We recently vacationed in Egypt, stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff speaks English, Russian and Arabic. We are always ready to help. There is a bar on the ground floor. The water in it is free, everything else is for money. There is a cocktail bar on the second floor. There is a paid and free Internet connection. The free one is only enough to send messages via whatsapp / telegram, other pages take a very long time to load. All room replacement and extension services are paid.
There are ramps and animations for children every day.
Three free bars on the street.
The proximity of the sea is also a plus. There are also two pools: a children's pool and an adult pool.

We were from September 4 to September 15, 2024 , with a company of 6 people and a child.Everyone liked everything, the food, the animators, Katya from Saratov, Nikita from Kazan. The sea is awesome. The rooms were cleaned every day, absolutely everything was changed. There is a lot of entertainment on site and beyond. Shopping and souvenirs can be purchased on site is not expensive. Don't go to massage sessions in Africa, it's very rude. Amateur massage therapists who know several techniques. There is no medical education. They don't understand. I'm telling you! You can't describe all the impressions in one review. We have been going to Egypt for 20-30 years, the impressions of the Red Sea are off the scale. We spent most of our time in Sharm el-Sheikh. We were in Taba and Marsa al-Alam. I was in Hurghada in 1997-1999, I don't remember exactly, and this year. I'm not going there anymore. The Sunny day Hotel, to put it mildly, is not the best one I've been to in Egypt. The staff was very unhappy with us, they did not know how or did not want to smile and say hello, which is amazing. Egyptians are very friendly and hospitable people, they are always happy to meet new people and communicate. The hotel is huge, three in one. All three can use the common infrastructure, beaches and restaurants. There is little greenery, but the one that is well-groomed, the palm trees are alive, the bushes are green and trimmed. The hotel is old, unkempt, unwashed. it requires major repairs. He was probably good, though. Beautiful but broken wooden furniture in the rooms, beautiful murals. The laundry is washed, but everything is in coils, from old age.
Upon our arrival, they began to change the mattresses in the rooms, it would be better to do it in the evening when no one was looking. The mattresses were disgusting to look at. The plumbing is all old, the bathtub is dirty. I'm talking about the 5000 building.

There is no free Wi-Fi, i.e. it is in the lobby at the reception, but it is impossible to catch it, if caught, then you can only write messages, the conversation stutters and the photos are not loaded. It is better to choose a place in the corner under the router. No problems are solved at the reception. My friends asked me to fix the safe in the room for 4 days, until they asked the room cleaner, he called the master and everything was done. I couldn't fix the phone in the room through the lobby, the mobile doesn't work, and with friends, they lived in another building, I had to keep in touch. I went to the lobby with a request for three days. My room cleaner helped. He was wonderful and caring to me, the front door was repaired, the light in the room and the phone, he always made sure that there was coffee, tea and water in the room. I lived in room 5040. A nice bonus of the hotel is an electric kettle, mugs and instant coffee and tea bags in the room, this is not common in Egypt.
Now about the main thing.
The Red Sea, it's fantastic. Hurghada is the wind. The wind was all 13 days, quieter or stronger. The main decoration of this hotel is the lagoon. This is a lagoon inside the calving, fenced off, as they say, by two nets from the sea. There are descents of stairs, like in the pool and sand entry, and for children and adults who swim poorly. Access to both the lagoon and the sea is open from 8.00 to 17.30, this is when we were. But in Egypt, beaches are open everywhere before sunset, it is dangerous further, marine life is activated. In Egypt for the third time, we rested in 4* hotels, there is something to compare, we were there from 09/29/24 to 10/11/2014
I put 3 stars, since the hotel really pulls only 3, but not 4. We paid 177 thousand for two. But 100 thousand was only a flight and 5 K. visa on arrival and 2 thousand ($ 20) were given upon check-in to give a normal room. So for 70 K. maybe it's normal.
Positive:
1. The sea and the lagoon are yes, beautiful, cool, a lot of fish, rays, reefs, the sea was 25-26 degrees at that time, we swam from morning to evening.
2. Location from the airport, close, to the central Sheraton street it takes 10 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes on foot.
3. Bars on the beach, by the pool and on the second floor of the main building.
4. There are 3 hotels of the same chain at your disposal. There is a small water park in the farthest one.
Minuses:
1. The food is not very diverse, every day rice, slimy pasta, French fries, soups, fish in batter, without batter, meat, chicken and lula for the evening. There are few fruits, there were unripe dates or already overripe and spoiled, oranges, unripe pomegranate, melon, guava. A couple of times we caught a mango for the evening, but the chefs cut it a little bit and did not always give the whole mango, they pinched it))) Vegetables tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strange salads. Desserts are normal)) In general, you will definitely not stay hungry, but I wanted a little variety. We were in Ala maps - fish and oriental - such a thing.
We paid $ 35 and went to the fish shop again on Saturday, the show takes place there, and we ate shrimp and squid))
2. Drinks at the beach bars are poured into small plastic cups, which is not very convenient, so they then fly apart and clog the lagoon. On the second floor, glass was poured in the bar if you are sitting there + there is a smoking area, like for it)))
3. Quite a lot of Egyptians, arrogant, uncultured, climb without queues, strained, of course they are preferred in canteens and bars)
4. The queues at the main restaurant were quite large. There is a restroom on the second floor, but there is less choice of food than in the main, and for dinner there is no grill at all, but for that with a view of the sea, it's cool.
5. At 12:00 on the day of the eviction, the bracelets are cut off and we just hung around until 9 pm. You can have lunch, but with dinner you can fly, eat wherever you want. Fortunately, there are several cafes near the hotel, they ate there for $ 20 (pizza, shrimp, cocktails)
6. Those who wrote that there are no problems with sun loungers, have you definitely been to this hotel? A huge problem, I had to borrow in the morning so that I could then lie still. I got up at 7 a.m. and went to borrow, most of the deck chairs were already occupied. Again, the people themselves are to blame for this, who borrowed and came to them only after 4 hours. I think this is not right, but we accepted these rules and did the same, there was nowhere to go(((
No one begged for money, as they wrote in many reviews, there was no sanitation, everything was fine in this regard, they cleaned every day. But since there is something to compare and flew for a lower price, I put 3 *.
We were in Minamark, it is small but cozy. and we were in Long Beach, better there than in Sunny Days.
I definitely won't come here a second time.

