happening, we were told: well, do not rinse your mouth with tap water. Thanks, on time!!

The room has a view of the mountains and the sea. The central market is nearby. On the 1st floor there is a 24-hour bar with prices like in a store. In the room there is a kettle, dishes, refrigerator, hairdryer, tea, sugar, slippers, white terry bathrobes. Cleaning in the rooms every day!!!! And towels and bed linen are changed every day. On the 1st floor there are entertainment rooms - a children's room with an animator, table hockey, football..The sea is not very close - 15 minutes on foot. There are cafes and canteens nearby.

A heated swimming pool with night colored lights gives you the opportunity to relax, especially if there is a strong wave at sea. The reception will always help you with any questions. A balcony with two chairs will allow you to enjoy the coolness of the evening.
One of the big advantages is the absence of cafes with "banging" music in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
On the downside, of course, I would like to note the good audibility in the room. But against the background of the quality of rest in the hotel, this is insignificant.

The fattest minus is VERY NOISY. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE CAN BE HEARD CATOSTROPHICALLY. Lying down to rest during the day is problematic, at night there is also noise: conversations, slamming doors, maids dragging something on the floor, their radios are constantly working, children are running, screaming.
Outside the window, something is constantly being drilled, cut, and built on the street. And no laws of silence, lunch siesta are observed.
Who came up with the idea of installing interior doors in a large hotel?! 😦
The hotel requires sound insulation doors for each room with an electronic key.
Against the background of this constant noise and anxiety, all the advantages were erased for me.
There are no coolers with drinking water.
