I spent a week at this hotel and it was a week of super fun. Friendly staff, clean beaches, large territory, delicious food and everything you need for a holiday. The animators here are the best. Lots of interesting activities: volleyball, dancing, yoga. In the evening we went with the animators to the club and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much for the pleasant time spent here.

The vacation was really bad . We had expected to have better days in Egypt . I’d like to start with all the disadvantages we have faced with : -no WI-Fi, only a paid one . So ,for six days ,one person,you” ll get to pay 20€. That’s too pricey while at the same time there are hotels which offer free Internet . RUSSIANS . I’d really ask all Ukrainians to stay away from this hotel since we have faced with the discrimination of the Ukrainians as the nation and a bad behavior of the staff towards us. We’ve been to Egypt before and already tried lots of things. So,when the tourist agent was badgering us into the dessert activities . We just politely refused to. He asked “Where are you from?” . I answered “Ukraine”. He said “oh,then it’s quite understandable why you’re behaving like that”. I decided to put up with it and not make a big fuss. But in the evening that night, there was a bar worker at the beach who was disrespectfully trying to copy my English accent . When I have contacted the manager of the hotel , he tried to help us and figure it out. We came to that man and he just told that my English was really nice and he wanted to speak it with the same accent . (But believe me ,it’s not what he was talking about ) . BTW,the manager told me that I was exaggerating and “being too vulnerable”. 😂👍 Russians are just horrible and unbearable,always drunk ,shouting and screaming. They don’t have the norms of the behavior. They could easily spoil your vacation . Loud Russian music everywhere , at the main stage, even at 2 a.m at our hotel hall. Some Russians decided to listen to music at night , thought it was OK. I had to call to the reception and they dealt with it . Thank God. The service is too bad except the cleaning , it was OK and the other paid stuff. If it’s not paid, they were behaving to you like the shit. Big queues in the main restaurant, no meat at your disposal ,every time you have to wait for the forks and knives , napkins and other stuff. And if you ask the waiter to give you the forks ,they said that it was not allowed and we had to wait for 10 and more minutes. And about the service ,we were given a room number with two separate beds but we had paid for the double bed . The food was OK but it’s more like a half or full board ,not like all-inclusive . You don’t get the posh food or sth extraordinary. Meat and seafood you’re given by the chef in the street while waiting in the big queues. The food was not hot ,sometimes even cold. A big issue with the renovation of the building . The rooms and the territory is really worn out , it needs some fixing . But it’d be better done while being closed. Still nobody considers it and you may tackle with loud sounds of different machines for fixing while lying at the beach or near the pool. The hotel is really OVERWHELMED WITH PEOPLE. No spare sunbeds,dinner tables and so on. You either have to wait or not use it at all. Cleaning is OK . It was done without any problems. Location is really nice but be aware of the fact that you wouldn’t swim in the sea (unless you are a nice swimmer and can swim at the depth of 5 metres) In the information page (you’ll be given it after the check-in) it’s written about late dinner. But take into account that it’s only for people who check in late,not everyone . So,I’d really recommend visiting other hotels if you care about your money and vacation . If there was an option to evaluate this hotel with a minus,I would definitely do that. I want you to understand that it’s not FOUR STARS,it’s barely TWO. And the icing on the cake, I have cut my foot with a rock or because of a rocky sand since everywhere was dirt and thrown litter!!!!!!!! So ,keep your money and look for some better locations !

We stayed at this hotel 3 times, 2 of which in 2025. The territory of the hotel is large (the total territory of 3 hotels, one of which has a lot of slides). When you leave the hotel building, you immediately get to the beach. The rooms have a beautiful view of the sea/lagoon. The food is for every taste, varied, delicious. The alcohol is local, but the cocktails are quite good. For a fee, you can connect Wi-Fi, it catches well throughout all 3 hotels. There are shops with everything you need on site. 4 Ala kart restaurants, you can sign up for all of them upon arrival, subject to availability. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they treat us very well. Now one of the buildings is being renovated, repairs are being made, after which the rest in this hotel will become even more pleasant and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel from July 12, 2025 to July 22. We are delighted with the rest, the staff is polite, cleaning every day. We were given a newly renovated room on the ground floor with access to the lagoon, next to the main restaurant. Number 2054. The hotel has its own huge lagoon with reefs and beautiful fish like in a cartoon. There are a lot of fish at the fish restaurant. We visited Ala Kart restaurants 3 times: fish restaurant 2 times and meat restaurant once in Palma da Mirette. Preference was given to fish: very tasty crab soup , shrimp, fish, crabs, mmm, it was my birthday , celebrated at the fish restaurant, the staff congratulated me with songs and with the cake, it was very pleasant. There are shops nearby , the prices are very low , for example, 2 liters of cola for 2 dollars. There is a pharmacy, and so on. We will come back to your hotel and recommend it to everyone. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and unforgettable.

