It's not worth going up at all! Even for free!!! The glass in the fence is dirty and cloudy. The telescopes are not adjustable (neither in height nor in focus). Hot air is blowing in all directions from the ventilation (or it was a hood on the roof). There's nothing to look at. I do not advise you to waste money and time! We stood in line for half an hour.

A great place to get unforgettable impressions! There is both an open and closed observation deck, where thematic exhibitions are held and there is an interesting photo gallery. There is also a cafe on the same floor with a covered area, but you can't say that the prices there are affordable.

It would be a great overview, the view is really not bad, but the glasses naturally get dusty and besides they are quite high, so you look at a beautiful view in the same way as an Internet picture. You understand that it's beautiful, but you don't feel any feelings of admiration. It's good that there are 2 binoculars, it's bad that both don't work. In general, wasted time.

The place is definitely worth a visit. You can get there by metro, by taxi, as convenient.
We got into the rain with hail, but this did not spoil our stay on the observation deck, but acquired its own special highlight. Through binoculars, you can watch football players training at the stadium. I want to go back there in warm, sunny weather.

The 24th floor is good, the elevator was lifted quickly, it's a pity that one of the 2 binoculars did not work. You can go down to the 23rd floor on foot, there is a closed observation deck, a bar with coffee). It's a pity that the glass on the closed one is glaring in the photos.

The view is beautiful, but it is not convenient to look through the barrier structures around the perimeter. There are viewing binoculars, which apparently work by throwing coins, so stock up on different denominations. It's definitely worth going once.
