A great place to explore Minsk. The view is amazing. The best time to visit in summer is in the afternoon and evening after sunset. There is also a wonderful cafe with a view of the city.

The elevator is cargo, accommodates many passengers.

The playground itself is located at the 24th floor level. It offers excellent circular views of Minsk. You can take photos, there are also binoculars. The ascent and descent to the site takes place in an elevator with transparent walls, which also delivers, especially to exalted ladies)

We really liked it, we were not in the library itself, but we went up to the observation deck. Super views will not open from it, but still the view cannot but fascinate. For safety, everything is fenced with railings and thick glass. There are also two observation binoculars. There is a restroom and a cafe on the floor below.

A full adult ticket costs 8 BYN. Near the ticket office and entrance there are stickers with a QR code for buying tickets through the website, but it does not accept cards issued in Russia. Therefore, you will have to stand in line at the checkout. An interesting location, there are binoculars on the site. The area around the perimeter is covered with glass, 10 minutes maximum to look at. On the 22nd floor there is a cozy cafe with a view of the city and excellent cuisine.

The observation deck is not bad, but the elevator was waited for a long time and the elevator load was full in the heat. Cafe under the naughty playground for 3 stars, waiters and other staff talk loudly discussing extraneous matters. I took ice cream on a Viennese waffle with berries, everything is delicious on the waffle is terribly tasteless, I do not recommend a cafe, at expensive prices and not very much on the menu

The best viewing platform in Minsk. It is located on the roof of the National Library. To see the rhombocuboctahedron (this is the shape of the library building), take the panoramic elevator - and enjoy the views of the city - is wonderful both day and night! - a must-visit!

We stopped by to admire the city from a high altitude . Parking is free nearby, the metro is also nearby (500 meters...700), it is better to go around the building to the left (from the main entrance). A queue formed at the ticket office , stood in it for about 10 minutes , tickets for 3 adults and 2 children (8 years old) it cost 23 rubles. The playground is located on the roof of the building , 23 floors +. There are two binoculars on the site itself, free of charge, though without adjustment and the image in them is three. Fencing and cables interfere with good pictures and videos, it would be appropriate to put glass partitions.

It is interesting, funny, a beautiful view from all sides of the city, a little like the view from the Ostankino TV tower and there is also a cafe, but only much lower. The metro is a three-minute walk away. Affordable ticket prices.

I really liked it. It was January 9th. Unfortunately, the windows were in frost and a normal view did not work. The grease in the binoculars had hardened and efforts had to be made to rotate the optics. Special thanks for the QR codes on the descriptions, they help out a lot. In general, we enjoyed it.
And the cafe on the floor below is beyond praise. Thank you Vladislav, very good service.

There is a long queue to BUY a ticket. They just came up with a hemorrhoid out of the blue. We could set up an automatic cash register for those who do not claim benefits. There are not enough normal understandable signs inside how to get from the 22nd floor to the 23rd where the playground itself is

Excellent view of Minsk from a great height. The height, however, is not impressive (comparison with the Vysotsky Tower in Yekaterinburg and the towers of Moscow City), but nevertheless it is great).
The only thing is that payment with Russian bank cards of the MIR system as of 05/08/2023 did NOT take place using a QR code.

I liked everything, the view from the elevator, the view from the site itself. But, in winter, slippery metal steps for climbing to the platform itself (after exiting the elevator) and binoculars can only be moved up and down, not to the right to the left.

A beautiful place - it's worth climbing, especially in the evening. The impression was slightly spoiled by the long wait in the queue and some kind of strange access mode to the top. The cost of the ticket is quite small. On the observation deck, you can walk in a circle - the views are different.