Good afternoon, everyone! We are currently resting at the hotel and today, unfortunately, we are already flying home (( . I will write everything as it is , without embellishment . We are vacationing in Egypt at 4* for the first time, we always rested in 5* hotels, but we had a large company of 14 people, 4 of them children, we were selected according to the budget and the choice fell on this hotel, at first I was worried about something)) then I read the reviews and calmed down a bit. If you don't want to read a lot, I'll say this , solid 4 * ka , I recommend it for relaxation! We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m., it took about 30 minutes from the airport to check into 2 hotels, we were immediately given bracelets and escorted to breakfast, everything was shown and told, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Immediately at the reception, we agreed to be given a good room , $ 20 per room, renovated room stock in building 5 , on the left hand if you look at the lagoon . We had 5 rooms, we prepared them gradually and from 12:00-14:00 we gave them to everyone . The rooms are ordinary, clean and tidy, kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator, though it freezes like a freezer, safe, shower is not done very well, everything leaks on the floor to the sink. Very poor sound insulation, it feels like the neighbors are in your room , and the front doors are slamming hard. The lagoon is gorgeous , no pool is needed, there is a beautiful reef near the fish restaurant where you can swim with a mask , a lot of beautiful fish . If you want to lie by the Lagoon, then sun beds should be occupied from 6-7 in the morning, there are a lot of free sun beds near the sea, but there is a wind . Slides are working, you can go to the mini water park in the neighboring hotel across the street. The animation runs from 10-23:00, the guys are well done, they are giving their best 100%. The food is like in ordinary hotels in Egypt, meat, fish, fruits, everything is there, you will not be hungry, yesterday there were crabs, but to be honest there is nothing there)) and so there is enough food, everything is delicious and edible, beer is poured from 11:00 strong alcohol early, I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't use it)) friends didn't complain. The room is cleaned on request, you press the cleaning button and they will come and clean everything , even every day. The water in the room is replenished. We went on a boat trip from the hotel to go fishing and like look at the corals through the glass bottom, it's trash, I don't recommend it, a strong wave, made everyone seasick. I would definitely come back to this hotel one more time! I recommend it , the quality is higher than the price

We had a rest in September 2025, flew in at night, immediately paid a little bit to give a good room, gave a room after renovation with a view of the lagoon, liked everything.The rooms were clean and well cleaned, 5 towels were changed daily.The food is for 4, but as for me, I don't like a lot of spices and spicy, but we weren't hungry, we had enough breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we could always choose something.The lagoon and the sea are super, you can always choose where to swim, the reef...beautiful if you swim from the stairs, there are a lot of fish, many of them are fed there, although it was not entirely clear to me, to see the beautiful corals you need to swim away.The animation is on 4, but the guys are trying their best.the staff is friendly, many speak Russian.The building is being repaired noisily, but it didn't bother us much.there are a lot of people, but no one bothers anyone.In general, we liked the hotel, we will come back again, yes, we will come back, everyone is trying to make the rest comfortable and I think that in the future the hotel will be even better because there is the sea, the sun and a good location for this.Thanks

