I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't say anything bad. But I am outraged to the limit about the beach. When vacationers from other hotels come to sunbathe and swim, they are brazenly chased away, explaining that this is the "EMPIRE" beach. And every morning it's the same thing - the indignation of vacationers, not once did any of the hotel managers come. They asked to show documents on the ownership of this beach specifically to the Empire hotel!?!?!? If you claim that this is YOUR beach, then for the money that you charge your guests for supposedly your own beach, put garbage cans (not the one that stands alone and is cleaned when there are already a lot of vacationers on the beach), a toilet, a locker room, a fresh water shower would not hurt. And it 's a shame to take money for beautiful nature and air!!!!

Hotel staff (visitors from Ukraine )they are not responsible for anything , after 12 they walk around the hotel drunk .
We left at 6 a.m. we were asked to leave lunch boxes , we didn 't leave them , we said we forgot .There was no compensation, no apologies that a 6-year-old child stayed for 3 hours (road , border crossing).
The lights are turned off from 3-5 in the morning , the generator is not used , although it is there .

Hello! On August 22, we checked into the Empire Hotel, the first impression turned out to be deceptive, plus the manager Ivan did not blow dust in his eyes, what a great hotel and all the services in it, that they adhere to world standards, etc. The next day, all my impressions were dispelled. The beach from the Empire is terrible, sun loungers need to be begged, outsiders also rest on the beach. Boats, boats, jet skis, not paying attention to the fact that people were swimming, rode on their heads. Food: the same thing every day, nothing new has appeared in a week. Everything that remains from lunch, we received for dinner, it's good that there is a Bamboo cafe next to the sea, it helped out a lot. The room cleaning is terrible, the floors were washed the day before departure in a week, we never saw shower gels, thanks for at least changing the towels. The pool was visited once and then not successfully, a friend cut her leg with glass near the pool, so the hotel staff did not even provide help, citing the lack of a first-aid kit, local children were also allowed into the pool, which does not enter any boundaries. It is noted on the hotel's website that there is a restaurant, it is not, it is a dining room. For me, my vacation in Abkhazia turned out to be hell. The hotel manager Ivan (Anton Palych) considers it necessary to discuss vacationers with the guests, while those who expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel, but in fact people turned out to be right. The service corresponds to the private sector. Dear hotel management, please note what a horror is going on here and who is working! The hotel has just opened, and you are at the bottom!!

The hotel is new. We checked in quickly and got a room with a view of the mountains. I got poisoned in the dining room somewhere on day 3-4. I took okroshka with sour cream. It's not far to the sea. In general, if I hadn't been poisoned, I would have put 5. I recommend it!
