I spent a week at this hotel and it was a week of super fun. Friendly staff, clean beaches, large territory, delicious food and everything you need for a holiday. The animators here are the best. Lots of interesting activities: volleyball, dancing, yoga. In the evening we went with the animators to the club and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much for the pleasant time spent here.

The vacation was really bad . We had expected to have better days in Egypt . I’d like to start with all the disadvantages we have faced with : -no WI-Fi, only a paid one . So ,for six days ,one person,you” ll get to pay 20€. That’s too pricey while at the same time there are hotels which offer free Internet . RUSSIANS . I’d really ask all Ukrainians to stay away from this hotel since we have faced with the discrimination of the Ukrainians as the nation and a bad behavior of the staff towards us. We’ve been to Egypt before and already tried lots of things. So,when the tourist agent was badgering us into the dessert activities . We just politely refused to. He asked “Where are you from?” . I answered “Ukraine”. He said “oh,then it’s quite understandable why you’re behaving like that”. I decided to put up with it and not make a big fuss. But in the evening that night, there was a bar worker at the beach who was disrespectfully trying to copy my English accent . When I have contacted the manager of the hotel , he tried to help us and figure it out. We came to that man and he just told that my English was really nice and he wanted to speak it with the same accent . (But believe me ,it’s not what he was talking about ) . BTW,the manager told me that I was exaggerating and “being too vulnerable”. 😂👍 Russians are just horrible and unbearable,always drunk ,shouting and screaming. They don’t have the norms of the behavior. They could easily spoil your vacation . Loud Russian music everywhere , at the main stage, even at 2 a.m at our hotel hall. Some Russians decided to listen to music at night , thought it was OK. I had to call to the reception and they dealt with it . Thank God. The service is too bad except the cleaning , it was OK and the other paid stuff. If it’s not paid, they were behaving to you like the shit. Big queues in the main restaurant, no meat at your disposal ,every time you have to wait for the forks and knives , napkins and other stuff. And if you ask the waiter to give you the forks ,they said that it was not allowed and we had to wait for 10 and more minutes. And about the service ,we were given a room number with two separate beds but we had paid for the double bed . The food was OK but it’s more like a half or full board ,not like all-inclusive . You don’t get the posh food or sth extraordinary. Meat and seafood you’re given by the chef in the street while waiting in the big queues. The food was not hot ,sometimes even cold. A big issue with the renovation of the building . The rooms and the territory is really worn out , it needs some fixing . But it’d be better done while being closed. Still nobody considers it and you may tackle with loud sounds of different machines for fixing while lying at the beach or near the pool. The hotel is really OVERWHELMED WITH PEOPLE. No spare sunbeds,dinner tables and so on. You either have to wait or not use it at all. Cleaning is OK . It was done without any problems. Location is really nice but be aware of the fact that you wouldn’t swim in the sea (unless you are a nice swimmer and can swim at the depth of 5 metres) In the information page (you’ll be given it after the check-in) it’s written about late dinner. But take into account that it’s only for people who check in late,not everyone . So,I’d really recommend visiting other hotels if you care about your money and vacation . If there was an option to evaluate this hotel with a minus,I would definitely do that. I want you to understand that it’s not FOUR STARS,it’s barely TWO. And the icing on the cake, I have cut my foot with a rock or because of a rocky sand since everywhere was dirt and thrown litter!!!!!!!! So ,keep your money and look for some better locations !