We rested at this hotel from 30.06 to 07.10.24 . we got to the hotel at the beginning of 5 a.m. with a child of 7 years old, they placed us around 6 a.m., put on bracelets, there was a problem with the child's sleeping place, brought an extra bed several times, fell asleep somehow at 7 a.m. McDonald's on Shiroton Street is not far away on foot for 40 minutes or a taxi for $ 2 . there is a lot of life on this street, you definitely need to take a walk! According to the hotel, what I remember is that after a few days I only noticed that all alcoholic beverages are poured into plastic dishes for tourists from Russia, the request to pour into glass was refused, they explained that only plastic is from Russia! It was not pleasant to have a minus star for this. Otherwise, the rooms are tolerable, so-so showers, as I remember, are normal for a child and very narrow for an adult. For the first time I saw this, the kondey worked, ate on the territory of three hotels without problems, the food is monotonous! If you go on the positive side and do not pay attention to the arrogant staff, but it's quite good, and I completely forgot there was a waiter at the reception at the bar, Omar, who bought 7 liters of local alcohol from under the counter for $ 3 per bottle, only 2 bottles he did not give away, I had to punish him and dial paid beer in his shift and write off his debt, because he didn't want me to call the hotel manager!

We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel was recommended by a travel agency. It was positioned as a hotel with a huge territory.
1. Check-in was early. They gave $ 10 + sweets from Russia and ... Voila, they gave the room as requested. Overlooking the sea (not the lagoon) and the third floor. Attention: the first floor has access to the street from the balcony (they will walk past your windows day and night, respectively, but someone likes it) these numbers are indicated for example : 6021 (6 - building, 0 (this is the first in our opinion) - floor, 21 - room). Accordingly, 6121 (6th building, 1st floor (second in our opinion)…. Rooms that face the west - the wind blows in them, the east does not.
2. The wind is often strong at night. It subsides by 10 a.m.
3. You can swim on the beach (sea) from 11 o'clock. Until that time, there is a "red" flag. You can always swim in the lagoon with the "white" flag, except for 18.00 - 08.00.
4. The sun beds in the lagoon and on the beach begin to occupy from 6.00. The sun beds need repair!
5. A beach towel can be stolen from the first floors of balconies and sun loungers. $ 8 is a fine, as the vacationers complained to us.
6. The contingent of vacationers is 80% Russian (it feels like it's not in Hurghada, but on the Black Sea coast).
7. The water is clean, transparent both in the sea and in the lagoon. They clean the floating debris washed up by the waves every day.🤦🏼♀️
8. There is a coral reef with live corals on the territory. You don't even need an excursion. Swim with a mask and watch. Attention: you can get hurt on dead corals, so be careful.

