This is the seventh time we have been staying at this hotel. A wonderful restaurant with a huge selection of dishes for dinner. A decent and varied breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as many places can be reached on foot. A big advantage is free, gated, guarded parking. The only inconvenience is that when building a route to the address of the hotel, the navigator will lead to the main entrance on the avenue, where parking is prohibited. It is better to specify the address in the navigator: Independence Avenue, 11k2, Minsk. Then you will definitely get to the hotel parking lot.

One of the oldest hotels in Minsk. After a general renovation carried out about 20 years ago, the hotel has acquired a modern interior and engineering equipment.
Nice and nimble guys work in the lobby bar, it's nice.
Good Parking for Cars in the courtyard of the hotel.
This time I noticed that some kind of THANK YOU zone had opened, but I hadn't tried it myself.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is no "center".

We liked it. It is quite cozy, clean and comfortable in the room. The corridors of the hotel give off the Soviet period, which brings a special atmosphere. The hotel has a guarded parking lot, which is very convenient for travelers by car.

The price/quality/location ratio is one of the best! Nice, large, gated parking, decent breakfasts. The rooms are a little tired, but kept clean. I advise you to take rooms with windows to the courtyard. Those that face the avenue are quite noisy. And they heat up more in summer, since the sun is on the other side during the day.

Truth... the furniture was shocked (the cabinets are built-in, the panels of the cabinets came from my grandmother, there are no hangers for trousers at all), the bathroom has already heard about the 21st century. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. There are no problems with parking at the same time - parking is guarded in the courtyard of the hotel. Check-in and check-out without any problems!

The rooms are clean, soap and soap were complemented every day. There is a sauna - although I did not go, but my friend is happy.

The pros... The location in the city center, everything is nearby, the reception, the lobby is beautiful, and that's it, the Cons ... the rooms are very small, the furniture is old, they booked a family room, they gave a double room with one double bed with an 11-year-old child, at least they offered a cot well, no.... there was, however, another blanket in the closet but without a duvet cover🤣All accessories are only for 2 people ...... The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous……

We were in Minsk from January 6-7, 2023, stayed at the hotel, Minsk." I liked everything - the location in the very center, all the sights are within walking distance. In the room there are slippers, bathrobes, shampoos, gels, toothbrushes and shaving kits, hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, water; there is a mini bar (extra chargepayment). The room is clean and cozy. There is free parking in the courtyard!
The staff is polite and attentive. We lived in the hotel on Christmas Night. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by the surprise: champagne, fruits and sweets were on the table. Due to the late check-out, they met us halfway and allowed us to stay in the room until 16:00. The issue of parking has also been resolved. In general, there are no complaints about the service. The holiday was a success!
I will recommend it to all my friends.

Very nice and convenient. A wonderful restaurant. In the evening, you can order tea with boosters in the room, and then go to the fitness center. Awesome I highly recommend it. If I'm in Minsk again, I'll go there again.
I must say right away that there are disadvantages, but they are very small and do not reduce the feeling of comfort.
The view from the window looks like we are in a Moscow hotel (now it seems the seasons).

I put only 4 stars, because that's how many stars this hotel in the center of Minsk deserves. A large and high-quality nomenclature hotel for representatives of city and regional committees. Tired interior and plumbing, worn curtains on windows and carpets in the corridors, a meager breakfast. However, the staff is trying hard, they are quite happy with the work of the reception desk and the maids. In order to stay in the city center and be within walking distance from the main places, it is quite a convenient location and, in principle, you can spend the night for several days.

All attractions are within walking distance. FREE PRIVATE PARKING IS AVAILABLE. There is a lobby bar on the ground floor, but it is expensive.There is a great bakery around the corner, we went there for breakfast.There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we did not go.There is a business lunch.Cleaning every day.From 8 to 12, the accommodation includes a spa, sauna and Jacuzzi, they do not have a swimming pool.

We were here with my wife in early October 2023. The main advantage of the hotel is of course its location. You start your walks and end up where people come by bus for an excursion - in the center!!! And also a big plus is the availability of free (for residents) guarded Parking on the territory inside. The rest of the hotel is tired, but the furniture does not fall apart. The carpet in the room is ugly and with an indescribable aroma, but you can get used to it if you want) I have seen complaints in the reviews that the water in the bathroom goes badly - I join here. If you come in the cold season, I will make you happy - there is no usual heating system here, only air conditioning, but I could not turn it on. For the first time I saw an air conditioner with fully mechanical control) - greetings from the USSR! We didn't take meals at the hotel, because we prefer to study local cafes, especially since this is the center - cross the road and you're in cornflowers). There is another bun in the hotel - sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi which are included in the price if you use them before 12-00. Interestingly, in free time, the hamam breaks down and it is repaired only when the time comes for an additional fee). You can warm up well in the sauna, 6 people will fit. But only two people will be comfortable in the Jacuzzi pool. The men's shower has 6 lockable lockers and 2 showers. This entrance to the spa area is free, so there may not be enough space). I do not regret choosing this hotel, but next time for the same money +- we will take a hotel away from the center, but newer and with better amenities, especially since we move by car. The ideal location of the hotel is what attracted us in the first place. The city center, everything is within walking distance, what else does a tourist need? A pleasant and important bonus is free parking. The room was booked standard, it turned out to be quite spacious with a view of the Main Post Office, but, surprisingly, the noise of the avenue subsides at night and does not interfere with a restful sleep. The room has bathrobes, slippers, bath accessories, extra blankets and pillows. Everything is clean and tidy.
I would especially like to note the politeness and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for your hospitality. If we are going to Minsk again, we will certainly come to you.