Good afternoon, everyone! We are currently resting at the hotel and today, unfortunately, we are already flying home (( . I will write everything as it is , without embellishment . We are vacationing in Egypt at 4* for the first time, we always rested in 5* hotels, but we had a large company of 14 people, 4 of them children, we were selected according to the budget and the choice fell on this hotel, at first I was worried about something)) then I read the reviews and calmed down a bit. If you don't want to read a lot, I'll say this , solid 4 * ka , I recommend it for relaxation! We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m., it took about 30 minutes from the airport to check into 2 hotels, we were immediately given bracelets and escorted to breakfast, everything was shown and told, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Immediately at the reception, we agreed to be given a good room , $ 20 per room, renovated room stock in building 5 , on the left hand if you look at the lagoon . We had 5 rooms, we prepared them gradually and from 12:00-14:00 we gave them to everyone . The rooms are ordinary, clean and tidy, kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator, though it freezes like a freezer, safe, shower is not done very well, everything leaks on the floor to the sink. Very poor sound insulation, it feels like the neighbors are in your room , and the front doors are slamming hard. The lagoon is gorgeous , no pool is needed, there is a beautiful reef near the fish restaurant where you can swim with a mask , a lot of beautiful fish . If you want to lie by the Lagoon, then sun beds should be occupied from 6-7 in the morning, there are a lot of free sun beds near the sea, but there is a wind . Slides are working, you can go to the mini water park in the neighboring hotel across the street. The animation runs from 10-23:00, the guys are well done, they are giving their best 100%. The food is like in ordinary hotels in Egypt, meat, fish, fruits, everything is there, you will not be hungry, yesterday there were crabs, but to be honest there is nothing there)) and so there is enough food, everything is delicious and edible, beer is poured from 11:00 strong alcohol early, I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't use it)) friends didn't complain. The room is cleaned on request, you press the cleaning button and they will come and clean everything , even every day. The water in the room is replenished. We went on a boat trip from the hotel to go fishing and like look at the corals through the glass bottom, it's trash, I don't recommend it, a strong wave, made everyone seasick. I would definitely come back to this hotel one more time! I recommend it , the quality is higher than the price

We had a rest in September 2025, flew in at night, immediately paid a little bit to give a good room, gave a room after renovation with a view of the lagoon, liked everything.The rooms were clean and well cleaned, 5 towels were changed daily.The food is for 4, but as for me, I don't like a lot of spices and spicy, but we weren't hungry, we had enough breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we could always choose something.The lagoon and the sea are super, you can always choose where to swim, the reef...beautiful if you swim from the stairs, there are a lot of fish, many of them are fed there, although it was not entirely clear to me, to see the beautiful corals you need to swim away.The animation is on 4, but the guys are trying their best.the staff is friendly, many speak Russian.The building is being repaired noisily, but it didn't bother us much.there are a lot of people, but no one bothers anyone.In general, we liked the hotel, we will come back again, yes, we will come back, everyone is trying to make the rest comfortable and I think that in the future the hotel will be even better because there is the sea, the sun and a good location for this.Thanks

Hello everyone, we stayed at this hotel from September 6 to September 13, 2025. Only the most positive emotions and impressions, the sea is everywhere here and the reefs and the lagoon and the sea, the territory is large, there are always plenty of sun beds and at least somewhere, Wi-Fi is free - it catches perfectly throughout the territory. We enjoyed it, we had a family vacation with 2 adults and a child of 5 years old, and we will be happy to come back again. The staff is polite, courteous, everyone is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, everything works, there are plenty of everything - clean towels, clean bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, plenty, the bar is being renovated with water, tea, coffee, sugar, plenty. We really enjoyed it!!! The food is varied, Tuesday is a fish day, Friday is a themed dinner...We will definitely come back to this hotel, the sea here is incomparable, the location of the hotel is good, you can go out into the city for a walk, you can take a taxi, at least as much as possible, it's close to the airport, in general, everything went great for us personally, yes, the hotel is big and there are a lot of people, but the sea....It's a buzz and the service is excellent.

Great hotel. There is a lagoon when there is wind at sea or you can not swim in the sea. Two buildings protect from the wind and create a calm sunny area inside the lagoon. Good nutrition. There are old rooms and rooms after renovation. We paid a little extra upon check-in so that we could be provided with normal rooms. We also filled out a questionnaire upon check-in, and the data from the questionnaire can be used to get free Wi-fi throughout the hotel, not just in the lobby. You can go to two other Sunny Days hotels, which are located very close by. You can go for a walk, or you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We had a vacation in 2023, a large beautiful territory. Almost all rooms have sea views, as the sea surrounds the hotel from almost all sides. There are many advantages in this hotel:1) strong animation for adults and children, 2) very beautiful reef, 3) large territory, the opportunity to use the services of 3 hotels, 4) free Internet, 5) there is a place for swimming when the wind is strong, 6) good excursions from the hotel, 7) friendly staff, 8) clean on site. There are many palm trees and there is a garden with flowering trees. 9) There are a la carte restaurants where you can have dinner for free by appointment. 10) there are shops and even a pharmacy on site. Among the disadvantages are tired rooms and it is difficult to feed children for breakfast if they are picky (for example, if they are used to porridge for breakfast, then it is difficult to find a traditional porridge here, but there are milk noodles, very boiled oatmeal porridge, cold rice porridge. My children didn't eat this, so it was difficult, otherwise the food was varied and delicious. They didn't clean up a couple of times, so I had to ask the staff for help with cleaning. There are a lot of mosquitoes, do not leave the balcony open in the evening. Take mosquito repellents with you. I give you 5 stars, because we had a very good rest here. A good hotel, the location from the main embankment is about 45 minutes on foot along the road, sometimes the sidewalk is quite narrow, unfinished buildings nearby, it didn't seem very good to us. There are crabs once a week, but there is nothing to eat in it. room stock - there are old rooms , there are new renovated ones . they are initially settled in the old room stock, if desired, they can be changed to a new room with an additional fee. The hotel overlooks the open sea on one side, the depth of entry is 1m, there are a small number of fish, you can go snorkeling. The lagoon is too deep and not so interesting, as there are no fish in sight.

