The room has furniture that is 50 years old, the air conditioner breaks down 3 times a day, and the cleaning is terrible. There are just a lot of people, to have dinner sitting at the table you need to try very hard, someone ate even standing up. And it was for dinner every day. The food is almost the same every day. You won't stay hungry, but there's not much to choose from. It's the same problem with sun beds. After 9 a.m., finding a sunbed is a whole quest. Alcohol and drinks are poured into small disposable cups-no more than two for one bracelet, so there are always a lot of people at the bars too. Upon arrival, they settled in for almost 3 hours, and they were sent to Miret , allegedly there are no rooms here. Although we booked this one, we had to swear for a long time. Our hotel has two restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.If there are a lot of people in one, then you can go to the second floor, there are always fewer people and there are places.The hotel has ITS OWN good fish restaurant-you just need to sign up.It stands right by the sea.There is a diving center and yachts for sea trips.For a little money, you can rent a boat with a transparent bottom.They find their own companions. The most terrible Vacation in our vacation history. It all started on arrival: instead of the stated $25 for a visa per person, I had to pay $27 on 12/27/24. When asked by tourists who came with children: why don't they feed us at the all-inclusive, they rudely said that breakfast was not allowed on the first day. They asked the reception to move into a quiet area, but they moved into a creepy old room - so worn out in everything that the child refused to go into the bathroom. Everything is old and shabby and worn, from the front doors to the bed linen. It was amazing that the hot water was with good pressure. There is no noise isolation from the word at all. Room cleaning - the room was cleaned for the first 3 days, then apparently the lack of tips affected, we had to look for and change towels ourselves, ask for tual paper. Of course, no one has ever changed their underwear. The duvet cover is worn on the left side. The sheets- from old age- are like gauze. In bars, everything is poured into plastic or boom cups. Most of all, I was annoyed by the night noise, noisy animation and the old age of the hotel as a whole. There is nowhere to go beyond the territory, and the Sheraton is 3.5 km away from a very uncomfortable and dirty road. It would probably be possible to put up with this if the price matched the quality. But we paid more than all the five-star hotels in Egypt for a 4-star, four in the Emirates. The only consolation was the opportunity to go sunbathing on the territory of the mirette hotel and use the slides of this hotel. He's more relaxed. A la carte restaurants are about nothing!
Conclusion: it's a pity for the money spent and the ruined vacation. The rudeness of the hotel staff is amazing! Ich habe mich im April 2024 alleine im Sunny Days El Palacio ausgeruht. Das Territorium des Hotels ist groß und wird von drei Hotels genutzt. Das Hotel, in dem ich wohnte, gefiel mir nicht wirklich. Der Strand ist schmutzig, der Zugang zum Meer ist unbequem, das Personal ist meistens nicht ansprechbar, es ist unmöglich, im Restaurant einen Platz zum Essen zu finden. Die Poolbar ist klein, ebenso wie der Pool. Generell war es unpraktisch, sich in diesem Hotel zu entspannen. So ging ich jeden Tag zum De Palm Pool, wo es immer Platz und Ruhe gab, eine gemütliche Bar und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Rettungsschwimmer, vor allem Ahmed Saeed, der mich immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßte und bei allen Problemen half. We had a rest at the beginning of April this year, the weather is excellent. The hotel is located 25 minutes away. drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The food is good, sometimes there were not enough places in the restaurant. It was very annoying to pay excessive attention to the Germans, there would be no Russians at all. The rooms are already very outdated, major repairs are required. The alcohol stinks all over, locally produced. The only one available was bottled beer. There are also crows in the hotel, which are constantly barking and pacing. In general, because we went to Egypt by the sea, we enjoyed it, there is something to see and show our children.

We were in January in a 4* premium room, I liked the location of the hotel, it has its own reef, sea view, warm pools, I would like to be warmer of course. It was not boring for the first week, then the animation program was repeated, so we went on a tour of Hurghada and to the Water Park with Pegasus. Our hotel had decent service, cocktails and staff. I'm currently vacationing at this hotel. A good budget hotel. It was built a long time ago, so the rooms are tired, but everything else is fine. The most important feature of this hotel is the large area around the lagoon and the open sea. Despite the fact that the hotel is large, there are many sun beds, they are all new, there is always a place to lie down. The guys on the beach and by the pool, well done, clean up the beach all day and take out the garbage brought by the waves from the sea. Clean beach towels are provided every day. The pool and the sea are kept in order. The rooms are cleaned only in order to protect the environment, if you want the towels to be washed, you need to throw them on the floor, and put a sign on the bed to change the linen. The reception is quick and friendly to resolve all issues. Most rooms have views of the lagoon and the sea. Many people speak Russian. From food, beef stew, beef patties, chicken, fish every day. They didn't give me a lot of food. Fruits are melon, apples, oranges, grapefruit, once there was a watermelon.

I had a vacation here in January. The rooms are ordinary, the furniture is old, but sturdy. Everything worked in my room. The kitchen is varied, you definitely won't stay hungry.The staff is friendly. Thanks to the lagoon, it was comfortable to swim and sunbathe. The hotel is located near the city center, you can walk.