10. The food is satisfactory. Rather, without frills. You won't starve to death. I like to eat and drink on vacation. Omnivorous. And for the first time.... I didn't gain either a kilogram or 100 grams. The waiters do not serve at the tables. You're looking for everything yourself... spoons, forks… Attention: take dry or wet wipes with you if you like to use them during meals. Fans of ayran, milk, freshly brewed coffee, tea, fresh herbs, seafood, lamb, a variety of vegetables and fruits will not be happy.
11. Room: old, but the plumbing was working properly. The pressure of the water and its availability around the clock were pleasing. By the way, the room was cleaned every day and not bad (by local standards). The towel was changed every day and the bedclothes were changed three days later. Without our tips. Bottled water - every day.
12. A la carte restaurants are a disorder. Complete frustration. We visited Italian - we were not pleased with anything except the serving. We visited the Asian one - a complete failure. Starting from the lack of chopsticks (I remind you - this is Asian) and ending with the lack of tea. Oh well. This is Egypt, so it has its own ideas. I won't even lower my stars because of this…
13. We did not go to a separate guide.... I also do not go to them in other countries (Tunisia, Turkey, Thailand..)…So it is clear that excursions are more expensive for him, and on the street / beach / Internet - cheaper! I don't go and no one punishes me for it. Why waste time, maybe you're not going to leave the hotel at all? And this lesson lasts for 1.5 hours.
14. The territory of the hotel is large, this is another hotel nearby and there is a hotel with an aquapark across the street. You can go to these hotels with your bracelet, swim there, watch shows, participate in activities and eat in bars/restaurants.
15. Animation is weak, inactive. Volleyball, dancing, water aerobics ... evening show (more and more not the performance of groups, but the vacationers themselves participate in the "miss hotel", who is better ... etc. Attention: I don't know what for children, because I had a rest without children.
16. Bar. The biggest disappointment of the holiday. There is no 24-hour bar at the reception. There is a paid bar and a free bar at the reception. Alcohol is poured from 11.00 -00.00. It is, as it should be (all inclusive) - local. Aniseed vodka, tequila, whiskey... cola, tonic and colorful "yuppie", ice cream (without milk fat... and milk), beer. It would be possible not to be outraged with such a wealth of choice 😉😉😉 But ALL this is poured into a 120 ml plastic cup ... (in glass, the same volume is poured in the restaurant and bar at the reception). And no more than 2 pieces in one hand. Any drink. Try pouring beer into a glass like this. Right! Half of the 120 ml foam... at least stand under the bar. In short, we went with our glass, brought from home. But there was a problem here too. It was poured into it, only in one bar (thanks to the bartender ALI), not in the others… The problem was solved by buying a case of beer in the store (1 Booth -1 $). They put it in the refrigerator and enjoyed the first rays of the sun and the morning tan!
17. The conclusion on recreation is as follows: the sea is beautiful. But I can't give five stars for it, since this is not an assessment of the sea, but of a hotel with territory and service. Therefore, only across the sea.

