Great view of the whole city. It's very beautiful, but the impression is a little spoiled… my husband and I are guests in this city, we are from St. Petersburg. We stood in quite a long queue for tickets, we wanted to pay for a visit to the observation deck, like everyone else. But the nice lady at the checkout said that we can go for free, since I am a disabled person of the first group and my husband is my escort. I have such documents with me. But the woman who checks the tickets and lets everyone into the elevator tried to convince us that my husband is obliged to pay, and that I am disabled in another country, and in yours I should not have benefits.... they began to explain to her that her colleague told us to go through like this, we didn't mind paying for both tickets and we didn't mind money at all to look at this beauty, it just didn't turn out well and some kind of residue remained.....

If you have time, it's worth visiting the observation deck. We were there in the evening. Evening Minsk from a height of 23 floors is good.
At the time of our visit, the price was 6 Belarusian rubles per person.

If you go from the street when the library is closed, you will have to climb the stairs because the elevator tries to get stuck. It's a cool place! A long queue for 15 minutes for tickets of 5 br. Suddenly a guide comes out and gathers a group of 15 people for 35 br for everyone. The group got a tour of the library - it's worth seeing from the inside and then got to the observation deck. The view of the city is beautiful. And thanks to a strange guy who paid for the band and did not take money from anyone himself.

It's a very cool place, but
1)Standing in line for an hour is like a minim is not normal
You can add payment by hens ,erip, a second cash register in the end
2) instead of not working with a telescope, binoculars are much more convenient
3) put a coffee shop on top

Do not stand in line for payment, if there is one, you can pay using your phone and go in almost immediately.
A separate conversation about the library itself. It's open! Although it says on the door: the entrance to the observation deck is on the other side! Everything inside the library is great! Admission is 1.7 rubles, but you can get a ticket for 4.5 rubles and endlessly visit for free (the "Z" is set intentionally), and it does not matter whether you are a Belarusian or a foreigner! And inside there is something to see, the details are on the website! There is a room for children, and there are not only toys, but also a teacher!
There is even a sauna! I'm kidding, it's a FOK! The gym!
I recommend you to visit!

There is a separate elevator to the site. There are two levels: the top is open - there is no roof, but high fences made of glass are installed along the edges, which is sparkling and not very clean. one floor below is a panoramic gallery with sloping windows that glare.

There is a very long queue at the checkout (one cashier) with breaks every 2 hours for 15 minutes. It was not possible to buy tickets online from me personally, perhaps because of the type of bank card. I had to stand, although I had a desire to leave. The observation deck is ordinary . But the cafe Graf on the floor below was pleasantly pleased. Thanks to the cafe, it's worth going up.
