The food is monotonous, I could not enjoy the food, because I am very picky in this matter. She ate mainly cucumber and tomato salads and pasta. Even a normal chicken was hard to find. But my husband liked it, he ate everything. We didn't drink much alcohol, but there's rum, tequila, and whiskey - of the same taste- alcohol. Take two cocktails with the addition of different alcohol- the taste will be the same. The rooms are old, everything is on its last legs, but in general you can live. They clean so-so. We gave 10 dollars at check-in, so the room was acceptable. Next to us at the reception were people who complained about mold. Therefore, if you want an acceptable one, it is better to give money.
Everyone here writes about the beautiful sea - the sea is really beautiful, clean. The coral reef is also very beautiful, it's worth diving with a mask, because life is boiling there. BUT. No one says that there is no beach here. There are only bays here. There is a sandy entrance to the sea, but it is so small that everything is like tadpoles there. Another way to get in is to go down the stairs. If you dream, for example, like me, to lie on the shore so that you are washed by waves - this is, alas, unrealizable here. This is a huge minus. Plus, even on this "beach" you will be looking for a place for yourself for a very long time, because there are solid grandmothers who reserve sun beds for themselves for as much as a week in a way that they simply do not take their clothes from them. Money is also a minus. There are a lot of them here and all are queens. You can't approach them, you can't lie down next to them, because you violate their personal space.
The staff is friendly, but there are a lot of annoying characters who almost extort tips or want to give you a massage, pigtails, etc.
The territory of the hotel is constantly being looked after, from early morning to late evening they work on cleanliness and beauty here. In the rooms, too, it would not hurt so much.
In general, everything is not so sad and sad. You can live here and enjoy your vacation too. But to come here a second time - never.

Отдыхали с 21.07.23г по 30.07.23. Отель супер!!! Нам всё понравилось. Море шикарное, обслуживание отличное. Да, номера не новые, но всё работает. Закрываешь дверь на балкон и ты в полной тишине. Питание по сравнению с Турцией просто отличное. Плюс пользование всеми услугами на территории ещё двух отелей. Обошли все, но наш оказался самый лучший. Спасибо за отдых

Отдыхала с подругой и двумя годовалыми детьми.
+ покорили в 12 ночи;
+ Анимация есть их видно, они молодцы;
+Пляж и море чистые, насколько это возможно. +Спасатели работают отлично! Выгоняют из моря при его " закрытии" ( вечером и когда был инцидент с акулой) и спасли при мне мальчика;
- хоть отель и близко расположен ехать до и от него 50 мин- час;
- дали очень страшный номер 4100, я вылетела из него с маленьким ребенком, а меня ещё два часа мурыжил ужасный, жадный человек( на фото), который специально не хотел давать другой номер, он принимал всех, но меня специально игнорировал, я уже там плакала, и готова была уехать совсем! Очень долго! Ни грамма желания помочь решить проблему.
Но в итоге, дал очень грязный 3312 номер. Но по сравнению с первый это был рай!
+На следующий день, когда наши друзья поняли, что у них в 3 корпусе нет горячей воды, был другой очень приятный сотрудник в очках, он им дал посмотреть 4 номера! И переселил буквально за считаные минуты;
-во всех номерах нет зубных щеток, паст, стоят бумажные стаканы к чайникам, нет утюгов( платная услуга, которая работает только в первую половину дня), халатов, минибара;
- большие очереди в ресторане, столов, детских стульчиков не хватает;
- официанты не спрашивают, что из напитков принести: только если поймать и попросить;
-еда однообразная, по вкусу нормальная( не вау, чтоб ещё хотелось и не трак, чтоб не есть).
- на завтрак совсем нет мяса( только сосиски, сыну их давать бы не стала...);
- полотенца можно получить только один раз в день;
- интернет только в лобби, мы купили симку в магазине через дорогу 20 гб- 7 долларов;
- не хватает " грибков"- зонтиков на песчаном пляже, рядом с заходом в море;
- детская комната скромная по оснащению игрушками и вся в пыли, грязи;
- не нашли фастфуд, который бы давали весь день, только бары с коктелями ( смузи делают до 17:00) и с мороженым (с 12-14, но может закончится и раньше);
- можно выбрать лишь 1 из 4 ресторанов А Ля Карт для одно бесплатного посещения. И там вы не выбираете по меню, а вам приносят что есть. Мы были в рыбном (главное сесть на улице, но стала может не хватить, а в зале ооооочень душно, хоть нам открыли "проветривание") всё было вкусно.
- кораллы и рыбки, без обид, скучные (все в серых оттенках, максимум жёлтые), просто мне есть с чем сравнить... В Шармель они яркие и разноцветные.
В целом отель не плохой, отдохнули очень классно, не смотря на кишечную палочку, которую до сих пор лечим, но возвращать сюда не стала бы. Взяли 9 ночей за 70К(естественно с перелётом и трансфером). Поэтому гуд))

Еда отличная, но дома вкуснее! Номер стандартный, кандер работает! 5$ и обслуживание и персонал огонь! Расположение отличное: хочешь бассейн, хочешь залив, хочешь море, хочешь пустыня! Напитков хватало! Будет возможность, обязательно вернусь в этот отель!