The food is not very tasty, but there is plenty of food. A bar with very tasty cocktails: I liked the non-alcoholic ones more, but my husband poisoned himself with one of the alcoholic ones, although we hardly drank and certainly did not mix anything. Salads, of course, it is better to take simple ones, rather than those with everything mixed in. Baking for three. Desserts for 4-, but when they say that there is nothing to eat, I want to ask, Do you also eat lunches and dinners from many dishes at home?
Everything was ruined by the last day, and not only for us, as the reviews show: on the first day we arrived at the hotel only by the end of dinner, and on the last day we were already fired during dinner, that is, we were obliged to provide lunch, and we were interested in this issue in advance from both the travel agent and the hotel agent, that's all they promised, it was said that they would give coupons for lunch. As a result, coupons had to be literally knocked out of the receptionist at the reception, besides, several people incorrectly communicated with us at once, it cost me a lot of work and nerves to explain that we were owed lunch and this despite the fact that a seven-year-old child was with us, they just tried to shut us up and not give us anything. It is very sad that our wonderful stay at this hotel was overshadowed by such a boorish attitude in the end - the aftertaste is a little spoiled. As soon as the bracelet is removed, you become nobody - this is the wrong policy. The reputation of the hotel suffers because of such squabbles - an impolite attitude towards guests is unacceptable for a hotel of any stardom.
we also want to warn you about the so-called State Pharmacy on the territory of el Palacio - real scammers, be vigilant: the prices of medicines in Egypt are regulated by the state and they are really two or three times lower than ours, and the price is stamped on the package. In this terrible pharmacy, the price was taped. Our daughter got sick and we came to this pharmacy to buy an analogue of a baby's sumamed, so, the pharmacist, knowing that the medicine for a sick child, sold it to us 7 times more expensive!!!! The next day, my husband, along with the hotel manager, went to sort it out, as a result, somehow returned half of what we were owed. If our very drunk tourists hadn't bought everything in this pharmacy without checking the prices, the pharmacy would have behaved more decently. Moreover, pharmacies with the right price tags are found every 100 meters when leaving the hotel. Do not buy anything there - then the pharmacy will begin to change, the only thing that can be influenced is the ruble, and, by the way, the police, in Egypt criminal penalties for the sale of counterfeit medicines and price fraud.
For the first time, because of the huge territory of the hotel and the sick child, we did not go anywhere in Egypt and did not get bored at all, because animation, promenades, the most wonderful sea with fish, a la carte restaurants, the opportunity to eat in the Palma de Mirette, that is, to change the situation, discos and the general benevolent atmosphere made our vacation in general and generally good. Although next time we would have gone 10 days earlier, that is, in the first half of November - it would have been warmer and less winds, which repeatedly disrupted our plans for snorkeling, and it is very rich in El Palacio.

Very nice family hotel. There is a lot of animation during the day, especially aqua aerobics is good. The kitchen is on solid 4, the rooms are cleaned every day and very well. It is better not to drink coffee in the dining room, there is a bar for this, here they will prepare real delicious coffee for you. I liked the service, upon arrival the room was given with disadvantages (not critical, but unpleasant), moved at the first request. And this concept is spread out upon leaving the hotel, at 12 :00 they are evicted from the room and everything is reset to the flesh of water and food, only at their own expense, while waiting for the autobus to the airport. Let's continue further, the problems with the missing accessories were solved only at noon, although at night and in the morning all this was voiced at the reception. Basically, the rest of the hotel is built with dignity. The sea around the hotel is excellent, clean, transparent, lots of different fish, moray eels, there are even large shells with molusks. The interior of the hotel has its own marine lagoon, which is fenced off by a net from sharks. Animations take place on the beach near the lagoon, and in the evening there are various concerts.The room stock in the hotel is old, but they look after it and immediately fix the problems. It is very difficult to change the room. When buying a tour, it is better to buy standard rooms, they are located in the first large hotel and around the lagoon and the sea and a large territory, and premium rooms are located next to a changing territory, and do not differ from the standard in any way, even worse, and many asked them to move to the standard. The food is standard as in four hotels, fruits according to the season, they cooked well, but a lot of people, no one bothered anyone. At 12 :00 they give ice cream and have a snack. The alcohol is not very good locally produced. The beer was on tap and bottled locally. Drinks like jupi, but there is bottled fanta, cola and sprite.It's a gorgeous killer aqua park, but it's located across the street, through a tunnel and at the end of all buildings.but the adrenaline is pumping. There were also water slides in the hotel. there are a lot of souvenir shops near the hotel. The hotel allows you not to meet with an unpleasant person for a week (!) without harming yourself. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, we came to Egypt for the first time. Of course, rest cannot be compared with Turkey, there is not enough service in Egypt.