The hotel as a whole is not even bad. The first room wasn't very good, it was next to the elevator, but it had been repaired for 3 days at the time of the stay. The noise was terrible, and you walk out of the room, and there's construction debris all around. We agreed through the tour operator, and we were moved to another room. The rooms themselves are a bit old (economy class). I liked the infrastructure around the hotel and inside. Everything is nearby. There are four bars on site, and you can grab a snack at the bar at the end of the hotel. The food is good. Breakfasts are like everywhere else, lunch is normal, and for dinner there were always grilled dishes. 👍 The sea was clear, but mostly there were dead corals on the right side of the hotel. I recommend going to the end where the fish restaurant is located. There are more fish there. I recommend a hotel for an inexpensive stay, but it is better to take neighboring hotels from Sanny Days. They are newer, and you can use all the services in any territory. 🤗

We spent time with mom at Sunny Days El Palacio Resort from September 21 to October 1. The last time we visited this hotel was in September 2012. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but this does not really interfere with the rest. Some of the rooms have already been renovated. We lived in a storam room, the furniture is old, but cozy. The shower wasn't working properly in the room and the bathroom door wouldn't open properly. Our guide Ahmed helped us with this problem, thanks to him for this (he suggested that we change the number, but it was enough for them to fix the problems. The staff is friendly, many people speak Russian, but not all. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry. You can always find empty seats for breakfast and lunch, as many leave early in the morning for excursions. About the excursions, we went for two :1. Sightseeing tour of the city. We saw a pro-Orthodox church, a mosque, a shop with oils, teas, spices and perfumes, and also went to the bazaar (prices there are lower than in the shops at the hotels). If you need a pharmacy, you need to tell your tour guide about it, then you will stop at a pharmacy (prices are lower than in hotels). 2. Boat tour. Guests of this hotel can use the services of two other hotels of this chain: Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort & Spa (there is a pharmacy if you really need it. There is a spa on the territory of Sunny Days El Palacio Resort. If you want a SPA, then the Rusaks don't speak Russian there. A very nice and friendly bartender was at ElBadry beach (if I remember the name correctly), if you look at the lagoons, then he's a good guy.

We had a rest on January 26. Pretty 4ka . Great views from the rooms. The lagoon inside the hotel is protected from the wind, so you can swim and sunbathe even in the windiest weather. The food for Egypt is not bad, you can always choose something. Repairs are underway in several buildings, which is not pleasant, but it is not very annoying. There are 3 hotels on the same territory, and you can use the entire infrastructure. The hotel has very few fish . The water is clear and transparent. Several restaurants by appointment are free- there is no point in going the same as in a hotel restaurant, you just have to wait until they serve, the drinks are confused, part of the order was not brought at all..

The hotel is just great, several kitchens, a buffet, the guys are great, they clean everything all the time, every day there are different activities for children and adults, the pool is warm, the bottom is sandy, lifeguards are everywhere, slides for children with a descent into the water. The room cleaning is great, the guys are trying very hard. The only negative for me is the huge queues in the restaurant and the crowd of people does not stop at all. Three hotels are part of this network and everyone goes to eat here. The food is amazing for every taste. I've been to many places, but it's never been so delicious! I want to add a review. For 2 days in a row, they steal a towel from a shizlong, apparently someone earns money from it. Do not leave the towel unattended.