Это отличный отель!!! На свою 4звезды вполне. Но мы же едем на море. Лагуна и заход в море просто шик) не в каждой 5-ем есть нормальный пляж( много видела: лужа да и только))
Поэтому если вы едете на море очень советую этот отель! Все фото без фильтров( такое море не нуждается в фильтрах)
Общались с людьми и много кто по 2-ОМУ разу летит именно в этот отель

Yes, the same, there is only one cook, although there is less service, because there is more territory and more people, not all the waiters have time. Russian Russians are very noisy for us because of the number of people and all the Russian tourists, we are Russians ourselves and we can look at this fun in Russia. We went on vacation in February, but this building was crowded even then. The crowd is everywhere, in the restaurant (dining room), at the reception, in the lobby.

1) If you want to buy a one-day tour, then on the day you check in, IMMEDIATELY find out where the guide (representative) from your tour operator is sitting, do not wait for the next day when he will gather all the guests from the hotel for a meeting, you will lose two days! We met with him on the 2nd day, like everyone who does not know, in the end we took the tour only on the 3rd day.
2) Do not see each other for free visits to restaurants. Of course, we went like everyone else, it's free food. Please, if you are going, do not get upset, but be prepared that the free menu is all for an amateur. And then there were only our Russians, who still quarreled, like it wasn't so tasty and it was a shame for our country. You came to eat for free, and you're also banging on. Of course, the taste depends on what you choose and on your preferences, we speak for ourselves. The waiters do not speak Russian, by the way, this difficulty exists throughout the city, if you do not know Arabic and English, think about which translators to download for yourself or learn their language a little, it will be very useful. Few of the staff at the hotel speak Russian, mostly they know only the basic words.
3) You can pay in pounds and dollars. The people of Egypt want you to pay in $, because the course is more profitable for them, but not for you. But there are places where they only accept pounds. Therefore, change half of your money to pounds. It is more profitable to pay in pounds everywhere! For example, you can buy mango juice in dollars for $ 1 = 98 rubles. And in pounds, you will buy the same juice for 35f = 70 rubles. It seems to be a minor difference. But with this difference in pounds, you will buy something else later. Everything is very cheap in pounds! We ordered a huge set at the fish restaurant and paid 450f- that's 900 rubles. In dollars, it would be one and a half to two times more expensive! Хорошее море, есть что покушать, чистая посуда и хорошо убираются в номерах. Номера довольно старые.Пойти особо некуда, в основном прогулки по территории отеля, которая к слову состоит из 3х отелей. Небольшой аквапарк. Но, нужно понимать, что 5 звёзд с учётом недорогой стоимости путёвки. Без притязаний на роскошь.

Хороший отель для отдыха с маленькими детьми. Из плюсов - своя лагуна с пологим заходом в море и песчаным пляжем.
Из минусов- еда однообразная, выбора никакого по сравнению с другими отелями. Местный алкоголь отвратительный. Пиво норм, но наливают в 100 граммовые стаканчики, вино итого по 50 гр наливают.
Номера уставшие, уборка каждый день, но посредственная даже за бакшиш.
Персонал доброжелательный, большинство говорят по русски.

Отдыхал с 8 по 16 апреля 2023г. Главное - расположение, близость береговой линии, пляж, свой риф, размер территории - на твердую 5*. Номера с явным износом на 3. Еда на 3. Напитки и алкоголь на 3. Кофе зерновой на 4, но он доступен только с 10.00 и только в барах. Уборка через физиономию горничного - она будет доказывать свою ежедневную необходимость - вода нужна Ок! шампунь закончился Ок! туалетная бумага нужна - тоже Ок! - я так старался дай на чай!
Еда: многое свежее и вкусно, а что-то перетушено из вчерашнего. Сладкое я не брал, но его много разного. Давали свежие вкусные сочные дыни, мандарины-апельсины-грейпфруты, финики и еще что-то как смесь айвы и груши. Супы на обед хороши: борщ, рассольник, разные тертые крем-супы.
Поехал бы я повторно - конечно!