Without further ado: just a great hotel! The location is close to the main mosque of the city, the fish market and the Marina.
The room corresponded to the stated one, without a single breakdown: soft beds, a large mirror, powerful pressure of both cold and hot water, the view from the window is just a fairy tale! Yes, the furniture is a bit retro, but there is a special charm in it)) We felt like the heroes of the TV series "Clone"😄 By the way, we didn't pay anyone and didn't ask for anything - we immediately settled into a room with a view of the pool (a piece of the sea is visible from it). Sometimes a chocolate bar was left for cleaning, sometimes a dollar, sometimes nothing at all - it was always equally good to be clean! And water, clean towels, new shampoos were always delivered.
The food is varied, fresh vegetables and fruits for every meal, there is always plenty of meat - chicken and beef, a large selection of baked goods. Seafood at 4* in Egypt is not expected at all, so there are zero complaints! Desserts are only very much for an amateur, but Egypt is not famous for its sweets) There are always places in the restaurant, the waiters quickly take away the dirty and bring something on request. The food in the trays is never lying at the bottom: they report very quickly so that everything is in abundance. Almost every evening, dinner is dedicated to one of the cuisines of the peoples of the world, Friday is the brightest in this sense, because the meal is preceded by playing national instruments, songs, dances - this is an evening of Egyptian cuisine! It's a whole holiday! Those who stay at the hotel for more than a week are entitled to two free a la carte dinners. There are 4 such restaurants in a separate complex, we visited the fish and Asian ones. Overall, we are satisfied)
We are especially pleased with the hotel staff! Everyone is very responsive, friendly - it is clear that people who love people work here! In the restaurant, after eating, I just wanted to thank every employee, so everyone tries to make the rest pleasant. No one looked at us askance, even if I was the only one, a woman, asking for alcohol at the bar. We also did not observe rudeness on anyone's part.
Animation is very important for our aara, so that it is almost like in a children's camp)))) Yoga, exercise, aqua aerobics, volleyball, bocce and many dances - everywhere you are welcome, everywhere you are expected, everywhere you are supported. Our hotel consists of 3 hotels, we stayed in the main building. The first impressions were not very good, but we went for the beauty of the Red Sea. Basically, there are more pros than cons. The room is not bad (photo attached), everything is clean, there is everything you need, your own balcony with sea view (our room is 3226). TV, refrigerator, safe (instructions on the door are available).
The sea on the territory of the hotel (the main building), its own lagoon (fenced with a net from marine inhabitants), shallow water and a reef at depth at the end of the hotel. There are a lot of fish, the stingrays, the only thing, have not seen moray eels. There are a lot of sun beds throughout the territory, there is enough space for everyone. It is forbidden to occupy in advance (there are signs, if no one appears within an hour, then things are removed, where is unknown, we did not stumble upon such a situation). There is only one swimming pool on our territory, and children and locals (those who come from the city to relax) mostly swim in it. The variety of cuisine, everything is delicious. I don't know why people write that the food is monotonous and tasteless (as if you eat different food at home, but in fact you eat the same soup for a week). There are pools in other sunny days hotels, but there are also mostly children, and adults cling to the entire bar in the water. We have been swimming in the sea all week and are very happy, you can swim in the pool in your city! There are 2 main restaurants, one is located near the pool, the second is at the exit from the main entrance, to the right up the stairs to the 2nd floor. It's quieter and less crowded. The whole trip is accompanied by a guide from the tour operator, you can write to him on this sap, he will answer any question you may have. The Internet is free, but it catches poorly (here are sap and telegram), mainly in the lobby near the fountain and on the 2nd floor near the Fizz bar. We did not buy the Internet, although the prices are reasonable (and catches throughout the hotels). There are bars near the lagoon and the sea (tea, coffee from a coffee machine, juices, alcohol, ice cream). Come and order whatever you want. We have noted for ourselves 1 bar (Fizz), located on the 2nd floor in the main building. The bartender Ahmed is the best (thanks for the delicious cocktails and mood!), always smiling, will make a compliment, will treat you with imported alcohol.
Excursions can also be taken through a guide, but we did not see the point in going to + 40 somewhere, we chose the cheapest ($ 30 per person) diving, if you do not want to dive, then swim in the open sea with instructors, there will be 2 swims. Equipment is also given out without a deposit. Since everything is visible in the mask, we did not dive with balloons, just swam. We liked it. Plus, lunch was included in the price. They have their own photographer, makes very beautiful and cool photos, bought a package (photos, videos for $ 50), send a link to here sap and ship from there. Souvenirs are sold on site, sellers may seem intrusive, but they will tell you everything. Basically, everything is for sale for $ 1, we did not bargain and did not try.