Nice hotel. You go out on one side of the hotel - the sea, on the other - the lagoon. I didn't like the food at first, but then it became clear that I liked it better, there are queues in the dining room, but they bring food and add it. The canteen staff is polite and friendly. There are bars in the dining room, lobby and on the beach. There are free bars with local alcohol, and there is a paid bar with imported alcohol. The sea near Palacio can be shallow at low tide, but further away on Sunny Days Palma De Mirette beach, the sea is deeper. The hotel is being renovated, and some parts of the building are closed. You can hear the sounds of construction, but you can go further away, and it will not cause inconvenience. Some of the rooms have been renovated and have new furniture. We were in an old room, it was clean, but the furniture was "shabby", but everything can be forgiven with such a view of the sea, the bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioner broke, but it was quickly repaired. Daily cleaning was carried out, shower gels, shampoos were applied, towels were changed, and the sand was swept out of the room. There are restaurants with Italian, Egyptian, and Asian cuisine + a seafood restaurant that you can go to once for free. I liked 2 of them and 2 not so much. There are water slides on site and in the hotel, which are part of the network Sunny Days has a water park. There are children's and adult animations, we don't know the quality, we didn't visit, we went for the sake of the sea. There was one disadvantage: if you check out late, the hotel gives you the opportunity to take a shower in another room in the evening after the beach (they have special rooms), they gave you a dirty, unmade room, without towels, shower gels were all used up, hair in the bathtub, tampons on the table by the sink. That's the only thing that ruined the experience. Even if a person leaves, it does not mean that he should get into such a situation. The bracelets were cut off immediately, and they were not allowed to attend dinner on the last day, although the first day was full (late arrival). The reception is not rude, but when you approach with dissatisfaction, they "strike a pose." Overall, the impressions are good, we would have gone a second time, because you can buy quite a lot. We took 2 excursions from our tour operator.

Hello everyone, we stayed at this hotel from September 6 to September 13, 2025. Only the most positive emotions and impressions, the sea is everywhere here and the reefs and the lagoon and the sea, the territory is large, there are always plenty of sun beds and at least somewhere, Wi-Fi is free - it catches perfectly throughout the territory. We enjoyed it, we had a family vacation with 2 adults and a child of 5 years old, and we will be happy to come back again. The staff is polite, courteous, everyone is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, everything works, there are plenty of everything - clean towels, clean bed linen, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, plenty, the bar is being renovated with water, tea, coffee, sugar, plenty. We really enjoyed it!!! The food is varied, Tuesday is a fish day, Friday is a themed dinner...We will definitely come back to this hotel, the sea here is incomparable, the location of the hotel is good, you can go out into the city for a walk, you can take a taxi, at least as much as possible, it's close to the airport, in general, everything went great for us personally, yes, the hotel is big and there are a lot of people, but the sea....It's a buzz and the service is excellent.

We had a vacation with my granddaughter for 11 years from 07/20 to 07/28/2025, we liked it. Hunting in Egypt is not the first time.There's a sea, fish, and rats everywhere. The hotel is 100% full, so there are problems with sun beds on the beach. There are also problems with empty tables in the restaurant. The food is varied, you will not be hungry. The rooms are tired, the furniture is old, but everything works, and we went to the sea, not to sit in the room. Cleaning is daily, and water is also brought. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and I think all rooms and furniture will be updated next year. WI-FI was made free throughout the hotel, I even used it on the beach, but I need to connect to it, enter the room number, email, and like my phone number. And you will always be in touch both in the room and on the beach, for me it's a big plus. Although when we arrived, the wi-fi was only in the lobby at the reception for free. We can use the nearby hotel, but we didn't go. There are a lot of Russians, for me it's a plus. It's close to the airport, we drove 15-20 minutes. Animation in the evening alternated, apparently, children's and adult every other day, we didn't always go, so I don't know for sure. In general, everything is like everywhere else in Egypt, only in Sunny Days El Palacio there is sea everywhere because of the large lagoon. Next to the hotel there is a market with fixed prices and a lot of all kinds of shops and fruits are sold, we ate cacti)) It's probably going to be a bit boring for young people, although there are a lot of them there too. The price-quality ratio.The hotel is beautiful, one of the three hotels where you can move around absolutely freely. There is a private lagoon, 5 m deep, for those who like to swim.There is a reef (island) in the lagoon, near which there are many fish, and it's great to swim there with masks. There is also access to the sea itself, it is beautiful, and there are a lot more reefs and fish there. But at low tide, the water is knee-deep in the sea, so the lagoon helps out. The food is full of all sorts of different, for every taste. Local sweets are something incredible, despite the fact that I don't like sweets. You won't stay 100% hungry. Grill every day for lunch and dinner. Cleaning. The staff is all men. How can I explain to a guy what needs to be washed under a chair?)))) We washed every day, more or less clean, and thanks for that))) it's not their fault that we arrived with excessive requests). In general, I enjoyed my stay, the impressions are pleasant, the staff is trying, for which I thank them.