Отдыхала в этом отеле аж в 2010 году. Очень понравилось. Отель в мавританском стиле, скорее семейный, хорошая территория, большая детская площадка. Сейчас там вроде ещё и аквапарк появился. На территории есть кафе и анимация, вечером представление и дискотека, но уже плохо помню, что и как. Есть спа центр, но тоже плохо помню. Ресторан был хороший, большой выбор на шведском столе и всегда что-то интересное, то фрукты, то рыба, то ещё что-то. Ездили на экскурсию в Карнак (очень долго, устали) и на прогулку по морю на катере. На катере было здорово.

Отличная четвёрка с замахом на пятёрку, персонал старается, еда вкусная, есть детский уголок с мультиками в столовой, очень спасал. Риф!! Прям у отеля. Экскурсии прям на территории. Магазины. Вшаговой доступности. Не обманывают, не клянчат. Контингент - восточная Европа. Отличный отдых. Огромное спасибо. Прилетели 10.04.23

This is the quartet in Egypt. Do not expect that there will be a suite. I want to note the advantages:
1. The staff is polite, solves issues (not all, of course, but most). They love children very much).
2. Animation is different every evening, a playroom for older children can be left there.
3. Several trips to the sea. Umbrellas on all beaches (if you don't come in the morning, it's hard to find, but you can)
4. The food is very diverse, I liked what was cooked with you) no one was poisoned, everything is fine. It is somewhat specific because of the spices, but not too much.
5. There is an additional restaurant where there are no queues 🙈
6. Floors are washed every day, towels are changed. I note this as a plus, since they give a memo at the entrance and they write there that cleaning may not be every day, if you want, call and then they will clean up😅 if you leave it for tea, they will clean up very well)
7. Water and drinks are always available + a bottle of water is updated in the room every day
Minuses:
1. Terrible rooms 😅 but if you don't dig in, then everything is normal) we only slept in the room, so it didn't make any difference at all
2. Hotel guides sell a "free" sightseeing tour - they take you shopping, you will lose time))
3. Sausage products made of paper🤣 you can not try - they are terrible)) snacks until 17.00 with these sausages
4. Ice cream from 12 to 14 - there is an eternal queue.
5. I met 2 Russophobic bartenders at street counters. It just became disgusting. But in general, this is the exception rather than the rule.
6. Huge, strange, not clear to me and the logic of the queue in the main restaurant. And it's dirty there. Before you eat, you will stand in line for 30 minutes to prepare dishes, even if you want something that is already ready 🤦♀️ distribution in a straight line, hence the snag.

Добрый день! Летали в данный отель в июле 2023г. Из всего что предлагает данный отель понравилось только расположение и шикарное море. В остальном вообще он не стоит своих звёзд. Номера старые, вода еле течёт, двери на балконе не закрываются, номер считай был открыт и сколько просили починить ничего так и не сделали, холодильник не работает и судя по жалобами на ресепшене не только у нас в номере и естественно никто ничего не отремонтировал. Еда каждый день одна и та же, никакого разнообразия, официанты грубияны, орут, возмущаются, пока не заплакала не успокоила одно из них. Так же относились и к другим посетителям. Не знаю, может они только к русским так, при мне по крайней мере грабили только русским. С уборкой одна проблема, бумагу новую не кладут, бегаешь по коридору ловишь уборщика чтобы взять самой. В день отъезда в 12.00 срезали браслеты, хотя выезд из отеля был в 17.00. Мы номер освободили, в 13.00 пообещали, пошли на ресепшн сдавать карточку от номера и полотенец, так они так орали на нас что мы сразу не отдали карточки и поели их "шикарной" еды. Так что имейте ввиду, сдадите номер вас никто больше не покормит и воды не подаст. В общем старались конечно закрыть на всё это глаза и насладиться морем, а оно в Египте шикарное! Но в данный отель больше не поеду ни за что! Хотя вообще не привередлива и побывала не в одном отеле Египта. Моё дело предупредить, всем хорошего отдыха!)