On the day of departure, you can only use towels and that's it! We could at least arrange a small snack (we had a check-out at 12 p.m., the plane at 21 p.m.), we were hungry and not very satisfied with the reception staff. We explained the situation that the flight was late, we could have lunch, we wrote to the guide, it was useless! We found a cafe (saya cafe) near a nearby hotel, the prices are below average, we took a pizza for $ 5 for two, it's pretty tasty, the staff are trying to understand you, it's better to have an interpreter at hand. I liked the service, we waited 15-20 minutes for the order.

An excellent 4* hotel, on the 1st line, with a unique "personal" lagoon and well-built buildings around it. You can swim everywhere - both in the sea and in the lagoon. The lagoon is deep and there is less wind, you can arrange real swimming training. We had a room in the left building with only a view of the sea, spacious, the furniture was a bit old, but everything worked. The food is good - for every taste. Poultry, meat, fish every day, fresh vegetables and citrus bowls, wine of very good quality. Yoghurts, omelets, and pastries helped out in the mornings. It is better to take tea instead of coffee. Good coffee is only served in bars.
The animation is very good, including live concerts and belly dancing. The staff is friendly, they speak English and a little Russian. The contingent - 50% - Russians, 50% - all the rest, especially English, German, Italian, Polish and Chinese were often heard.
This is a resort that includes two other smaller hotels. In the second section there is a nice bay and a more cozy pool with a bar, and in the third on the 2nd line there is a good water park. We did not take excursions at the hotel, we took them directly from an Egyptian travel agency, as a result we saved at least $ 150.

Originally it was on the ground floor with a view of the lagoon. People often go there in the evenings too; you can hear everything. There is no sound insulation. It's hard to sleep.
The next day we moved to another room: they also offered some kind of fucked up. One is scarier than the other: either next to the elevator, or from the balcony to the stage; where animation for children takes place in the evenings; it is impossible to sleep. It feels like the guy at the reception was bullying us. He offered not better, but worse.
We moved into more or less normal rooms (everything is the same in terms of furniture, the bathroom and the room itself are just cleaner), so the walls are so thin that we heard the neighbors having sex for two nights.
At night, the door to the balcony was opened somehow, so it was impossible to get rid of the wind. I had to close the balcony. The room is stuffy. There were also times when it was pulled from the balcony either by someone's smoking, or by some kind of sewer.
The food is tasteless. Alcohol is of very low quality.
There were 2 restaurants to choose from: Italian even more or less; although it is difficult to call it Italian. It took a long time for the Asian restaurant to bring us what we ordered. They didn't bring that at all. So also, according to the stated options in the menu, not everything converged there. Again, it's tasteless.
Wi-Fi is paid!!! There is a free Wi-Fi at the reception. Bitch, I've never connected, how many times I've tried. The reception referred to a lot of people in the lobby trying to connect, so the connection fails. Bullshit

Excellent hotel, lagoon, open sea, fish, corals, everything you need for a holiday in Egypt. The hotel is very clean, constantly cleaned both in the rooms and on the territory. The food is varied, they cook well. The location is very convenient, we walked to the Old and New city, where there are many shops and cafes, there are shopping centers. I really liked this hotel, there is something to compare it with.