We had a vacation in 2023, a large beautiful territory. Almost all rooms have sea views, as the sea surrounds the hotel from almost all sides. A good hotel, the location from the main embankment is about 45 minutes on foot along the road, sometimes the sidewalk is quite narrow, unfinished buildings nearby, it didn't seem very good to us. There are crabs once a week, but there is nothing to eat in it. room stock - there are old rooms , there are new renovated ones . they are initially settled in the old room stock, if desired, they can be changed to a new room with an additional fee. The hotel overlooks the open sea on one side, the depth of entry is 1m, there are a small number of fish, you can go snorkeling. The lagoon is too deep and not so interesting, as there are no fish in sight.

We spent time with mom at Sunny Days El Palacio Resort from September 21 to October 1. The last time we visited this hotel was in September 2012. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but this does not really interfere with the rest. Some of the rooms have already been renovated. We lived in a storam room, the furniture is old, but cozy. The shower wasn't working properly in the room and the bathroom door wouldn't open properly. Our guide Ahmed helped us with this problem, thanks to him for this (he suggested that we change the number, but it was enough for them to fix the problems. The staff is friendly, many people speak Russian, but not all. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry. You can always find empty seats for breakfast and lunch, as many leave early in the morning for excursions. About the excursions, we went for two :1. Sightseeing tour of the city. We saw a pro-Orthodox church, a mosque, a shop with oils, teas, spices and perfumes, and also went to the bazaar (prices there are lower than in the shops at the hotels). If you need a pharmacy, you need to tell your tour guide about it, then you will stop at a pharmacy (prices are lower than in hotels). 2. Boat tour. You will be able to swim with fish, diving (you need to register for it separately), you will be deliciously fed. We liked everything. Here is the price list for the excursions that were offered to us: 1. Hammam and massage - $ 20 for an adult. 2. Vip hammam and massage for $35 per adult. 3. Boat trip. The hotel has free wi-fi in the lobby without authorization, as well as Sunny Days Premium wi-fi, but you need to log in there. The password can be obtained from the administrator at the reception. Guests of this hotel can use the services of two other hotels of this chain: Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort & Spa (there is a pharmacy if you really need it. Sam works there, a very friendly and sweet man. Will help, will prompt). and Sunny Days Mirette Hotel (it is located across the street). There is a spa on the territory of Sunny Days El Palacio Resort. If you want a SPA, then the Rusaks don't speak Russian there. A very nice and friendly bartender was at ElBadry beach (if I remember the name correctly), if you look at the lagoons, then he's a good guy.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are very satisfied, I do not understand the bad reviews. We came for the sea, it's gorgeous. Alcohol, yes, not much. A whiskey-Cola with ice is fine. There's a lot of food if you add salt and pepper. People are different, you can't please everyone... Beef and rice are very tasty, often fish is fried, there were crabs, often chicken. They say that the attitude towards Russians is bad..They didn't notice, they love children very much, they always pay a lot of attention. Yes, there are a couple of personalities, but most of them are always smiling and will come to the rescue. I guess the way you treat people is the same for you..Many thanks to the cleaner, he is such a nice guy, he always asks how you are and if everything is ok. The views are amazing. The air conditioner is working. The room is old, but we only spent the night there. The animation is so-so. But the kids and I didn't stay long. The guide from Anex tour is serious (but ours are also disrespectful, always chatting, skipping important information), but at the same time solved all the problems. We took guided tours, liked everything. The guide in Luxor is so cool, I got caught diving:The instructor wanted to refuse, because I was suffocating like claustrophobia, but he calmed me down and slowly everything worked out. They also took a photo shoot there, 130 bucks for everything. You won't find an individual in Moscow. And there the whole day, the whole family (4 people) took pictures and videos.You can bargain in the hotel store, prices are reduced by 90%, there is a good state pharmacy in the city, prices are cheap. Both adults and children are very happy, don't read people's nonsense, the hotel is great.

We just flew in from this hotel today, about the food!it's just super food for every taste, it was delicious, there were shrimps, crabs,various fish, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, a lot of different fruits, whatever sweets you want There are new rooms, there are old ones, but they are not bad enough, they are cleaned every day and well,the beaches are clean, you can always find a place if there are no free sun beds, they will always bring you interesting animation for every taste and age, they participated themselves and were satisfied, the staff is polite, they will always help if you need something and tell you, the shops on the territory are better and cheaper As you have tested for yourself outside the hotel, get oils from Mikhail on the territory of the hotel, you will not regret the price better than in the city.In general, we are very satisfied and plan to return to this hotel again!!!

