If the windows were higher, and therefore the railings would be higher, then the view would be just great, and so the railings interfere with perfect viewing. There are binoculars, but apparently they were made for children, because they stand somewhere at a height of 1.20 and it is problematic for adults to look at them, they will have to be folded in half)) there is a cafe where you can have a snack.

Cheap entrance - 5 bel. rub. For this money, you can visit a small gallery, about 20 paintings and get access to a cafe on the 22nd floor. Just visiting a cafe without an entrance fee will not work

It's not worth going up at all! Even for free!!! The glass in the fence is dirty and cloudy. The telescopes are not adjustable (neither in height nor in focus). Hot air is blowing in all directions from the ventilation (or it was a hood on the roof). There's nothing to look at. I do not advise you to waste money and time! We stood in line for half an hour.

I've been there twice. It is beautiful and bright in summer, the photos turned out to be successful. In winter it was slippery, unsafe, we didn't see anything and didn't take a photo. My son was upset, he was going to look at the city from a height.

You understand that it's beautiful, but you don't feel any feelings of admiration. It's good that there are 2 binoculars, it's bad that both don't work. In general, wasted time.