To be honest, I don't even know where to start...
we arrived at the hotel on September 17th at 8 a.m. The first impression in appearance was quite positive: a huge territory, a beautiful lobby
According to the check-in time, we were supposed to have at 14.00, and we were able to get the bracelets only at 10.30. At the same time, our things were just in a corner at the entrance to the hotel, there was no separate storage room or room (i.e. anyone could come up to pick up other people's things). Fortunately, we were able to check in earlier and then only because we paid $20 to the staff
They settled us in the penultimate building with a view of the bay and the sea itself, and brought our suitcases to the room. But then they immediately started asking about chocolate, whether we have it or not. Initially, we thought that we were interested in whether there was chocolate in the mini-bar, but as it turned out later, the man who brought the suitcase asked for a tip in this way (in Egypt they love Russian chocolate very much, because the same chocolates in their store are worse in quality)
After checking in, we went to lunch, where the food did not please us (we thought we just fell under such a day, but no)
There was a show program in the evening, which seemed quite bright
The next day we had a meeting with the hotel guide, who told us about our accommodation, insurance and excursions, saying that his excursions were cheaper, in fact, again, it turned out not to be so.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, which seemed a very long time, many factors contributed to this
1. Terrible room cleaning. For 10 nights, we have never had our bed linen changed (or to be more precise, it was changed only 1 time on one of the two beds after 3 days of swearing)
2. The food is monotonous, nothing changes at all. One of the advantages is a wonderful omelet for breakfast and 1 good dish for dinner (different every day). They gave pancakes for breakfast every day, which were not baked at all. There is no seafood - from the word at all - it was very upset
3. There are a lot of crows on the territory that shit on things on the balcony, steal things from sun beds and scatter garbage
4. A dirty bay, despite the fact that it is cleaned (cups float, vegetables - what struck me the most)
5. Bad monotonous animation that lasts less than an hour in the evening (from 20.00 to 21.00 for children, from 21.00 to 22.00 for adults, but in fact only 30 minutes of activity out of this time). At the same time, the animators go and invite everyone to the disco at 23.00 with departure from the hotel for $ 15, where alcohol is paid
6. Alcohol in bars is terrible + they still sell it
7. All the best benefits to the Arabs, an extra piece, a delicious cocktail, etc., the rest are rude, they say they will not give more, etc. But if you leave a tip, then you immediately become their "brother"
8. A huge area that is not used for its intended purpose
9. Towels can be received only in the morning, and handed over only in the evening
10. The key to the room in the form of a card that you don't know where to put when you go to the sea
11. The staff does not know Russian and English well (except for animators). The reception does not understand at all when you talk to them in these languages. How to hire people who do not know English (especially at the reception)
12. Wi-fi in the lobby works disgusting, but it is not available anywhere else or for a fee, so you need to buy an exorbitantly expensive SIM card or a personal router on site. I do not recommend buying a SIM card on the territory of the hotel, where the store is located. The seller shows a lot of positive reviews, but in fact it is a deception. We bought a SIM card for 40 GB of Internet from him, we ran out of it for 19 GB
13. As for the ala-card restaurants, we only managed to go to an Italian restaurant. Overall it was not bad, but the next day we were served exactly the same food in the dining room
14. When checking out of the hotel, the bracelets are immediately cut off. Our departure was at 21.00, and departure from the hotel at 17.00. They did not let us go to lunch without a bracelet, they said that it was only for a fee. For comparison, when meeting other vacationers at the airport, everyone was wearing bracelets and, accordingly, enjoyed all the benefits of their hotel before leaving for the airport
In general, unfortunately, the hotel has greatly spoiled the rest. The final score is 3 out of 10

We had a rest with a friend at this hotel from 12/14/2023 to 12/23/2023, we are flying out today! We are very happy with our stay, the hotel is wonderful...and the territory..and the beach, and the food!!! Although this is our first time in Egypt, we really enjoyed it! We swam every day, the sea was calm, warm, no waves, there was wind sometimes, but it didn't stop us because of the lagoon that is in this hotel, we didn't feel it! The food is varied and delicious...beef, chicken, fish every day, vegetables, fruits abound, animation is good, live music was almost every day ...! The staff is always friendly! Well done, everything is great!!!

If you do not pay attention to minor flaws in the form of an old number of rooms, and a large number of crows on the territory)). The food is quite good, do not wake up hungry, there are no frills, but everything is decent. The sea is wonderful, there is a reef with fish behind the fish restaurant.

We rested from 23.10 to 01.11.2023 . Great hotel! Unexpectedly for Hurghada, a gorgeous coral reef. Lagoon with shark netting, even if the sea is stormy, you can swim in the lagoon. A variety of animated events, a lot of slides of varying complexity. Beaches for every taste! There were enough sun beds for everyone, despite the 100% load of the hotel. The food is good, there is always fish, chicken, beef, salads and side dishes are standard. I do not recommend a la carte restaurants for free so as not to spoil the mood, but for the money there are excellent restaurants, but they do not belong to the hotel, so this is not a minus.

The norm. There is a private bay. A small sandy beach. There is a reef. But it was very windy in November. A lot of people. Because of this, you need to take sun loungers in advance and there are queues in the restaurant.