Good day to everyone. The hotel is simply amazing. The sea is for every taste. A huge area where you can walk around until you drop. Friendly staff, but so far so good. The room cleaning is great, the guys are trying very hard. The only negative for me is the huge queues in the restaurant and the crowd of people does not stop at all. Three hotels are part of this network and everyone goes to eat here. The food is amazing for every taste. I've been to many places, but it's never been so delicious! I want to add a review. For 2 days in a row, they steal a towel from a shizlong, apparently someone earns money from it. Do not leave the towel unattended.

I really liked the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, the sweets were generally beyond praise. The beer is unexpectedly normal. The pool is small, but with its lagoon it is not needed at all, as for me. Unlike other hotels, there is always access to seawater, even when the waves and the open sea itself are closed. And the sea is magical)) There is a lagoon inside the hotel, on the left side there is a coral beach, the entrance to the sea is shallow, but at the edge of the shallow water, where there is a diving club, there is a very beautiful Reef and a variety of fish!! You can always buy ripe mango and fresh mango on the street, as well as other fruits. There are a lot of shops in the area, if you forgot something, you will find everything. I give a 5 and recommend the hotel, despite the disadvantages listed below due to the excellent work and friendliness of the staff, thoughtful routing of people, cleanliness, wonderful lagoon and sea. I'd like to mention the animation work right away: the guys keep the guests occupied from morning until late at night (if the guests wish!) both adults and children. Zumba, yoga, belly dancing (and regular), water aerobics, volleyball almost all day. The hotel is 100% full, there are no available rooms. The hotel is tired, but in the process of renovation. The rooms leave much to be desired, but fresh linen, new towels in the room and on the beach, and good cleaning make up for it. The food is very diverse, queues happen for omelets (alas!) and in the evening at the grill - and that's small. We had a vacation in August, with a family of 2 adults and two children. I didn't respond to the bad reviews, I really liked the sea, but in vain. For us, who have visited many countries and hotels, this one turned out to be the most terrible since arrival. Upon arrival at 11 a.m., we were told that check-in was not earlier than two o'clock. Okay, there are a lot of people, we're sitting, standing, whatever. We're waiting. One child is disabled, I told about it at the reception. At 14, they gave me the keys to the room in the penultimate building, on the second floor. When we entered the room, I was speechless.. I've never seen such a dirty and tired room. We paid the money, but they put us in such a place..It's not like sleeping there, it's not pleasant. This is a 4-star hotel for a moment. Naturally, they refused, they told me to go to the reception again, and these tired people who had been waiting for hours in the heat with a disabled child were not ice at all... The room was replaced, we waited an hour for cleaning!!! We were given a room on the third floor, the last building. There are a lot of people. The rooms that have been renovated are not given to Russians. There is no clothes dryer. Who tied the underwear, whose clothes flew around the hotel. Air conditioners, I don't know. what kind of times, so old. The noise and buzz from them is creepy. When it broke on the third day, and it was done only a day later, we were no longer surprised. It was not possible to get through to the reception, they gave the wrong phone number so that they would not call, but go there. The answer to everything is one hour, wait, and everything is in a circle. On the fourth day, I took the bug off the wall and called the senior cleaning administrator, so he another admin tried to convince me that it was a malarial mosquito). It was only on the third day that we found out the correct phone number. The Wi-Fi is turned off for two days. Only at the reception or for money. If insisted, reconnect again for two days...That's how we went, connected every two days. The territory is large, there are a lot of people, of course, there is not a foot in this hotel anymore. Repairs will be done for another two years, I don't want to hope that I will get caught after the repair. There is no animation from the word at all. I've never seen anything like it before. They say hello in the evening, that's all. NOTHING. There is a crowd on the children's slides, children are riding, parents are sitting in the pool, it feels like they don't go out, even to the toilet. The food is good. Beer and wine, diluted. There is no fruit..Oranges, dates, I just remember..a couple of times the melon was not tasty. The children's menu served nuggets a couple of times, overcooked and dry. Once there were crabs, river crabs, the smell was not pleasant from them. The children had two birthdays, went to a fish and Italian restaurant, and enjoyed it. All that remained was to swim and sunbathe. The sun beds were occupied in the morning. We took drinks on the beach, the bartenders were great. Summing up the review, I conclude that the hotel needs to be closed, renovated, and then invited guests. It's not exactly 4 stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

The rooms are clean and new enough if you are not staying in the old one. The staff is polite, the waiters and bartenders are always dirty. The kitchen is more or less, you will not stay hungry. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is for every taste)
