Being in Abkhazia, I advise you to visit all the dachas of I.V. Stalin to the maximum. The nature is magnificent, a modest way of life, beauty.

A good restoration repair is required, the place is interesting, but it has been launched by the local authorities, a couple more years and most likely the building may begin to collapse.

A very atmospheric place! At the time to shoot a horror movie, or a computer shooter on the theme of the post-apocalypse. We were in the rainy season, there was a slight fog, I wish I had photographed the view of the valley near the cottage.

It feels like there was no cottage, just a building to earn a penny) They let you into a couple of rooms, there's nothing to do there.
I put a couple of stars for the view from the balcony, but it's a minus at all)

One of Stalin's 5 dachas, which was handed over in 1947. Come and see how the leaders did not deny themselves anything in the post-war devastation.
The entrance is 200 rubles, tickets are sold right on the Stalin sofa, you will not get any paper for your 200 rubles))) Who knows how much the ticket will cost tomorrow? The guides are openly rude, tell little and let you into only a few rooms. Utility rooms, 2 houses and underground passages are not shown. Like all monuments in Abkhazia, it needs care and reconstruction

Some kind of deception. They took money for entry, said that excursions were taking place upstairs. As a result, everything is sealed, there is no one from the staff, accordingly, no one can get into any building. Through the windows you can see that the building is in ruins and no excursions can be there. They were extremely upset.

It's a very sad sight! Restoration work was carried out ... to put it mildly, they are not professionals. Excursions are not conducted at all, some tired women are sitting at the entrance, who offer to go and see on their own. Part of the cottage is closed altogether. It is better to visit the cottage on Lake Ritsa. The condition is much better, excursions are conducted, the picturesque territory, the power of personality is felt.

The place is beautiful, it's worth visiting to plunge into history! But, one thing is a pity, soon there will really only be a dot on the map! If you have enough strength and physical ability, go up to the observation deck, you will not regret it! I'm shooting a star for the attitude to the object!

Once again, I was convinced that luxury and brilliance are not about I. Stalin :). All rooms are in the same colors, the same furniture, strictly and tastefully. Magnificent landscapes open up at an altitude. Pride is located where the great commander-in-chief spent his time. I recommend a visit.

As everywhere there is neglect and despondency.. The guide said that meetings at the highest level are still taking place here. Judging by the asphalt on the road, representatives of the highest level are extremely unpretentious..

While vacationing in New Athos, we visited this place on our own more than once. We walked around the entire territory, looked through bulletproof glass on the 1st floor into the cinema hall (where they don't take you on a tour), climbed the stairs to the gallery on the 2nd floor, found some kind of tunnel in the mountain. And then we joined the tour of the house. A very interesting story, I learned a lot of new things for myself. It was possible to sit at the leader's desk, photography was allowed. The cottage is hidden in the lush thickets of some lianoid burdocks, forming a solid green carpet, you can walk there as much as you want, no one pays attention.

The building is quite old and requires restoration, but it reflects the spirit of that time very well. The guides do not tire you with long stories, but tell you briefly and essentially about the cottage and its owner, while allowing you to walk on your own

A strange attitude towards the one who built everything significant in Abkhazia. It's hard to list everything that doesn't work. A particularly vivid impression of the wood film on the walnut ceiling. The traditional Abkhazian service culture completes. Sadly.
