A wonderful place both inside and out. There is something to see and something to freeze from. Excellent exhibitions and exhibits. At different times of the day, you can take a look at the appearance of the building, which is superior to the one designed according to the latest word

The first day in the country and immediately disappointed.
The center is open until 19:00, but the ticket offices are open until 18:00, which we did not know, and the center opens only at 11:00, which turns out very little for a working day. The staff is absolutely unfriendly (or so they dislike women here), although they just wanted to ask a couple of questions. In general, it's a pity.
Be careful.

A great center, a very beautiful park area, as if from a fantastic movie!
The center itself is extraordinary, with many exhibits and temporary exhibitions.
I was amazed by the whole floor dedicated to national instruments and a large exhibition of dolls! The carpet room is even more extensive than in the Carpet Museum

A very beautiful building, extraordinary architecture without right angles. The white staircase is like a space portal. The exposition on Aliyev is in Azerbaijani and English. As if Azerbaijan was not a part of a large country of the USSR, how much was invested in it, how it developed during the Soviet period. Only Comrade Aliyev's certificates are in Russian.
Very interesting collections of musical instruments and dolls.

It's beautiful outside, great design solution inside, lots of space. But I was not impressed inside. If you are not awfully fond of art, historical clothes and carpets, then I do not recommend visiting it inside. In 2024, a ticket for one adult is 15 manats, of all the interesting things are flying fabrics and retro cars. Everything ) there are no translations into Russian yet, it just pissed me off, since their technology allowed them to do this. There is a Russian translation only in the Baku layout hall.

Fantastic building and interior. There are many interesting exhibitions. The biography of Aliyev, the father, is beautifully presented. We spent 5 hours there unnoticed. The cafe is very expensive, take a snack with you. There is a beautiful and modern square around. The cost for foreigners is 15 manats per adult. The site is not informative - you can't find information, for example, about the working hours on holidays. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the metro to the center.

The museum... the museum is not bad, but I'll go straight to what impressed me the most - there is a museum of retro cars in the underground room - just a must have. Wow, cool, cool.
A museum with interesting architecture, a lot of time is devoted to the former president - Heydar Aliyev. I was also impressed by the floor with a musical instrument

A beautiful center, lots of interactive exhibits, perfectly integrated into the surrounding architecture and landscape. I liked the exposition of musical folk instruments. If you stand on the platform in front of each of them, the music played on this instrument sounds. Due to the directional sound, the listener can hear well, and does not interfere with others. Aliyev's cars and gifts that he received as the head of the republic are displayed in the center. Their "scope" is impressive - a crystal vase, a tea set and much more, which probably causes bewilderment among young people: in a world where some owners of resources count millions, such "cheap" gifts to the head of state from the same leaders are incomprehensible.

The Heydar Aliyev Center is the best building, a museum that must be visited when visiting Baku!
The architecture of the building outside and inside is space, Zaha Hadid has created one of her best creations.
In sunny weather, you can take a lot of beautiful photos outside and inside.
The cultural and historical space of the center is no less interesting: the history of the country, national costumes, an exhibition of carpets and dolls, miniature buildings of Azerbaijan and a lot of other things.
There is a nice and affordable cafe-restaurant.
You can spend the whole day in this center, slowly immersing yourself in expositions and space.
It must be seen once or several times, it is impossible to describe the scale and beauty.

Beautiful, but completely empty.
Like a picture. It's kind of pointless.
The availability of exhibitions is subjective. And there is no point in commenting on them. The center itself is used by 5-10 percent of its capacity.
You can watch it. But rather for show.
It's unlikely that you'll find anything interesting inside.

We bought at the ticket office of the main entrance, and we entered the car museum from the entrance "B", there we went down to the minus third floor by elevator. If you decide to walk here, go along Shah Ismail Khatai Avenue - this is a street with new houses that have already been built. Do not go down Tabriz Street - there is a continuous construction site, fences, dubious houses, there is no sidewalk in places. The adventure is something else. On the spot, it turns out that this is a yellowish, slightly tired building, although it really has an unusual shape. It is located in a park in the middle of a residential area. If you are limited in time in Baku, this is not the place to run to. It's worth a visit if you've already seen everything and you have a lot of free time.

The museum is beautiful, undoubtedly (two stars for it). She took off the rest of the stars for the unfair treatment of visitors. I am half Azerbaijani, stateless, but nevertheless. I brought my student ID to get a discount, and they told me that "the price is different for foreigners," look, they say, in the price list. And the price list says "adults", which means that for adults the price is one, and for students the other. There is no separation between your own and someone else's anywhere. It's just that the cashier decided that it wouldn't be superfluous to charge me the full cost of the visit :)