Of course, it was nice to see the fruit plate, but that was after a small review was written and we talked to the guide. Although there is all the client's data to make it pleasant, there is a residue left. But!!! The sun and the sea won 😉 The reception desk gave us $20 to check in ahead of time and into a nice room. In our opinion, the best rooms are in the building on the left side of the exit from the main building, along the lagoon, 2nd floor rooms 5136/5138/5140 , even rooms overlook the lagoon and the sun is always there and you watch a beautiful sunrise and the sun all day, you can also rest on the balcony. Rooms with sea view, beautiful view, but always in the shade. In the bathroom, they always asked to put a towel on the floor when cleaning, because the water from the shower was always on the floor. The animation guys are great, especially Adam and Chick, the ringleaders. The disco is so-so, we found out for it only on the 4th day, after the evening animation was completed, there was just an inscription on the screen in small letters that "there is a disco on the 2nd floor at 23h", maybe people are pulling up there later, but when we arrived, 10 people were like that. But that's not what we came for). The restaurant is excellent, the chefs and waiters try their best, there is a lot of food, different and very tasty, they arrange everything in an original and beautiful way (desserts). We went to three a la carte restaurants, liked it, the food was satisfying. We had lunch a couple of times at the hotel where the water park is. The second hotel has a cool pool and a cocktail lounge./you can order and drink juices right from the comfort of it). Our room was great, clean, and fresh. The sea is beautiful, there are beautiful fish in the bay, take masks and enjoy the view. Thanks to the staff for the service!

A magnificent hotel. My husband and I visit it every year in the second half of November. Every year this hotel is transformed. This year, new umbrellas and sun beds have been installed on the beach. The buildings are equipped with new furniture. The gorgeous solon spa. As for the food, it's top class. There is always fish, beef, chicken, vegetables and various side dishes. The sea and the bay are clean, the water is warm. There is no wind. I highly recommend it. You can always go to the city, a taxi costs 2 dollars one way. You can order from the hotel. The staff speaks several languages, including Russian. You won't regret coming.

It's a good joke. The sea is incomparable, for which it is worth choosing this hotel. If you thank the guys at the reception upon check-in, you will receive a key to a good room in the wing, which is after renovation. We had a rest at the end of August (24-31), we were moved to the 2nd floor, we were given 2 beds instead of three, we were given a cot the next day.the view was perfect, the only thing that hadn't been washed was the balcony(.We lived with a view of the lagoon, just perfect.To go to the sea, to the lagoon-I strongly advise you to buy coral slippers.There is just a mountain of food, there are places, but you don't have to wait outside, it's better under air conditioning.For children, there are water parks on 3 sides.We had a rest at El Palacio.The territory is large and spacious, you can swim in the sea with masks, but it's better to go down the stairs, but you can't go there with children under 5 years old.The tours are varied and the guide will tell you everything.I enjoyed my vacation for a week, of course, it's almost impossible to master everything, next time we'll go for 2 weeks.

This is my 4th hotel in Egypt and the most unusual location. The sea is everywhere. It starts from the main building, inside the hotel and on all its sides, it is unique. THERE is no need to GO AND DRIVE to the beach. The most important thing is that there are WINDLESS AND sunny sides. The water has a very beautiful color. THERE ARE fish. There are several bars on the street. It's a pity that there aren't enough toilets. Some rooms are new and outdated, dirty, and some are modernly renovated, but for an additional fee. The payment is unofficial. BUT the current cleaning is good, towels are changed every day. The program and animation are weak. I like a relaxing holiday and going to bed early, so it's normal for me. The food is excellent, and there are even whole fruits and vegetables. There is a lot of meat and fish. The sun beds are old plastic, but intact! There are two more about this network nearby, you can visit them. I recommend visiting this hotel at least once, it will definitely not leave you indifferent.

I give a 5 and recommend the hotel, despite the disadvantages listed below due to the excellent work and friendliness of the staff, thoughtful routing of people, cleanliness, wonderful lagoon and sea. Zumba, yoga, belly dancing (and regular), water aerobics, volleyball almost all day. The hotel is 100% full, there are no available rooms. The hotel is tired, but in the process of renovation. The rooms leave much to be desired, but fresh linen, new towels in the room and on the beach, and good cleaning make up for it. The food is very diverse, queues happen for omelets (alas!) and in the evening at the grill - and that's small. The complex consists of 3 hotels, and the main reason for the crowds is that guests from all three hotels come to the Palacio for the pool and the sea. This is the first time I've seen such responsible work by rescuers - they don't "sit out" their ass all day, but constantly monitor and dive at the hint of any difficulty among the swimmers.

I really liked the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, the sweets were generally beyond praise. The beer is unexpectedly normal. The pool is small, but with its lagoon it is not needed at all, as for me. Unlike other hotels, there is always access to seawater, even when the waves and the open sea itself are closed.
