A great modern hotel. Friendly and attentive staff.
Number 204. Everything is in good condition, both furniture and appliances. The room has a minibar, safe, TV, kettle, glasses, cups, spoons, bottle opener. Tea, sugar, and water are replenished daily. In the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap. Thoughtful arrangement of sockets. There are 2 disadvantages in the bathroom: the floor slope is incorrectly made in the shower and because of this, the water does not go down the drain (but this problem is solved with a foot), ventilation apparently does not cope and the smell of chlorine came from the drain near the toilet (so cleaning takes place with disinfection). On the floor there is an ironing board, iron, steamer.
In the restaurant, the waitress girls fly like bees. He is always friendly and will always ask if you liked everything. Everything that the local chefs cook is very tasty. We pumped up only the purchased sausages for breakfast. For breakfast there are 2 porridges to choose from, scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, 2 sausages, cottage cheese donuts with jam, tea-coffee-juice. All with fervor, with heat.
The lunch/dinner menu is also very tasty. Cocktails were pleasantly surprised, alcohol is not squeezed in them)))
The overall impression of the hotel is only positive. I recommend you to stay when visiting Sukhum.

An excellent hotel for Sukhum, there is its own restaurant, which is one of the few in the city open from morning to night. There are always a lot of people, it is better to book in advance. The food is delicious, the food is international and for every taste. The waiting time for dishes is 15-20 minutes, the price tag is above average, about like in Sochi on the embankment. There is no alternative to this restaurant, everything is either closed or open for a limited time. I definitely recommend you to visit, at least once.

The staff tries to prevent any desire of the guests. We lived with a dog. Because of her, we chose this hotel, because several were refused. And they didn't regret it at all! A great hotel with a great location! If you book a standard room, take one with windows facing the street, not the courtyard, because at night it is quite noisy due to the ventilation of the restaurant on the 1st floor. Be sure to take breakfast, delicious and varied, despite the modest cost.

Everything is fine, but there are 2 minimum disadvantages that I have identified for myself, this is a restaurant where it is very noisy in the evening and the most important thing is that this noise is transferred to the room and the 2nd is somewhat expensive for the price in the restaurant. I liked the hotel very much, but do not expect friendly staff) it seems that this is the case in all of Sukhum, you just need to get used to it)
The room has air conditioning, beds (can be moved into one), hair dryer, bathrobes, gel, shampoo, slippers, everything is there.
BUT the breakfasts are huge, a portion for one: porridge, a drink (to choose from), omelette / fried eggs + sausages, cheesecakes / pancakes, bread, cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables. The cost of breakfast is 300 rubles per person.
The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the sea, 20 minutes walk to Mocha beach.

The first restaurant in Abkhazia where you felt at home. The courteous staff will help you choose the dishes to your taste. The prices are not Moscow - but the service, the taste is like in Moscow in the best restaurants. Everyone who will be in Sukhum definitely recommend this place to visit. We didn't stay in hotels. Medallions with potatoes with demiglas sauce (medium rare roast)! It's something with something. Until the rest is over, we will visit this wonderful place. As for sushi, it is also much better than those that can be bought at Moscow Time (regardless of the price segment) rice is much tastier.

Terrible kitchen with cockroaches. For an early breakfast, they gave out a package with lunch boxes with a live cockroach. The management is aware of the situation, but there is zero reaction, they just shrug their hands. Refused to eat at this hotel, returned the money for breakfast and that's it. When asked to solve the issue of food outside the hotel, they threw up their hands. They can't do anything. Complete lack of customer orientation. I definitely do NOT recommend eating in restaurants at the hotel, if you do not want to get poisoned.

It's just gorgeous! Convenient location, not noisy, but also the center, decent breakfasts, good staff, you can always call from the room, report the problem and it will be solved, good rooms with air conditioning and generally with good furniture, wet cleaning and linen change every day, there is an elevator. I will definitely come again!

It is with great pleasure that I want to write a review about the wonderful Leon Boutique Hotel 4*, which is located in Sukhum!!! My husband and I were vacationing at the hotel in September 2021. High level of service, excellent breakfasts, responsive and very attentive staff!!!! The room was cleaned with high-quality cleaning every day. The maids are very nice and kind girls. I would especially like to note the work of the administrators, any issue is solved instantly!!!! There is a very good atmosphere in the team and it is very noticeable!!!!Thank you to your friendly team!!!

I chose the hotel on my own, on vacation, and never regretted it. Closer to the trip, I learned from friends that this is one of the best hotels in Abkhazia, and probably the best in terms of service and cuisine. Already during the vacation, every local with whom I had a chance to communicate spoke approvingly about this place. Everything is on top. For comfort lovers, this is the very European level. Sushi is just a bomb! The staff is very friendly. And it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and this beach (the territory of an old boarding house) is less crowded than the city one.

It's not an unambiguous impression. It seems that the hotel is not cheap, and it is rated one of the best in Sukhum. In general, it is more a restaurant than a hotel. Our room was standard, but it looked like an economical economy. PapyCarlo's room, with a tiny window overlooking the backyard. A shower stall from which all the water ended up on the floor. Room cleaning is normal, Towels are changed every day. Water is also brought every day.
By the way, sitting in a restaurant in the evening, I saw a tiny mouse that looked out from behind the next sofa and disappeared somewhere. And it wasn't a summer porch, but a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.
The staff at the restaurant is courteous, but not too friendly. At the reception, also.
By the way, breakfasts are not a good table, they gave you something to eat. But it's fine in principle.
