There are always a lot of people, local authorities, important women like to sit in the restaurant on the ground floor. Parking difficulties-cars are mostly parked along a narrow road. They cook delicious) my breakfast was very hearty, there is a cashless payment terminal. My room was not in the main building, the entrance from the street is nearby, relatively inexpensive, so noise isolation may have suffered (to be honest, there is no noise in the rooms of this building, you can hear everything!) the room itself, it should be noted, is clean, there are bathrobes, a kettle-everything you need. I didn't have enough carpet, it would have been more comfortable, but it seemed a little cool.

The hotel is very cozy, clean, homely atmosphere of the hotel immediately disposes to comfort. Friendly and helpful staff: they respond immediately to requests. One of the few hotels in Abkhazia with its own generator. Therefore, there is no danger of being in the Stone Age without light, water and heat when the electricity is turned off. Whoever has been there knows how annoying it is. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, as well as to the main promenade and the city center. I recommend it to everyone. The disadvantage is expensive, but you have to pay for comfort always and everywhere, and in Sukhum the same

In July 2019, I was vacationing with my family in New Athos at the Grand Hotel Leon, right from the doorstep we were greeted by good-natured hosts and treated us with understanding, offered a nice room with a view of the mountains and the Novo-Athos Monostyr, the natural environment that surrounds this hotel is fascinating, a gorgeous territory located by the sea, on the territory of the hotel there is a large park with a pond where white and black swans, a Playground, on the territory there are 2 cafes where you can enjoy all the delights of Abkhazian cuisine, I want to come there again, thanks to the hostess Amra from Mikhail and his family from Bryansk.

The coolest hotel in Abkhazia. The rooms may not be the largest. But the respawn area and the Verandas of the cafes adjacent to the hotel are beyond praise. Surprised !

We stayed at this hotel with friends for the January holidays from January 3 to January 8, 2021. They did not live in the main building, but in the next one. I was satisfied with absolutely everything - cleaning every day, bathrobe, slippers and the location of the hotel next to the embankment. We were kindly provided with parking. And the staff is just a sweetheart. Thank you for a great stay)

The first time we came to Sukhum from Crimea, Google Maps immediately recommended this hotel!
We drove up in our car and the guard immediately parked on the back side of the building, which also has an entrance to the hall. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, especially my wife is well versed in all these things and she really liked everything - both the food in the restaurant and the comfort of the room and a walk through the night city.

We stayed at this hotel in early January 2020. We booked a room through the receptionist Elena, a very, very kind girl. She told me in detail about the rooms, helped me choose and solved the problem of closed car parking. Lovely rooms, excellent, very friendly and friendly staff. Room cleaning every day, tea, sugar, mineral water were served every day. The breakfasts are complex, amazingly delicious and plentiful, and every morning is different., very satisfying. Delicious brewed coffee. I highly recommend it.!