Отель очень понравился💗👍🏻, ❗несмотря на то что номера старые и в столовой часто не было свободных мест, плюс большие очереди 😵💫🤯
Питание среднее, каждый день одно и тоже.
Кушать в Паласе не разрешили - хотя свободных мест полно.
Есть три бесплатных ресторана на ужин, это
Итальянский
Азиатский
Рыбный
Можно каждый день записываться в любой ресторан, запись с 9 до 11 часов в Итальянском ресторане.
На ресепшн доплатили 15 долларов и дали шикарный номер с видом на море (фото из номера прилагаю).
Проживали в номере 5121.
Отель старый все разваливается, но кровати очень удобные, не хотелось вставать.
В номере убирались, меняли полотенца каждый день, оставляли бутылку с водой. За уборку оставляли благодарность 1$.
С 12 часов до 14 можно в баре взять мороженное.
На территории отеля есть магазинчики с сувенирами, продуктами, покупали клубнику за 1$, цена за кг.
Персонал, анимация средний.
Вечером, когда проходит анимация можно покурить кальян.
В отеле большая локация 😍, красивые виды🏝️, можно отдыхать с видом на море, у бассейнов, в лагуне.
Море шикарное, есть медузы, они безопасны.
Ездили семьей с дочкой 5 лет, ребенок в восторге.
Отель рекомендую, моя оценка твердая 4 👍🏻

Неплохой отель, на 4 звезды очень неплохо. Очень понравилась территория отеля, есть и лагуна и коралловый риф. Питание однообразное конечно, но на 4 звезды в целом хорошо. Пляж большой, лежаков всем хватает (есть дополнительные). Гости могут посещать вечером рестораны бесплатно (рыбный и ещё другие), а также есть рестораны по системе шведский стол, где проходит завтрак, обед и ужин (их несколько, места всегда есть). Номера в отеле большие и просторные, грязь конечно есть в углах и в труднодоступных местах, но не критично. Особенно хороший вид у номеров, я жил с видом на лагуну, очень красиво и прикольно садиться вечером на балконе.

Aquapark - in two parts of the hotel 2, it is relatively possible to say children's water parks, but adults also ride on them - an absolute lack of compliance with the rules of staying in the water park, i.e. either no one at all monitors the number of children and adults who have rolled down, are going to roll down, etc. - an adult man ran over my daughter twice, first, then a horde of children, after which I forbade her to ride there. In the third part of the hotel there is a large water park, where two boys are sitting, who seem to be supposed to monitor safety, but they simply do not know the rules and requirements of staying and safety in the water park (as a result, the husband broke his leg)
Nutrition - of course you won't die of hunger, but on the 7th....10th day, to be honest, I started to feel sick from the monotony, especially for breakfast (sausages, cheeses, pancakes, milk, dry children's breakfasts - it's impossible to eat at all)
Booze - poured into plastic cups of 100 grams)))), you'd rather lose weight while you're following her than get drunk, they don't pour more into their glasses
Animators - it seems there are, but somehow everything is really boring and monotonous, especially children's discos
The sea is wonderful))), but it is the same in other hotels))) - this is absolutely not the merit of the hotel

Вполне себе хороший отель. Длинная территория, много пляжей: два лягушатника и куча с входом с лестницей. Номера среднего состояния, видно, что жизнь уже видали. Но мы приходили туда только спать, поэтому особо значения не придавали, кровать есть, кондей есть и на холод и на обогрев и отлично) русскоговорящие девушки администраторы готовы помочь во всём (жаль мы о их существовании поздно узнали) . Они сидят в белых рубашках напротив ресепшен (если входить с улицы слева ресепшен справа девушки). Очень отзывчивый дружелюбный и милый персонал, настырно требуют чаевые только чемоданоносцы. Уборка что с долларом, что без одинаковая. С пивом действительно беда, его практически всегда нет. За 8 дней наверно пару стаканов смогла добыть себе. Рестораны а-ля кард супер, советую, были во всех трёх бесплатно по записи (запись в день посещения). От местной воды (даже той которая в бутылках) может очень внезапно захотется в туалет, поэтому Смекта в помощь, либо покупать пятилитровку в магазине. Закупаться лучше сгонять на такси в город, дешевле выйдет, чем в при отельной зоне. Магазин продуктов и аптека в пешей доступности. Подгузники по Московской цене правда)). Ребёнок ничего не подцепил за время отдыха, это отлично(в бассейнах купались). Еда нормальная. Коралл тоже нормальный, мне показалось что вода где кораллы теплее чем вода в лягушатнике. До аэропорта действительно минут 20-30 со всеми заездами в другие отели. Бассейн подогревается детский и взрослый. В номере тапок не дают, банки с шампунем выставляли. Мыло одно маленькое на всю неделю дали. Детскую кроватку ждать долго, бельё к ней ещё дольше. Мы ждали часа 4,хотя заранее письмо в отель писали, чтобы подготовили. Анимация отличная, много, весело и взрослым и детям
Есть детская комната. Вай-фай только в лобби и то плох, пожалела что не купила симку.
