I really liked the LEON hotel. Small, cozy and comfortable, conveniently located in the very center of the city, everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel is more suitable for couples, quiet, cozy. It is 150m to the Makhajirov embankment, which turns into the Diaskurov embankment (the very center of Sukhum). In the afternoon and evening, the embankment is crowded, lighting in the evenings, cafes, restaurants, shopping stalls are open. If you want to swim, then you need to walk 10 minutes to the beach of the MVO sanatorium, you can walk or take public transport further to Mocha beach. The breakfasts at the hotel were included in the price, they were delicious and very satisfying, just delicious, they change every day. The hotel has a restaurant where there is a very varied and delicious food, and the portions are simply huge! Very helpful staff (all without exception) will always help and prompt. THANK YOU very much and sincerely! Special thanks to the waiter Sasha from Belarus. It so happened that Sasha was the one who served us most often in the restaurant, who delighted and admired us for her rhythmicity, well-coordinated professionalism and unobtrusive service. It is worth noting that all the waiters work quickly and smoothly. The dishes on the menu are varied, most of them delicious, although the price tag is quite high.

The hotel is wonderful! We stayed in an apartment with a huge covered veranda. Very high-quality materials in the decoration. There was everything you needed and even more . Nespresso coffee machine (take capsules with you !) , kettle , refrigerator , dishes . Breakfast at the hotel restaurant - includes a set of porridge, cheesecakes, omelette, sliced meat + drink. It was too much for us - they took one thing . It was possible to order from the menu, there is more choice there - for Muscovites the prices are ridiculous. The place is pleasant : the embankment - park is very entertaining . The restaurant downstairs is very decent and cheap. I would not recommend going to the nearest beach - it is dirty and unkempt . It is better to take a taxi to Mocha beach for 200 rubles ( sand, lots of entertainment with children) or for 300 rubles to a small luxury beach Del Mar - there are pebbles, but very comfortable.

A good hotel. Clean, white robes, towels are changed, cleaning is daily. The hotel has a good (very good, especially by Abkhazian standards) restaurant, which is surprisingly inexpensive. Hotel guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, everything is nearby.

Perhaps the best hotel and especially the restaurant. The rooms are very clean. There are all the accessories. Attentive staff and waiters. Food is 5+. You are unlikely to find such sushi even in Moscow. European cuisine is also beyond praise. We and the children were delighted. I heard out of the corner of my ear that the owner of the hotel is a Turk, maybe that's the point. But this is not accurate))) You will not find such a service and attitude in Abkhazia. The breakfast is excellent at 300rubles per person. We did not go to the sea from the hotel, as we were traveling East with an overnight stay. The price of the standard is very acceptable.

A cozy hotel! Beautiful, clean, well maintained. The staff is friendly! Somehow everything is easy there, with a smile. Delicious breakfasts, water in the rooms, cleaning and clean towels every day, towels for the beach. It is quite quiet and peaceful around. Sometimes there are sounds and smells from the restaurant late at night, it is better to have windows in the room on the opposite side. Or try to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. The hotel is at the beginning of a beautiful promenade, there is a lot to walk. And it's close to the beach. We came 2 years in a row, and with a child. Everything is decent.

We had a vacation in Abkhazia in July. We visited the Leon restaurant in Sukhum. We were very lucky. We went into the main hall and a table was vacated. Most tables are booked in advance. The restaurant is very popular with both tourists and locals. The menu is simply gorgeous, a huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. The service is at a high level, all the dishes look very appetizing and very tasty. We waited for the order for 40 minutes. When fully loaded, it is quite acceptable. The waiters, the young guys, are literally running, well done. The restaurant has its own Wi-Fi and you can pay with a MIR card. In general, we had a pleasant evening, a good place.

We rested from 09/19/12 at the Leon hotel on the recommendation, we did not even expect that there is such a luxurious place in Sukhum!
The hotel itself is new, beautiful, clean, "on the level", the administrators are smiling and attentive, they solve your any question!
The hotel has a restaurant, the service is fast, very tasty, the prices are affordable, they will always find a free table, even if it seems that everything is occupied, the waiters are unrealistic, such smart guys, nimble, you don't have to wait long!
Another important thing is that you can get beach towels from the admin every day!

We are from St. Petersburg, we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, we really liked it!
The breakfasts included in the accommodation are very good, insanely satisfying! Also very tasty pasta in the restaurant, caesar with the right sauce🤌🏻The only thing the locals said is that your meat is not very cooked, unfortunately we will also confirm that the ordered kebab was like a "sole" and burnt.

To the question: "And that's all for me?! ", the waiter answered me with a sincere smile of Caucasian hospitality - to your health!!! 😁 . I arrived late, but I had a great dinner!!! Grilled vegetables with pork and chicken fillet stewed in a cast-iron skillet are simply delicious!!! Although, this is partly the merit of my companion, and his concern is to keep the dish warm after closing the restaurant kitchen before my arrival. Yes, it's priceless!!! Yes, it's important!!!
