For 5000 rubles / night, we received a small but cozy room (although we were told that this room is larger than the standard one), delicious breakfasts and the responsiveness of the staff. The hotel has a parking lot for cars, which is closed (but there may not be enough places for everyone). The bonus to all this is the location of the hotel. Nearby is the territory of the park and the embankment of Sukhum, where the administration of the President of the Republic of Armenia, theaters and the main cafes and restaurants of the city are located. It is very beautiful there in the evening, a recommendation for a walk. We liked the hotel, like 👍🏼

I'm here. The place is good. The breakfasts are just sloppy. In the evening, the water pressure on the upper floor is a little bad, but not critical. It's all clear. The linen is the latest. There are enough towels. The cuisine in the restaurant is good. I recommend the salad with burato. I'll come again.

Nice hotel, but. I got a room above the kitchen, a buzz in the room as if a jackhammer was working, the room was changed to exactly the same above the kitchen in another building. The kitchen closes at half past ten and by 12 a.m. the room was quiet. However, at 6.40 everything returned. So if you are sensitive to sounds, you should immediately clarify this point.

A decent hotel, I confirm all the good reviews about it and about the restaurant 100%. The staff is working great! The only disadvantage is that the room was above the kitchen, where there are hoods, so that smells rose both when the balcony was open and when it was closed (although there was no smell of food in the restaurant and the lobby of the hotel).

There are always a lot of people, local authorities, important women like to sit in the restaurant on the ground floor. Parking difficulties-cars are mostly parked along a narrow road. They cook delicious) my breakfast was very hearty, there is a cashless payment terminal. My room was not in the main building, the entrance from the street is nearby, relatively inexpensive, so noise isolation may have suffered (to be honest, there is no noise in the rooms of this building, you can hear everything!) the room itself, it should be noted, is clean, there are bathrobes, a kettle-everything you need. I didn't have enough carpet, it would have been more comfortable, but it seemed a little cool.

One of the few hotels in Abkhazia with its own generator. Therefore, there is no danger of being in the Stone Age without light, water and heat when the electricity is turned off.
